Sirius and James can’t bake either so the three of them rely heavily on Peter the baking king he is for any and all occasions

Now though remus wished he had learnt how, he can no longer walk past cafes and bakeries without feeling a sting of betrayal and Sirius no longer has cake for his birthday anymore

Comment: This is one of the best fics I've read in a while, I just love how it almost felt like I was actually watching GBBO with all these lovely characters (I have a special place in my heart for Arthur and all his ties!!) and reading about Remus and Sirius and how their relationship slowly develops and all the tension between them (and the dough kneading!) and the whole forbidden love theme was just PERFECTION. If you haven't read this fic already I highly recommend checking it out!!

i feel like sirius is definitely like a bread baker more than a pastry baker. makes a lot of sourdough

he makes all of his stuff from scratch. too prideful to make absolutely anything from a box or pre-made.

has a very small bake shop that he lives in the flat above. it’s called something goofy like “dog’s paw” or “throw a bone”

makes cakes but only on special order. his favorite to make is red velvet but his best seller is the strawberry.
