“I did an oopsie.” 

Clockwork paused in his work, gaze turning from his work towards his ghostling (it didn’t matter if he was an adult, he’d always be his ghostling) who was smiling nervously, avoiding his eyes. 

“Oh?” He kept his tone light, even as he worked on untangling a time knot. Honestly at least Danny was immune to any effect of time, even if he couldn’t look into his timelines in exchange. It came with being the other half of Infinity. 

“Yeeah… you know that corner of the multiverse you told me not to go to because you’re working on some time problems? I might have stumbled into one of the worlds in the corner…” 

He stopped his machinations, fully turning towards Danny- Space, his Core whispered and quivered in utter delight at having an Equal in power- with a raised eyebrow, leaning on his staff and silently telling him to explain. 

Danny poked his fingers together, giving a nervous laugh. “So uh, I was just exploring right? Well me and Ellie, you know how she gets when she can’t wander, and um… I er, we might have messed with some things in the creation of it… I didn’t know it was part of that universe, I swear! It was so far at the fringes and halfway into the Zone and I couldn’t just let a universe die before it began and-”

Oh- Oh! His ghostling (and his grand-ghostlings it sounded like) had claimed his first universe! He could put off these time knots, this was a grand milestone for any Ancient, nevermind such a primordial force as one of theirs.

And this is how a DC world came into being with humans evolving with more avian traits. Like wings. And claws. Look, Dan thought it’d be funny if they gave baby humanity wings and Ellie started rambling about how much farther they could travel if they had them and Danny thought it could be cool. Oh well, time to keep an eye on their itty baby world now…

DC x DP prompt kinda thing

Danny is Damien’s twin. In the League, they believe twins are born as opposites, usually complementary. one twin is always the “good” twin and one is always the “evil” twin.

the League will usually kill the twin they believe as “good” since they’re assassins and all that.

Talia being Talia and this being the prompt, she refuses to kill one of her twins, and instead hides one in the states, far from his father and across the world from her. he was supposed to be safe there.

she never “decides” which twin is supposed to be which, and even hides the fact she had twins from the rest of the League. Damien doesn’t know he has a twin.

normal Danny Phantom stuff happens to him. things happen he somehow ends up meeting Damien or one of the other bats or even a JL member that would recognize Dami’s or Bruce’s face, and they go “oh no”

when Damien finds out he’s got a twin, he freaks out trying to figure out which of them is the “evil” twin, and which is the “good” twin.

is one of them the “good/evil” twin? or is it arbitrary self-fulfilling prophecy? you decide~!

[The Snake of Ithaca AU] The sky reminded him of home, even if he doesn't remember it

For context, Crowley was originally from Ithaca but he doesn't remember it anymore. After being cursed by Athena and losing his memories Crowley manages to flee the battlefield. Beelzebub, a paid mercenary who stayed outside of the conflict, finds Crowley while he's visibly scared and confused, and convinces him to join their group of misthios, The Legion of the Damned. Guess who else is going to be in it? :D

The thing about the Black brothers is that they both want the same things in a way. Sirius wants to be accepted by the order. He wants them to see that he’s not like the rest of his family, that he’s a good person, who’s capable of doing good things.

Regulus wants to be accepted by his family. He wants them to be proud of him. To prove that he won’t be a disappointment like his brother. That’s why he does everything they say, following along blindly (until it’s too late).

They both want so badly to be loved, they do everything to appeal to others. And what do they get in return? Nothing. Sirius gets thrown into Azkaban for a crime he didn’t commit, making him seem like just another member of the Black family. Regulus finally realizes his family will never love him and tries to make things right, resulting in his death. They’re two sides of the same coin.

dc x dp prompt so I’ve seen some cat thief, Danny au’s and some neko au’s and ghost adoption au’s but I haven’t seen any where Selena Kyle is ghost adopted as well

So Selena stole a magic artifact dedicated to a cat god ( this particular cat god was also a god of thieves, outcasts, and mischief )but there was an accident and unbeknownst to Selena she became a halfa and was immediately adopted by the cat god that unfortunately couldn’t communicate with her without her getting in touch with her powers that had yet to show up. That same cat god later found the Dannys and adopted them as well this does affect their appearance they turn into neko’s. Jazz gets adopted later to and gets turned into a warlock of the cat god and gets turned into a neko as a result of the adoption/pact ( they can hide the cat features but they come out when they use there powers )

Anyway a couple years later after a disagreement with Bruce she finds a bunch of nekos in her living room claiming to be her younger siblings and they want to learn everything about being the worlds greatest thief and they want to teach her about her abilities? And some mess with the government and ………oh they are on the run from the government because they aren’t classified as people and the justice league has ignored them and an entire town……. oh it’s time for some serious pettiness

Danny, elly, Dan and jazz are all sent to Gotham to meet their adopted oldest sister and learn to cause trouble and mischief all thoroughly done with the us government they are going to be terrorizing until the justice league gets their stuff together and fixes the anti-ecto acts 

So amity park can freely come and go from the realms but they choose to stay and just visit and cause chaos in there old home world and are more than willing to help mess with the justice league for fun just so long as nobody gets too hurt and the amity parker’s will actually help the heroes if it entertains them/ if needed

 Danny and his haunt are more than a little distressed to find out that Pariah Dark can’t be destroyed and can only be sealed away due to being the Ancient of Darkness. Danny is worried about someone trying to wake him up again, while his friends are more worried about the ghost going after the newborn Ancient of Space again. 

 They scour libraries, search high and low in both the Ghost Zone and the living world for a solution before finally just asking Clockwork. 

 And well, they feel like just a bit of idiots but also elated. 

 Because if Danny can become the new embodiment of space, then what’s to stop them from giving the power of darkness to someone else that’s not Pariah Dark? 

 They make a list of requirements, ask both ghosts and living friends. There’s nothing in their world, no one quite right, but what about other worlds? The realms are supposedly infinite right? So there had to be someone out there. 

 And while it takes a long, long time, they eventually find one when a small bloodied ghost of greens, golds, and reds comes forth shyly, eyes burning with determination. He speaks of heroes and villains- far more than their own world- of a city cloaked in shadow and of a single man trying to help despite it seeming impossible. 

 Who better to become the new Dark besides the dark knight himself after all?
