My selfcare sunday/maintenance day routine

Eating clean as possible, thats a detox and light day

Wash and do a full haircare routine(pre-poo, shampoo twice, treatment, conditioner, leave-in, heat protection, style and oil)

Full body deep exfoliating

Shave just if i want to

Soft exfoliate, wash, dermaplain(shave), mosturize and layer serums for face skincare

Only loose and light clothes on that day

Fix the cuticles and paint the nails

Clean the bedroom if possible

Change bedsheets and pillow cases

Do a quick yoga session+meditation just to relax and prepare for one more week

Drink chamomile tea to calm down and sleep earlier

Gua-sha before bed

Pray thanking for another week and the beauty you've been blessed with

Fuck the clean girl influencers that just post their perfect life, choose to be inspired by influencers who show their difficulties and help you how to really improve

Don't put extreme goals for yourself to achieve, that girl aesthetic that does everything and never fails is impossible and unrealistic, you are human

Don't waste another morning watching other people's lives instead of getting up and doing something more useful

The first thing you will do when waking up its drink a glass of water, it takes oxygen to the brain and makes you wake up faster

Personal makeup and skin tips

Double layer!! First liquid/cream products then dry powder products(blush, contour, highlighter)

USE SUNSCREEN "but girlbloggerbby my skin gets so oily when i use sunscreen" Better have oily skin than skin cancer.

Water based products only will work well if they are used with other products also based on water, same thing with silicone based products

I know that a lot of you love lip tints but hear me out, they dry your lips more easily, lip oils/ lip gel >>>lip tint

Bake only in oily zones, the other parts you lightly press the powder

That thing where you have to rub the cleanser for 60 seconds its bullshit, if the packaging doesn't have any information related to cleaning time, just rub it until you create foam and rinse, but doble cleanse

If u want a shiny eye makeup, the glitter/highlighter go in the mid of the eyelid to the eye corner, if you apply it to the end of the eyelid, it will be heavy in a bad way

Deep exfoliate only 2 times a week, over exfoliating sensitizes the skin, making the skin more prone to Breakout

Retinol is made to use during night, and if using during day apply even more sunscreen

When contouring the mouth, apply an eyeshadow on top to seal in the color and make it last longer, same with eyeliner

Body moisturizer is made for body and only the body!!!!!!!!!!!

Saying that here again, avoid using pell off masks(the black and extra tight to skin ones) THIS FUCKS THE SKIN BARRIER

Hydration is the greatest ally for makeup to not get cakey

Vitamin c does not get along with retinoids!

Nail tips for big strong nails

Use hand cream! They'll mosturize your cuticles

Avoid using acetone based nail polish remover, acetone dries out and weakens your nails, look for acetone-free removers

The only thing that helped me with nail growth was applying strengthening serum or even strengthening base

If you have the ability to grow nails but they break very easily, file them in a stiletto or almond shape, this prevents them from breaking or chipping

Drink your goddamn water!!!

Nails are made up of keratin, a type of protein, so eating more protein increase nail growth and health

At least 2 to times a week soak your nails in a bath of vegetable oils, olive oil, coconut oil, castor oil, almond oil, etc. This will moisturize your nails and cuticles

Personal tips for healthy shiny hair

Take hair vitamins!!!! I swear they're worth a try, i grew 2 cm in one month after starting drinking them(im anemic so thats rlly a lot)

Apply pre-poo everytime you're going to wash your hair, it will protect your ends from being dry

Scalp massage! If you're able to buy a scalp massager do it, if not just massage with your fingers before washing your hair and between the steps, this will boost your circulation(related to growth and health)

Use heat protectant please, you don't want your hair to become a mess.

Avoid touching to much, Your hands are dirty even if you don't think so

Don't rub towels through your hair to dry, it breaks your hair, change towels to cotton fabrics (even t-shirts!)
