Quick (heh) Jay Garrick sketch from work the other night I colored
I'm not sure how I'll work it in, but as far as stuff I continue to cherry pick from the CW canon, I'm sort of fascinated by the implication of Earth-2's "War of the Americas" that plays into the Zolomon family's generational trauma. Paired with the pre-crisis Independent Quebec and E-2's Atlantis being a surface island, I feel like there's a lot of geopolitical ramifications to explore with a Marshal Law-style metahuman involved land war in Central America.
Anyway, Jay's not involved any of that, he's a pacifist and the World Army can manage without him.

Flash: what the hell happened with no metas in gotham?
Batman: Signal is a special case, I trust him solely as one of gotham’s vigilantes-
Flash: What? No. I’m talking about the blue one. I saw him lift like, 1000 pounds the other day.
Batman: … it was that or therapy
