Hihii second postt :3 i dont really know what to put here- THIS IS ONE OF THE DRAWINGS IM USING FOR ONE OF THE EXAMPLES FOR MY COMMISIONS WHEN THEY OPEN (i only have a total of 2/6 done😭😭) so yall should totally gas me up :3

Gonna do a rewrite of the entirety of Batman, or at least from when he meets Dink. Im tired of having misinterpreted characters and a uncohesive story. I think I’ll try to keep some of it the same but I want to make Batman happier. Yes, yes, i know, he’s supposed to be broody, but he can still be spooky and broody while have a healthy relationship with his children. Also, I will warn for those who like romance, there won’t be a lot or any of that, just because I don’t like stuff like that. Batman will still have his flock of crime fighting children… though he will be more protective of them and only let them come along when he knows they can win, mostly as a teaching opportunity.

I’m also deciding a bunch of things whilst writing this. I still have a lot of research to do but I have a basic enough knowledge to start writing.

This is just the front cover but I’ll need some time to make the actual comic.

Oh and does anyone know how to make a master list? I’ve never really figured it out.

Headcanon

Everyone who has ever seen some sort of genuine beauty in Elphaba has green eyes somehow (beauty is in the eye of the beholder). I know it's pretty universally accepted that both Glinda and Fiyero have blue eyes (even though she has green eyes on the poster), but bear with me on this one:

• Glinda has dark green eyes, as she takes a while to see any beauty in Elphaba. At first she needs to Galindafy her and turn her into a muted version of herself to see external beauty on her, but she was able to see the internal beauty before she saw the external one, even though that also took a while;

• Fiyero's eyes are the exact same shade of green as Elphaba's skin, as she was completely beautiful to him at first glance, inside and out. Despite being aggressive to him on their first encounter he immediately knew the beauty from inside her heart, and the sight of her standing there, not caring (and maybe not even knowing) about who he is, with her librarian glasses and cute little beanie and such a lovable angry expression was just the single most beautiful thing he had ever seen before he saw her face while being completely at his mercy, while in love with him to the moon and back. His love for her was always pure and genuine and her beauty and her heart were always perfect to him;

• Every Goat has yellowish brown eyes, but Dr. Dillamond's glasses have green hued lenses. He saw the beauty in Elphaba's heart and her mind immediately, he knew she was a far better person than the average person, and far smarter;

• Madame Morrible's eyes are a vibrant, unnatural shade of green, as she only saw beauty in Elphaba's powers. The nearly radioactive shade of her eyes symbolises the malice of her adoration of Elphaba's magic and takes on the traditional association of green with envy and wickedness;

• The Wizard has that one particular shade of hazel eyes that changes colour depending on lighting and environment. Most times it looks brown or amber, but they turn a forest shade of green when he looks at Elphaba (probably because her skin reflects on the green hues of his eyes). Despite also having malicious interests on Elphaba and her powers, unlike Morrible, he genuinely likes her, and he did so from the moment he laid eyes on her (the biological bond they have is far too strong, even though neither of them realises that).

Now stick with me for the sad part:

Elphaba has deep, dark brown eyes, as it took years and years of being bombarded with pure, genuine love from Fiyero for her to start mentally deconstructing the idea that she was gross, and ugly and wicked and unlovable; unfortunately, although she makes great progress, she's never 100% convinced of her beauty. Nessarose and Melena also had the same deep, dark brown eyes as Elphaba, because although they did love her, their love came more from a biological bond than an actual liking of Elphaba as a person. And I don't even have to say Frex doesn't have green eyes, as his grey, judgemental eyes have looked down upon Elphaba far too many times!

Headcanon

Oz has a thing for round things: round beds, round windows, rounded doors and arches, round tables, rounded walls, round carpets, rounded rooms, even round chess boards. Why? I don't know. They just like it and it's the norm. Maybe the technology they developed made it easier to construct rounded shapes, maybe it reminds them of the letter O (Oz, Ozma...), maybe it has some ancient association with sorcery, or maybe that's just how things are for no reason!
