Timbuktu but he’s a shady medic. He’s also aged up bc why not

He’s lost his parents, he’s lost his fortune, he’s now living in crime alley. Great, stellar, it’s whatever, then he finds a whole ass child bleeding out in an alley

Because Timber has, like, a saviour complex, he’s like ok I’m going to carry this random child into my shitty apartment. When he finishes patching the child he passes out and the next day the child is gone.

Timmy’s like great, he’s gone, idgaf. But no, Timberly, you made a mistake. Bc the child told *other children* about him. Now he was running an under ground medic for homeless children, he’s totally fine, the compartmentalisation skills are coming in hand.

The first kid he saved, Jason, disappeared one day, Tim’s confused and worried (he doesn’t care for him, no sir, why would you say that?) then he’s like ohhhh new Robin = Jason

Then Robin dies, and he’s… *more hurt than he had thought he would be*

After a while he’s still sad, but it’s better, he’s still taking care of the children. Bc it’s what Jason would have wanted, but the fucking red hood gang captures him.

He’s like ohhhhh fuck, this is the end besties. But for some reason this goon named Gary ruined it all. Gary was a little dumb and he ruined the entire terrorising part of the kidnapping.

Jason apparently wanted to kill him because he forgot him? Bullshit? He was depressed?

So I'm finally reading If You Give A Bat a Burger and it reminded me of another fic and I can't tell if was a crossover or not...

Danny (or maybe Tim?) goes to the Iceberg Lounge to steal something from Cobblepot, knocks out a waiter, steals their uniform, and manages to escape but gets noticed and, funnily enough, is told to take the trash out as he leaves. He does so, and later, Batman (and possibly a Robin?) finds him in a dumpster, where the stolen thing was hidden, and he makes some BS story about looking for a ring that belonged to his father.

Think it might've been Tim as Stray or Red X, but my brain keeps saying Danny...

He opens his eyes, and stares up at the canopy of the four poster bed he's in. It takes a second, his vision is a bit blurry, but it clears up quick enough.

Four seconds.

Part of Jason keeps the count going, while the rest of him kind of just...seizes. Because he knows this canopy. He knows the the posts it's attached to. He—fuck—he knows the notch in the bottom left post he'd put in it when he'd stolen one of Bruce's batarangs when he was twelve and thrown it around like the stupid kid he'd been.

This was Jason's room.

Or, the one where Jason get's zapped with magic, wakes up in his teenage body, and decides to let the timeline know exactly how fucked it is. He also becomes the president of the Tim Drake Appreciation Club.

Only the Hermes Cabin's not-quite Co-counselor Theseus, ‘call me Theo,’ doesn't treat him like a fascinating zoo exhibit. Which would be a relief, except he looks exactly like Percy: same green eyes, same trouble making smile, same black hair. The only differences are the fact that Theo is six years older, covered in battle scars, and the black tattoo on his arm. A trident and the letters SPQR.

Theo is eighteen, powerful, and unclaimed. And his resemblance to Percy could set a dangerous precedent.

Honestly, Asimov's Integral. I love it to pieces, truly, but the style I wrote it in didn't match up well with the sequel I started to plan, so I scrapped the sequel.

(2) Anything that you'd like to write but feel like you're unable to?

So, so many things. I'm still sitting on my Merlin AU of 10 years because I'm not sure I could do it justice just yet. And the Jason Mob AU I continue to intend to write but just never get around to because I feel I won't do it justice. And the inspired by work I've wanted to write of Performance Piece by fight_knight since 2020... so many things... hahaha 💖

(5) Top three favourite fic tropes.

(1) Dimension and/or time travel. Honestly, I've read almost every Tim fic with this trope :D and will continue to. My current favourite subscriptions to this trope include: See Life As a Worthy Opponent by TriviasGhost, Take It Back Now Y'all by TimTheToaster (tabletoptime), Liminal Spaces series by Calamityjim and The Time Before by Cdelphiki.

(2) Really into over-protective Bruce. Obsessive Bruce that will do anything for his kids. @calamityjimao3's Father's Prerogative series and @princessmariana-writes's Dark-ish Batfam series are two of my favourites in this trope.

(3) Mental Healing, aka, the Batkids getting help and or reconciling with each other. I love: Tim in a Bottle by coyote_nebula, Clearly Calm and Keeping Terrorized by Batbirdies and A Meditation on Railroading by eggmacguffin.

(24) Wildest AU scenario you have written?

Lmao, I don't think I've actually ever written anything that wild? I have a Witcher-Batfam AU? And I started writing a Stark Trek Batfam AU...? Honestly, I'm not too outside the box here 😂

Din had expected that after retrieving the Child he would feel better.

And yet instead of relieved he felt like there were cold teeth sinking deeper into his chest with each step. Shadows stretched almost spitefully long despite the Imperial halogens, and Din could swear he kept seeing figures flickering at the edges of his vision

It was probably just the concussion he certainly had after that Dark Trooper did some impromptu maintenance with his head.
