Только вот обычно хотелось бы сделать чтобы Гарри была немного спокойней и рассудительной, только вот НЕ СЛИШКОМ. Я бы и сама бы конечно написала бы такой фанфик, только вот я не умею писать по английский или даже вообще на ней разговаривать. Я плохо говорю и пишу по английский.

It wasn't until the day after, when you sat with your friends at the Gryffindor table that you understood that this 'game' Lavender was playing was only just starting. You brought your mug to your lips, lightly blowing on it before taking a sip when Lavender walked behind your boyfriend, clasping a hand on his shoulder and giving him a flirtatious smile when he turned around before walking off. His lip curled upwards in disgust and you slowly swallowed your tea as your eyes followed the strawberry blonde.

You didn't bother reacting to her, even as she stared at you with a satisfied smirk on her face, which started to falter at the unfazed look on your face.

"Darling, are you done?" Your head snapped back towards your boyfriend and you nodded, standing up in sync to walk to class. When you stood side by side, you let Ron take your book bag off your shoulder to sling it over his as you took his free hand, intertwining your fingers together.

Deciding against it, he walked into the classroom and pulled a chair out for you as he sat next to you. 🖤 When going out together around town, you passed some girls scouts, and you bought a few cookies, and you'd never forget the conversation Wednesday had with the girl scouts; it lives rent-free in your mind

🖤 Though Wednesday is pretty 'lone wolf' and again, uninterested in anything but the Bermuda Triangle, she'll very rarely do things with you like… Roller skating; she hates video games, but she'll play them after a while of you asking her

🖤 You even give her gifts, like knitted scarves and sweaters, always black or a dark gray; Wednesday would take the gift, a frown on her face, but you knew she liked the gifts

🖤 You and her really bonded with instruments, she'd play the cello while you played your favorite instrument, and you'd play together in perfect harmony; and sometimes, rarely, you'd goof around and have a music battle

🖤 You'd notice how close Wednesday and Enid are, a little mischievous thought popping up in your head; you were tempted to try and get the two together, even trying to convince Wednesday that those boys she hung out with were rude, but she is as stubborn as ever

🖤 Nonetheless, you two are great friends, and you're always there to "bother" Wednesday when Enid's not there

Luna Lovegood:

🦋 You met Luna at Hogwarts, sitting beside her on the train in both of your first years; during however long the ride was, the two of you bonded, both of you being strange and peculiar

🦋 You are both really, really smart and love reading books and learning about new things; Luna loves to help you learn new things and you love helping her if she (rarely) has trouble with a spell or potion

🦋 You have both gotten good marks in each of your subjects, you’re very good at Herbology (you love it) and you’ve got pretty amazing Transfiguration skills; you could probably be an Auror or Healer one day, though you’d love to work with animals or dragons

🦋 You sometimes felt out of place in Hogwarts, but Luna always made you feel better because she was also sort of an outcast, but you were outcasts together

🦋 Because of her friendship with Harry Potter, Ron, and Hermione, you quickly become friends with them too; even falling for a prank or two from the Weasley twins

🦋 Luna always makes sure that if you have been pranked by the twins, you prank them back, even though she is very peaceful and sweet, she will give you tips if needed; and when they magicked your hair a disgusting color, she thought it was fair that you do the same back (let's just say, Fred and George had red and blue hair respectively for the next week)

🦋 Your parents on year, for the holidays, bought you roller skates and you let Luna use them, helping her down the sidewalk as she held onto your arm; in a matter of minutes she could spin in circles and skate backward, (you felt really proud)

🦋 You show Luna some of your favorite music, comic books, and even your favorite figures you collected over the years; Luna always found them fascinating

🦋 She is super excited and happy for you when you get your Animagus, a turtle; and you are proud when you see her Animagus rabbit hop in the air

🦋 Luna is your best friend and you could ask for no other, she is your rock, someone you could always go to; you are the friend that Luna had been asking for, and you make her happy

Billy Batson:

⚡ You went to the same school as Billy when he transferred to it, and man, you really fell hard

⚡ You had been friends with Freddy beforehand and when he introduced Billy as his brother... Well, you were in shock; (and in love)

⚡ You thought Billy was super cute, (emphasis on his dimples), noticing he was kind and really charming; a perfect gentleman towards you

⚡ Freddy teases Billy when he noticed that he likes you, and tries time and time again to get Billy to tell you how he feels; it takes him a while, but he does confess, after saving your life *cough couch*

⚡ You almost died, figuratively, when you found out Billy was Shazam; you were highly impressed, (though a bit jealous, you really wanted powers too)

⚡ After the... Seven Deadly Sins event, Billy finally asked you out for ice cream, but no, not at a shop or even an ice cream shop, but at 711; he got a small pint of chocolate and you got Americone Dream

⚡ You and Billy go on other dates, holding hands while roller skating (Billy is terrible at it), playing board games with him and the rest of his family, and even reading comic books together; your first kiss is you beat him at Mario Kart

⚡ Darla likes to thank you for making Billy 'nicer', usually within the hearing range of Billy himself (Darla is secretly your boyfriend's wingman, giving him advice, when he sometimes needed it)

⚡ You just love to make Billy blush, hugging him, complimenting him, running your fingers through his hair; his face gets so pink, but don't think he won't get revenge

⚡ You and Billy are the perfect match, Billy just can't get enough of you, and you can't get enough of him; he is the lightning to your thunder

Max Mayfield:

🛹 You met Max when she was skating home on her skateboard and you were skating on the sidewalk in your roller skates

🛹 When you saw her flaming red hair, and shades on her nose, yeah... It was love at first sight; you literally did a double take

🛹 Thankfully, for you, she was single; you approached her at school, and that was when your friendship and the later relationship bloomed

🛹 You'd join her and El for sleepovers, reading magazines and comics, and listening to music; it was a blast

🛹 It took a while but you both confessed after getting ice cream at Scoops; it was nonchalant, as if it was an everyday conversation, though you both were blushing madly

🛹 You'd go on dates to the mall, make your own fashion shows, eat ice cream at Scoops, and skate side by side, hand in hand down the sidewalk; with each other, the two of you were on cloud nine

🛹 On rainy days, you and Max would stay in and watch movies like The Breakfast Club or Back To The Future; sharing buttery popcorn and chocolatey candy

🛹 After the end of Billy and the mall, you comforted Max as much as you could, knowing how broken she was; you held her tight as she cried

🛹 After Vecna, and somehow saving Max, you'd stay with her as much as you could, she only had some injuries but you hardly left the hospital, until your parents made you; you held her hand the entire time

🛹 You both make each other better, you make Max laugh and smile; Max is your rock, your anchor, and your heart

Francis Barton:

🎯 You were part of the team when you met Francis; at first, you thought he was pretty rude

🎯 Francis was a bit hesitant towards you, and being your friend in general, but after a while, he warmed up to you

🎯 He warmed up to the point that he goofed around with you to a point, but overall he was his cocky and confident self

🎯 He'd confess his feelings to you though, though a bit shy, which you thought was cute; in the end, you began dating

🎯 Francis would try and teach you archery, helping you load the bow and shoot the arrow; you got the bullseye first try earning a kiss on the cheek

🐍 He's not really good at talking to others, having been told not to engage with people because of his powers, but he really liked you and really wanted to talk to you; so he does

🐍 You were surprised when he approached you, he was pretty quiet, but after a bit, he finally asks you if you want to get ice cream; of course, you say 'yes'

🐍 On your little ice cream date, he mentions that he doesn't want to scare you away and that he really likes you, but he is worried about his powers; you reassure him that you are not afraid, that you trust him; his love for you grows even more

🐍 Even though he is slightly taller than you, you help him roller skate on your second date; holding his hands as you skated backward, giving him words of affirmation as she wobbled like a baby deer

🐍 Really though, Ajax is a gentle shy giant, but with you, he feels more confident with you; he finds you incredibly beautiful, brilliant, and super funny

🐍 On one date, later in time, you introduce him to sparkling water, he tries it, he hates it, but he loves the smile on your face when he makes a face at the odd taste

🐍 Ajax introduces you to some of his favorite shows, and you do the same; cuddling together as you eat popcorn and pizza

🕶 You had known of James all throughout your years in Hogwarts, sharing classes with him along with having heard of his pranks with Sirius Black and frowning upon his bullying of Severus; at first, you didn't really care for him, but that changed

🕶 You watched him from afar for the first couple of years, but one time when you were in the courtyard, reading, he came over to talk to you

🕶 You were hesitant, as well as a bit nervous, and you were thankful that he came to you instead of vice versa; surprisingly, the conversation went swimmingly like a fish in water

🕶 You had thought after that day that maybe you had embarrassed yourself to the point that James would never speak to you ever again, but he surprised you again by stopping you when you were at Hogsmeade; you couldn't even believe your luck when he asked if you wanted to go to join him

🕶 You were a bit worried that James was only talking to you because of a prank or dare, but when James looked at you with those eyes of his... You felt incredibly special

🕶 James took you to get Butterbeer where you spoke about your favorite classes, hobbies, and foods; that's when James confessed, somewhat awkwardly, (he was trying to be nonchalant about it really), that he wanted to ask you out for a while, ever since fourth year

🕶 It didn't take long for the two of you to start dating, and James just loved you, almost clingy as he had his arm around your shoulders all the time, everyone in Hogwarts knew you were a couple

🕶 After graduating from Hogwarts, both you and James found a nice quiet cottage near a lake where you and James spent most of your time; your time together was spent reading, hanging out with the other Marauders, and dancing in the kitchen together

🕶 James always makes sure that you know that he loves you, everyday he would tell you how wonderful and beautiful you are; he'd shout it on the top of your cottage roof if he had to, and he did once; you flushed madly at that

🕶 You were so happy that you were reading in the courtyard, and you were so happy that James came up to you; you love James so much and you can not wait for the years to come

1992

You awake on a regular Wednesday morning a few days before the return to school, groaning and stretching as you sit up in your queen-sized bed. The sun is streaming in through your windows, and you can hear birds singing their first few melodies of the morning.

You hear a very croaky meow from beside you and you look over to spot Dubh awakening from her slumber, seeming very angry about it being awoken. Dubh's actual bed is resting in the corner of the room, but it has long since been forgotten and she much prefers to sneak up onto your bed covers during the night. This little habit of hers means you've had to deliver a quick cleaning spell to her every night before bed, but you enjoy her company anyways. You reach out and pet her lovingly, scratching under her fluffy chin.

"Yes, yes, good morning, Dubh," you say. You yawn, trying to muster up the will to properly get out of bed, before eventually you manage to swing your legs over the edge of your bed and step onto the soft rug beneath you.

You throw on your favourite pair of jeans and a sweater to accompany it, taking a quick minute to wash your face before heading downstairs and into the kitchen. Dubh follows you the whole time, complaining as she waits for you to get her breakfast.

This is the home you've lived in for the past 13 years. The home yourself and Sirius had bought after you got married. It's small and cosy: exactly how you had wanted. The walls are covered with photo frames and beautiful oil paintings that look straight out of a dream.

The kitchen is charming, especially as it's lit up by the August sun. You push open a window to let some air in, waving your wand to pour out some cat food for Dubh. You click the kettle on and drum your fingers on the countertop as you wait.

At that moment you hear a small hoot and a light thud outside your back door. You leave the kitchen, unlocking the door to open it and spot a small folded package on the front step. It's the newspaper, the Daily Prophet.

You toss the paper on the kitchen table, humming as you prepare breakfast for yourself. Finally, when you've finished, you take your plate in one hand and your ready cup of tea in the other, sitting down at the kitchen table. You pull open the twine wrapped around the paper, unfolding it out.

You nearly spit out your tea when you read the headline of the front page and spot a familiar face.

Sirius.

Sirius Black.

Sirius Black has escaped.

Sirius Black has escaped from Azkaban.

What the fuck.

What the actual fuck.

What the fuck?

You swallow hard, looking at the article again. Your heart is thumping. Your hands are trembling. You feel like you're about to be sick.

BLACK STILL AT LARGE

Sirius Black, possibly the most infamous prisoner ever to be held in Azkaban fortress, is still eluding capture, the Ministry of Magic confirmed today.

'We are doing all we can to recapture Black,' said the Minister for Magic, Cornelius Fudge, this morning, 'and we beg the magical community to remain calm.'

You scoff. Fat fucking chance!

Fudge has been criticised by some members of the International Federation of Warlocks for informing the Muggle Prime Minister of the crisis.

'Well, really, I had to, don't you know,' said an irritable Fudge. 'Black is mad. He's a danger to anyone who crosses him, magic or Muggle. I have the Prime Minister's assurance that he will not breathe a word of Black's true identity to anyone. And let's face it — who'd believe him if he did?'

While Muggles have been told that Black is carrying a gun (a kind of metal wand which Muggles use to kill each other), the magical community lives in fear of a massacre like that of twelve years ago, when Black murdered thirteen people with a single curse.

You feel like you're dreaming. How the hell did he break out?

This article makes you feel so sick. The things they're saying — the things they've always said about him — they're not true. They can't possibly be true.

Sirius would never do that.

Your Sirius would never do that.

Your Sirius who kissed you on the Astronomy Tower.

Your Sirius who proposed to you in your first tiny London flat, lit only by candlelight.

Your Sirius who waited patiently for you at the altar.

Your Sirius who spoke in detail of his undying love for you during his vows.

Your Sirius who gave you the most perfect first dance you could ever ask for.

Your Sirius who spent your wedding night reminding you how much he loved you, gazing at you like you were the most beautiful woman he's ever seen, making sure there wasn't a single patch of skin on your body that went unkissed.

Your Sirius who bought you flowers every week, so the ones on your dining table were always fresh.

Your Sirius.

For twelve years you've maintained the belief that Sirius is innocent. There has got to be another explanation because the Sirius you know would never sell out his friends like that. He would never support Voldemort like that. He would never murder thirteen people like that! It's bullshit.

The Sirius you know would sooner die than rat James and Lily out like that.

Sirius isn't mad, like the way they say in that article.

Or maybe he is.

You wouldn't be surprised if 12 whole years in fucking Azkaban turned him loony.

Suddenly, there's a loud knock at your front door and you startle, dropping the paper.

What if that's him?

You slowly, apprehensively get up out of your chair, carefully walking to the door. You take a deep breath, and place your hand on the handle.

You turn it agonisingly slow and open the door a crack, peering out.

It's not him.

You don't know whether to be relieved or disappointed.

Well, you're definitely not happy anyway, as you're met with Cornelius Fudge and three other Ministry officials.

You gulp.

"Good morning, ma'am," Fudge says. "Can we come in?"

You sigh, nodding. "Yeah, yeah. Of course."

You open the door wide to let them in, wrapping your arms around your torso nervously. They walk into your kitchen, looking around and you gesture to the kitchen table with a nervous smile. "You can sit down there..."

The four of them sit. You notice how Fudge's eyes immediately land on the paper, and he looks quickly back up at you as you lean against the counter, anxiously fiddling with your fingers. Dubh's head lifts from her food bowl, eyeing the newcomers suspiciously.

"Tea, coffee?" You ask, forcing a smile.

The officials glance at each other, as if deciding whether or not it's safe to accept a drink from you.

"Um...no thanks," one squeaks, looking up at you fearfully.

You sigh.

"Ah, so you've evidently heard the news..." Fudge starts, tapping the paper with one of his large, pudgy fingers.

You nod wordlessly.

"Is it a...surprise?" he asks.

You blink at him. "Yes, Minister, of course it's a surprise. I hardly expected him to break out of bloody Azkaban."

"Yes, yes, it is a shock to all of us," Fudge replies, eyes glancing over at the wedding photo on your countertop. "Have you...heard from him? At all?"

"No."

"It's just that you are his wife, you would be the first person he'd run to."

You raise your eyebrows, folding your arms. "Oh? I would've thought you'd expect him to run to Voldemort?"

They all wince at the name.

Fudge sighs, trying to keep his composure. "Look, regardless of your personal feelings on the matter, Black is a criminal and — "

"You have no proof — "

"He is a convict!" Fudge snaps. "Regardless of whether you believe it to be wrongful or not, he is a convict! If you see him, you must contact the Ministry. The magical community is in shambles with him on the loose. People are afraid."

You scoff. "The magical community has been in shambles for centuries."

Fudge ignores your statement, standing up from his chair unsteadily. "We will have to monitor your home, in case he decides to...visit."

"Shocker."

"We — uh, we'll be going now," Fudge says semi-certainly, motioning for the others to follow. They all stand, narrowly avoiding you as they exit the kitchen. You see one woman flinch when you move. You feel a hand on your shoulder, looking up to see Fudge's red, fudgy face looking at you pitifully. "I am truly sorry, dear. Remember what I said."

You watch as the party leaves and you shut the door behind them. You groan, running your hand through your hair as you slide down the door and sink to the ground.

Dubh appears around the corner, plodding over to you. You smile weakly at her, petting her softly. You feel your eyes starting to water and you sniffle, lip trembling.

You shake your head in disbelief.

"What am I gonna do?"

⁠✧⁠*⁠。✧⁠*⁠。

You wave your wand, levitating your heavy trunk up onto the overhead carriage of your train compartment. Most teachers don't take the Hogwarts Express — they just apparate to Hogsmeade instead — but you find that apparition tends to distress Dubh immensely and don't do it. You don't mind it really, the train ride gives you that little bit of extra time to look over lesson material.

Lucky for you, you have the compartment to yourself and freely let Dubh out of her carrier. She stretches with a long meowl, moving to settle on your lap, and you spend the ride reading a book and looking over lesson material, though your mind keeps drifting from what you're doing, choosing instead to fixate on Sirius.

You have a sickening seed of guilt and worry circling your gut ever since you heard of his escape, an overwhelming sense of dread looming over everything you do.

Heavy rain pelts the window harshly, wind battering the sides of the train, rattling it loudly.

You glance out the window pensively, wondering what he must be doing right now. Maybe he's been recaptured and you just haven't found out yet. You hope he's not out in this weather.

If sixteen-year-old Sirius had been caught out in torrential rain, he'd be busy complaining to you about how it completely ruined his hair and you'd just have to listen on and on because truthfully, you liked his hair after the rain.

The train starts to slow and you sigh, starting to pack up your things. Then, your eye catches the window and you squint out into the dark surroundings. You're not in Hogsmeade — you're not even close to it. You've been on this train enough times to know that you have a solid 20 minutes or so left in the journey.

Maybe there's something blocking the track and you'll all just have to continue on foot?

Hardly.

You stand up, gently plucking Dubh from your lap and placing her onto the seat beside you. You slide open the compartment door and stick your head out, looking up and down the hallway. You know well that Professor Flitwick is inside along with some of the Prefects so you step out, closing the door behind you and moving to their compartment.

You open the door and look in at Flitwick and three students, shiny silver badges on their chests. "Hey, Filius. What's going on?"

Flitwick shrugs, straining his neck to see up out the window. "I don't know."

You bite your lip, turning around uncertainly. "I'll ask the driver."

Suddenly, the train stops with a jolt and you stumble into the wall beside you, knocking your head against one of the flickering lanterns. You groan, bringing a hand to rub at the sharp stinging in your temple.

You try to make your way up the carriage but before you can the lights extinguish with a small puff and you're plunged into darkness. Rooting around in your pocket, you fish out your wand and mutter, "Lumos." A small bead of white light appears at the tip, illuminating a short distance in front of you.

To your horror, you look up and are met with a dark cloaked figure that towers to the ceiling. Its face is completely hidden beneath its hood. You feel your breath hitch in your throat as the room grows cold, freezing cold, making the hairs on your arms stand up.

A Dementor.

"He's not here," you choke, but it doesn't seem to matter as the dementor draws a long, slow, rattling breath. "He — he's not — "

You feel an immediate sadness overwhelm you. You feel every stitch of joy being sucked from you, your body desperately trying to cling on to whatever it can. You hear Sirius' voice, screaming raw and pleading, and it feels like the pain in your head is magnified a billion times.

Before your last stretch of consciousness can escape from you, you grip your wand tighter and, summoning all your will and happiest memories, you yell, "EXPECTO PATRONUM!"

A bright, blue light bursts forth from your wand, taking on the form of large, scruffy dog and chasing the Dementor as it glides away from you. You stumble back, chest heaving, placing a hand on the wall for support, before remembering about the rest of the students and you turn, sprinting back down the corridor to the other carriages.

You throw open the door, moving quickly as you throw glances in each compartment window, checking that everyone was alright. Was there only one?

As you continue down the corridor, you look in one compartment and see the back of a tall figure blocking your view. You breathe a sigh of relief when you see it's not a Dementor, and slowly slide open the door to poke your head in, trying to carefully look past the figure in front of you.

"Hey guys, everyone okay? I think — Remus?" You stare in shock at the tired face of Remus Lupin, currently holding a gigantic slab of chocolate in his hands, loudly snapping it into pieces. "What are you doing here?"

Beside him is Harry, Ron, and Hermione, looking between the two of you in surprise. Harry is as pale as a ghost, his hair messy and untidy.

"Guess I took your advice," Remus shrugs, handing everyone pieces of chocolate. He hands one to you and you accept it gratefully, biting off a piece with a loud crack. "Taking up the Defense Against the Dark Arts position."

You grin. "Remus, that's brilliant!" You throw your arms around him and he chuckles, tapping your back softly.

You pull back, noticing Harry's shell-shocked face and turn to him in concern. "Harry, are you alright? You don't look too good."

"Dementor," Remus explains and you nod in understanding.

"There was one in my carriage too!" You say. "Bastards."

"Language."

"What? It's true!" You say in defense, looking back at Remus' unapproving face. You glance at the three thirteen-year-olds also present in the compartment with you. "Er — sorry, guys."

"I'm going to go talk to the driver," Remus announces, tossing a small bite of chocolate into his mouth.

You nod. "Alright, I'll go check on everyone else." Remus moves past you, but before he can go in the opposite direction to you up the train, you grab onto his arm. "Next time, tell me if you're coming. Could've saved me a very boring train ride."

Remus chuckles. "I was asleep the whole time, not sure if I'd be great company."

You just give him a knowing smile, heading down to the carriage to check on the other students.

Summary: You, a well known actress, joined the cast for the second season of Wednesday. A well-executed magic trick and a questionable pick-up line later, you find yourself kissing one of your co-stars. Warnings: none (?) (English isn't my first language, I'm sorry if there are mistakes or if something doesn't make sense TvT)

As far as you could remember, you always wanted to be an actress. You starred in some adds on tv when you were 12, before auditioning for the role of C/n Henderson in the first season Stranger Things.

You were 14 when the series was released, and you didn't expect it to make you famous. But since then, you played in several movies such as Fear Street 1978 and 1666, or the last two Star Wars - for which you symbolized the new generation of the upcoming trilogy.

You favorite genre to play was fantasy. Sometimes you wished you were born in the 90's so you could have a chance to play in the Harry Potter movies.

Of course, you continued the 'Stranger Things Adventure', as you called it, all the way to season 5, which had yet to be filmed. You were proud to see that the series was on top of the most watched Netflix series.

But recently, the series rank was in danger due to the new series Wednesday. You resisted a whole month before binge watch it with Sadie. Since you met on the set of Stranger Things season 2, you were best friends.

"It's not like we're betraying anyone if we watch it, right? They can't fire us for that, right?"

"I don't think so, Noah and Mille watched it already and nothing happened. I think it's safe"

You put the pop-corn bowl between you on the couch before Sadie pressed play. Being a big fan of the Addams family, you were a little scared to watch it. But everyone seemed to say it was really good so... why not giving a try?

You liked it so far, Enid being your favorite character. You found her really cute, and her bubbly personality was a great contrast with Wednesday's cold self.

On TikTok and other social medias, you saw everyone simping for Wednesday, and honestly, it was understandable. But Enid. The wink.

You were full on gay panic. This wink, along with her smile, got you simping for her throughout the whole series.

"So, what do you think? I liked it" Sadie asked you when you finished watching

"It was great! Let's hope season 2 will come out soon!"

"So you can see who's the stalker? Or maybe more of a certain blonde?"

"I don't know what you're talking about"

"As if you didn't spend the last hours simping for her" she teased you

"Who wouldn't? She's so adorable!"

After that, it didn't take long until you where googling who played her, and in what other movies she played. You watched all of them, from 2010 Crooked, to 2021 Girl in the basement.

You quickly became a Emma Myers fan, which meant you started following her on Instagram.

When she noticed it, she couldn't believe her eyes. The Y/n L/n, her favorite actress, knew who she was? If that wasn't a dream coming true...

One of her favorite genre of movies / series was fantasy. She watched almost every work of this category, which meant she saw multiple of your roles.

Her favorite one was your Star Wars character. It was the first time she saw you on screen. Since then, she had watched everything you played in. You had something that attracted her, something special that made her want to meet you.

Not just like every other celebrities she'd love to meet. It was something different, something she couldn't quite explain.

"Are you kidding me?? You're really part of the cast of Wednesday season 2?? That's awesome!"

"I know, that's crazy! But don't count on me to tell you anything"

"Come on, we're best friends, right? You can just tell me little things, no one will know..."

"Nope, sorry. I have to go, I'm in front of the studio"

"I hate you"

"Love you too bestie"

You smiled as you hung up, putting your phone in your jacket's pocket. You were excited to meet the cast and to know what happened next.

Totally nothing to do with a certain girl you were impatient to meet.

When you entered the studio, you were greeted by Jenna, whom you had already met at the auditions as she was producer of this new season.

"Y/n, hey. It's nice to have you here" she smiled

"The pleasure's mine"

She led you to where the others were, gathered a little further.

"Oh, before you meet everyone, Emma's a big fan of yours so don't be surprised if she's a little shy"

"Really?"

You couldn't help but smile. You were fan of each other. Interesting.

You walked up to the group, Jenna in front of you.

"I told you we would have a new addition to the cast, right? Well, here she is"

She stepped to the side to reveal you. You waved at them with a smile that got wider when you spotted Emma next to Hunter. You felt inexplicably drawn to her the moment your gaze met hers.

"Hi"

Like every other Saturday night since the beginning of the shooting, you were gathered at Georgie's for a little party. Apparently, it was a little tradition they had since season 1.

It was really fun to see some of you try to do your scenes the next morning when they drank a little too much. Not that the scenes were poorly acted, no, it was the behind-the-scenes face in a bucket that was the most fun.

You weren't one to drink much, so you never had the problem. But Hunter did quite a lot even though he doesn't drink a lot either.

This night however, you found yourself drinking more than you should, which doesn't go unnoticed by a certain brunette.

"Is everything okay?"

"Of course. What makes you think otherwise?"

"I don't know, maybe the empty bottle next to you? Or the other one in your hand? You can talk to me you know?"

You knew that, but the words got stuck in your throat every time. You were ashamed to admit it, but you were jealous. Jealous of Georgie and Emma's relation.

They were just friends, yes okay, but the way he looked at her made you think he wanted more than that. You couldn't blame him for that, being in the same situation.

What you blamed him for was... what was it again? Ah, yes. You had no reason to blame him. Emma and you were just friends too.

"It's... nothing really, just- just a bad day"

"You sure?"

She wasn't blind, she saw how you looked at Emma, how you acted around her. But what she saw too was how Emma looked at you. And that you didn't see.

"Yeah, don't worry. I'm fine"

"Okay then..."

She didn't believe you, but let you alone, taking the bottle with her as a precaution.

A little while after, you were joined by Emma who sat next to you on the couch. You had sobered up by the time Jenna left.

"How you doing?" she asked gently

"Great, you?"

"Georgie tried to show me a magic trick, ended up with my shirt being stained with his drink..."

"You should change, or you'll get cold"

"Yeah, but I don't want to leave... Plus it's dark outside, I don't feel like going alone..."

"I can come with you if you want"

"Shit, I think I forgot my keys at Georgie's..." Emma mumbled, looking in every pocket she had while you were standing in front of her door

"We can go at mine if you want, you can borrow a dry shirt, we'll go back later for your keys"

"I don't know what I would do without you"

You missed the blush on her face as she said that, too busy taking your keys out of your pocket.

"Get a cold probably. Here, come with me"

You walked side by side, shoulders brushing every now and then, until you arrived. You opened the door and let her in, before heading to your closet to find something to give her.

Meanwhile, she looked around at your room. She had no idea what it would look like, but it really screamed you. And exactly like you, the room was to her liking.

She spotted a deck of cards on your bedside table.

"Do you play card games?"

"Uhh not really, I only know poker, and am very bad at it"

"Why do you have a deck of cards then?" she asked as you emerged from the closet

You gave her the shirt with a smile.

"Want me to show you some real magic trick?"

"Sure! I love magic tricks"

You grabbed the cards and sat on the floor on the other side of the room, giving her time and space to change.

"Oh oh okay, I have to pull out my best trick then"

You shuffled the cards as she sat in front of you.

"Here, take a card, look at it, and don't tell me anything"

She obeyed, looked at the card, and kept it in hand, waiting for your instructions.

"Okay, now I'm gonna make a pile of cards randomly, for example here I put like three cards, then six, then two, etc. You tell me to stop whenever you want"

You started to stack the cards, looking at her with a smile.

"Stop!"

"Okayy, now put your card on top"

She did as you told. You put the cards you had left on top of her card and took the deck in your hands before spreading the cards on the floor in a swift motion.

In the alignment of cards, one was face up. 3 of spades.

You took the card out, letting a hole in the line of cards.

"Is it your card?"

"I'm sorry to disappoint, but it's not"

"Oh really? Maybe it's a sign... 3 of spades, so maybe three cards before..."

You counted to three starting from where the card was, and pulled a new one out, showing it to her.

"Is this one your card?"

"Oh my- Yeah it is!"

You smiled widely, before turning the card to look at it.

"The queen of hearts huh? Funny when you're the queen of mine"

You didn't mean to say that. Absolutely not. You felt your face heat up.

"Shit I'm sorry, I didn't mean to-"

You stopped, noticing she was as red as you were.

"That sounded better in my head..." you finished, still embarrassed

"... Do you mean it?" she asked after a moment of silence

"Depends. What would you do if it was the case?"

"Well..." she got on all fours and got closer to you to the point her nose was almost brushing against yours "I think I would really want to kiss you..."

"Y-yeah?" your eyes flickered to her lips before going up to her oh so beautiful eyes "My heart is yours since day one, Emma”

A smile made its way up to her face as her cheeks reddened.

“Can I kiss you?” she whispered

You leaned forward as an answer, pressing a soft kiss on her lips. She was quick to cup your cheeks and sit on your lap as she kissed back, making you tilt you head up a bit.

As your hands found their place on her hips, pulling her closer to you, the soft kisses turned into a passionate make out session that left you both breathless.

After you pulled away, she rested her forehead on yours. You were both smiling like idiots in love - which you were, actually.

"If you had told me I'd get to kiss the Y/n L/n - and that she would be romantically interested in me - I never would've believed you"

"Well, if you had told me I'd get to kiss the Emma Myers and have a romantic relationship with her, I wouldn't have believed you either"

"You're such an idiot" she chuckled, cheeks reddening again

You couldn't help but smile and placed another kiss on her soft lips.

"True, but I'm your idiot now"

You were sitting at the weathervane cafe with Wednesday as usual, doing your homework. "Shit I'm kinda hungry, I'm gonna go buy a sandwich, do you want something?" you said getting up and almost tripping from a biology paper you lost on the floor. Looking up in amusement Wednesday rolled her eyes at your little sqeal "no thank you, I'll stick to my coffee".

Blushing slightly in embarrassment you walked over to the counter where Tyler was standing ready to take your order "Hi Y/N what can I get for you?" You looked through the glass counter for a second before choosing. "Hmm I'll take an avocado sandwich"

Walking back to your seat with your sandwich, some hot chocolate and a slice of red velvet cake you looked happily at Wednesday "Tyler gave me this for free since my birthday is coming up! He's so nice" Wednesday's eyes flickered up to yours fast after hearing that. "Birthday? You didn't tell me it was your birthday?" Trying to hide her panic, her mind flew rapidly across what she could do for you. "I didn't? Huh must of slipped my mind, I don't really do much for my birthday usually" munching on your cake you grinned at her wide eyes.

"I got to go, I think I just figured something out about the murders" Wednesday said quickly getting up and packing her things, hoping you'd believe her lie. "oh alright, want me to help you?" You asked setting your fork down slightly disappointed that she was leaving this soon. "No, I have to do this alone, I'll come by your dorm tonight"

Rushing into her dorm Wednesday slammed the door behind her, scaring Enid that missed her nail and got light blue nail polish all over her her hand instead. "HOLY SHIT WEDNESDAY, YOU CAN'T JUST COME IN LIKE THAT" Standing up ready to argue she noticed how the girl on the dark side of the room seemed occupied by something. "If I remember right Enid this is a shared dorm" rolling her eyes Enid skipped over to her roommate. "Soooo watcha doing, I thought you were on a date with Y/N?" She asked standing behind her as she was looking for paper on her desk "I was, before Y/N told me unbelievably late that her birthday is in a couple of days... And I want to do something nice for her. can you maybe.. Help me?"

Enid stood still as a statue for about a second before "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEE OMG WEDNESDAY ADDAMS JUST ASKED FOR MY PARTY ADVICE" flinching slightly at Enid's scream she merely looked at her amused. "So are you going to help me or not, because if you aren't I can get Thing to help instead"

Later that evening Wednesday and Enid had already put up a big board of ideas, not noticing how late it actually was before now Wednesday glanced over the board once again before walking over to the door "where are you going, I thought we were working on ideas?" Enid said confused, turning away from her so called 'masterpiece'. "I'm sleeping in Y/N's dorm tonight, she wanted to watch some movie called 'Harry Potter' about some imaginary wizarding world or something"

The next day she was up and going before you even woke up, it was the day before your birthday and she was rushing to find the perfect gift that you'd enjoy.

After walking through the small town in circles for at least an hour she finally spotted the perfect gift - a beautiful ring with a blue/grey crystal on display in the window of Uriah's heap. Walking in she immediately asked the lady at the counter to get it for her not caring about how expensive it was seeing it was for the love of her life.

Proudly walking back to her dorm she was almost ready for her girlfriends special day, secretly excited to see her reaction to what she had prepared. Closing the door behind her she walked over to her desk, ignoring Enid's grinning face that was awing at her. Packing the ring up neatly in some black silk paper she almost smiled. The day was starting to slip by so she decided it was finally time to go to your dorm to sleep.

The sun shining bright outside woke you up as you reached out trying to find Wednesday's resting body next to yours, only to find a cold empty space next to you, feeling sad you got up. Even though you didn't really care for your birthday you still hoped that Wednesday would at least wake up next to you. After getting dressed in your normal school attire you were about to leave your dorm when you saw a note laying folded on your desk.

"Meet me at weathervane at 11:00 - W. A."

Cursing to yourself you realized that it was already 10:32 and you didn't have much time to get there. Almost running outside you bumped into Enid "fuck- OH- HAPPY BIRTHDAY Y/N" Enid yelled unnecessarily loud causing people to turn around to stare, not really caring Enid grabbed both of your hands and spun you around squealing. "Enid, Enid- I'm going to throw up if you continue to spin me around" you laugh at your best friends behavior. "I'm just so excited, it's your special day after all cutie!!" She said and hugged you tightly, closing your eyes you hugged her back loving your friends kindness.

Walking into weathervane your eyes scanned the shop for your goth girlfriend, immediately spotting her sitting there with a big bouquet of roses, you smile widely at how adorable she looked with her freckles being more noticeable in the sunshine. Sitting down in front of her you gazed over the table, where there was every kind of cake from the cafe in front of you. "What's all this for Wens?" You asked curiously "well I wasn't really sure what cake you would prefer, so, I bought them all." Wednesday said in her deadpan voice, rolling her eyes at you like it was obvious, blushing you looked away, not used to this kind of treatment from any of your other former partners. "Also here, Enid said it would be romantic to give you these flowers" she said giving the gorgeous flowers to you. "Thank you so much Wednesday, I love them, and I love you, I really wasn't expecting something like this, thank you" you pecked her dark lips "of course, I would do anything to see you happy dolcezza" she responded smiling slightly - something she would almost only do with you.

"I'm sorry Y/N but I have something I got to do" Wednesday said in her most apologetic voice grabbing your hand. "Oh, alright, are you still going to be sleeping in my dorm tonight?" You said somberly looking down at the table "of course my love, I'll see you later" Wednesday said before getting up and leaving the cafe, again leaving you alone to your thoughts.

Finally back in your dorm you sighed getting a vase and filling it up with water from your bathroom, you went back over to your desk before putting the vase there with the flowers in it. Finding a good book on the shelf that occupied most of your wall you sat down on your bed and relaxed, trying not to be suspicious of what Wednesday was doing.

The clock was nearing 04:00 pm when you finally heard a knock on your door, but as soon as you opened the door, Thing rushed inside, signing as fast as he could. "Hold on Thing, you're going to fast, I literally can't understand a word you're saying" you said worried by the urgency. "Wednesday, hurt - woods - dorm Wednesday got hurt by the monster in the woods and now she's back in her dorm??!" You said now ready to run out to get her as thing nodded, putting on your shoes you hurried over to Wednesday's shared dorm where you knocked forcefully entering without getting any response.

"SURPRISEEEE"

The multiple people in the room shouted, everyone wearing colorful party hats - even Wednesday, who was weirdly sporting a big crooked smile on her face. "Happy birthday again Y/N!!!" Enid came up first handing you her gift. Opening the glittery bag up you noticed it was a bright pink sweater with a dog print wearing sunglasses on, kinda confused you thanked her profusely before walking over and saying hi to the other guests, Eugene had gotten you three glasses of honey from his hive and Ajax had gotten you one of those weird stuffed rats from Uriah's heap as a joke, when you finally got to Wednesday she was holding a small package in her hand. "This is for you my love" you took her gift gently and opened the wrapping paper, gasping you looked at the beautiful ring before looking up at Wednesday, the look of love being all over your face. "Thank you so much Wens, this is the best birthday I've ever had, also, if you ever scare me by saying you're hurt again I will kill you." You said glaring a bit at the end of your sentence, taking the ring from you Wednesday put it on your finger, a sadistic smirk playing on her lips "I had to surprise you somehow, happy birthday, cara mia"

"Rowan! Wait up!" y/n called to her friend. She'd been friends with him for ages, since they were little kids. However, recently, he'd been completely ignorant of her. Every time she talked to him he seemed to have something better to do, she barely saw him in the hallways. "y/n, I'm running late. Can this wait?" He turned around abruptly, stunning her into silence. There was a moment where she paused before responding hesitantly. "Oh, okay." She nodded. Rowan rushed off somewhere mysterious as y/n sighed. She surveyed her surroundings, hoping to find another one of her friends to hang out with. She'd just had her lunch and, due to Rowan's constant mysterious disappearances, she'd felt quite lonely recently.

"y/n! Over here!" The girl whipped around at the familiar voice of Xavier Thorpe. He'd noticed his roommate's strange, basket case of emotions as of late, making a mental note to check on y/n because he knew they were close. She smiled and made her way over to where he was sitting with the 'popular' group of Nevermore. They were all friendly with y/n, so she didn't feel uncomfortable. "Oh, hey y/n!" Ajax's bubbly voice welcomed her. She took a seat between Xavier and Ajax. "Are you okay? You look a little..." Bianca motioned to her own face, implying that y/n was adorning an expression of discomfort. She sighed, "Rowan's been so strange recently. Every time I ask him to hang out he's not free and he's always disappearing somewhere mysterious. Has he been in your dorm much, Xav?" She turned to her artistic friend.

The boy shook his head, "Not recently. He's been distant with me, too. I'm sure he's fine. There's no reason I can think of why he's acting like this." He smiled reassuringly.

"Rowan!" y/n didn't miss the obvious sigh that her best friend let out when he heard her voice calling his name. "What now?!" He exclaimed, louder than he intended. The girl took a step back, "I'm sorry. I just wanted to know if you wanted to hang out. We can watch Harry Potter like old times? Or we can just go prank Xavier... or something... I just feel like I haven't spoken to you in so long, you know? You're my best friend and I've missed you." "God, you really have no idea, do you?" Rowan groaned, his fingers moving to his temples in frustration. y/n huffed, "What?" "You're so fucking annoying. Don't you know how to give people space? God, you're insufferable. No I don't want to hang out with you, haven't you noticed?" The girl's mouth opened and closed like a goldfish before she rushed off, tears pricking at her eyes. How could he say something like that, she thought. In the process of running back to her dorm, head down in order to avoid eye contact with any passers-by, she bumped into someone. Typical, now she had to talk to someone.

"Woah, I'm sorry- Wait, y/n?" She looked up to see Enid Sinclair, a fellow member of Ophelia Hall and a good friend of hers. "Hi, Enid. Look, I've really gotta get going." She attempted to brush past her friend without any further conversation, but Enid had other ideas. "Are you alright?" Enid dipped her head down in an attempt to make eye contact with her friend. Eventually, after a moment of comfortable silence, y/n lifted her head and let a few tears slip down her cheeks. "Oh, honey, what happened?" "Rowan was- was really mean to me and it's not like him and he's been like this for days and I just miss how- how we used to be." y/n managed to blubber. Enid pulled her into a hug. "Wanna go back to my dorm? We were all gonna meet up there and hang out. We'd love to have you join us." Enid offered. y/n just nodded and let Enid guide her to herself and Wednesday's dorm by her shoulder. As the door creaked open, y/n was dreading the amount of questions she was bound to face from her friends. Ajax grinned upon Enid's arrival, "Hi, Enid! Oh- oh and y/n..." He trailed off, noticing the sniffling girl being shepherded by Enid.

"y/n? Are you okay? Let's sit you down and we can talk it out." Yoko patted the spot next to her on Enid's bed. All of her favourite people from Nevermore seemed to be there. Ajax, Xavier, Kent, Yoko, Bianca, and Divina were there. Along with Enid, of course. y/n sat herself next to Yoko and snuggled into her side. Kent started, "If you don't mind telling us, what happened?" "I tried to ask Rowan to hang out with me. Do some stuff we used to do like... watch Harry Potter and prank Xavier," She started with a slight smile at Xavier who offered a reassuring one back, "but then he- he shut me down. Said that I was 'insufferable' and that he didn't want to hang out with me." The group shared irritated looks. For the past couple of months... maybe even the last year, Rowan had become a ball of anger, a picture of nothing but frustration and self-pity. They'd noticed his poor treatment of y/n and Xavier had told them about his frequent disappearances and arguments with him. They often ended up with Xavier being thrown against a wall at the hands of Rowan's telekinesis. Bianca shifted in her seat at the end of Enid's bed, "I'm sure he'll notice how upset he's made you. You two are two peas in a pod, I'm sure you'll be back to normal in no time. It's only been a few weeks since your last little escapade together. I'm sure you'll be fine. Just ignore him for the time being." y/n glanced up at the siren, nodding.

"Now, who wants to forget about shitty friends and eat some ice cream?" Divina smirked, pulling a few tubs and spoons out of a cooler that y/n hadn't noticed earlier.

It was lunchtime of the next day, y/n was sitting with Kent, Ajax and Enid in the quad. Ajax snickered, "And then guess what he did, he literally-" He cut himself off, spotting a certain someone approaching. Kent, Enid and y/n looked up in confusion. "y/n. I'm finally free to hang out today, if you want to." Enid scoffed, "The audacity," she mumbled under her breath. Rowan furrowed his brows at the lack of response from his best friend. y/n turned her head away, the rest of the group glaring daggers his way. Rowan took that as his opportunity to turn and walk away. What've I done? Rowan thought. Oh shit. He remembered. God, he needed to apologise. He raced straight back to the group. "y/n, I need to talk to you." He begged. She sighed, getting up reluctantly and following him to a quiet corner in the corridors. "I'm really sorry. I'm sorry for how I've been acting for the past few weeks, I'm sorry for how I've treated you and I'm sorry for the words that I said to you yesterday. I really shouldn't have said that. You know I didn't mean it, right?" He blurted. "I know, I know. It's just hard, y'know. I've been friends with you for so long and to have you drift like that was so weird. And for you to say that, I'll be honest it really upset me. Why are you acting the way you are?" She interrogated.

"I've just found some new stuff and I've been figuring this thing out. You know how my mom was a powerful Seer? Well, before she died she showed me a drawing that she'd done and told me to get rid of the girl in it if she ever turned up at Nevermore. The girl was Wednesday, y/n. You can't tell anyone about this. I don't know much at the moment but I'm figuring it out. You can't get involved, either, you'll be in too much danger. Just keep your distance from Addams for now, I don't know if I trust her. Especially not if this drawing was done 20 years ago." He confessed. y/n was apprehensive, but pulled him down into a hug, nevertheless. "Thank you, thank you, thank you." He squeezed her tight, before releasing her. "Never ever ignore me again, okay? Just tell me. You know that I wouldn't tell anyone. Anyway... wanna come hang out with the others? I know you've missed Xavier almost as much as you missed me." She giggled. Rowan rolled his eyes and followed her back into the Quad.

"All good?" Ajax gave Rowan a threatening once over as the pair took their seats. "All good." y/n nodded, smiling harder than she had in weeks.

"They better stay that way, Laslow." Enid threatened, forcing her claws to come out, playfully of course. Although, Rowan's eyes did widen slightly. "She doesn't mean it, dumbass." y/n laughed. Enid giggled back, "Or do I?"
