Me: I haven't listened to every Bloodywood's songs, but it's a great metal band and I think Jason would listen to it. Dana-Dan, a song about beating up rapists, for example, he would blast that shit.
Bloodywood: *Makes a reference to Batman in one of their songs*
Me: Oh no, he would hate that.
(The reference is in Chakh Le, a song about the growing disparities between the poor and the rich, and using your fame and money to help the poor, and the ref is about bringing justice and vengeance for the lower classes like Batman. Some Indian metalheads understand more Batman than Batman's writers)

hai teri yaad is dil se lipti hui
har ghadi hai tassavur tere husn ka
teri ulfat ka pehra laga hai sanam
kaun aayega mere khayalat mein

The difference between the songs made in the late '90s and the songs these days is vast.
Like in late 90s songs ,they were focusing on his /her only love of life and if they are not getting them in their life they are putting their 100% efforts to make them theirs...
For eg .
And songs these days are going with the agenda "TU NHI TOH KOI AUR HI SAHI"

Aanewala pal, jaanewala hai, Ho sake toh isme, zindagi bitadoo Pal jo yeh jaane wala hai...
....
Ek baar waqt se lamha gira kahin, Wahan dastaan mili lamha kahin nahi... Thoda sa hasaake, thoda se rulaake, Pal yeh bhi jaanewala hai ho ho....
This song and its lyrics especially, heals me. ❤️🩹
Wish I understood its meaning earlier, but it's never too late ❤️🩹.
Kishore Kumar, Lata Mangeshkar, and Mohammad Rafi really dominate my playlist.

Sun-kissed soul, golden hour glow, and a melody that whispers of stolen glances. A whirlwind of laughter and moments suspended in time. 🌅✨
This reel is a love letter to the carefree days, a reminder to dance with life's simple joys. 💛

Abdul offering people a tel maalish in Pyaasa
Johnny walker is a breath of fresh air in the melancholic tale by Guru Dutt. the moment he appears on screen, the heavy weight on one’s chest is replaced by a few light hearted chuckle. comedy came naturally to him, without fail, he’d hit all the punch lines to retrieve the right amount of laughter from his audience. “Sir jo tera Chakraye” is a memorable number for children and adults alike. In the middle of the chaos that unravels around Vijay, Abdul nudges it away for the viewers with a song about head massage. Rafi sahab’s command over his voice for different songs is commendable. he gives all that he can, so aptly, as if he’s also playing the character. you cannot separate his voice from Abdul here.
