The lowest I could go without being underweight is 54.7, but my goal is 63. Is it too high? Should I go even lower? I don't know if im gonna be able to reach 63 but still, i want opinions on this

Also. (not trauma dumping) The BMI scale is so fucked. According to it my “healthy” weight should be between 110-155 lbs. I am a little under 5’7”. 170 for me is pushing it… anything below is incredibly underweight. My actual lowest healthy weight is a little more than halfway to obese on according to BMI. No wonder girls are comparing themselves to their BMI and developing eating disorders because they think they’re way overweight.

Reason: Effect of Xylitol as Aperient
You can find the post where I exchanged unrefined sugar with Xylitol, and when I found out.
In between, I’ve tried a variety of ways to cope with the way my digestion reacted and tried to manage my every day routines.
I supplemented electrolytes, substituted proteins and even some vitamins. Been at the doctor, had check ups and a change of my diet, introducing salad to myself. I’ve got to admit, this could’ve also been some lines of treatment in some 20th century medical journal.
In the End, I forced myself to live by pizza from changing restaurants and left out to prepare different things I consume, or especially consumed something to check on it.
Even my mental health deteriorated a considerable amount and some people tried to use this chance to fight me.
I’m back up again thanks to finding the reason, thanks to the peer group for assistance and thanks towards other people.
I’ve used this week to recover, to chill and to provide my body some important nutrients.

Things To Know About Body Mass Index (BMI)
The bmi calculator does not give any information about the distribution of body fat and does not distinguish between fat mass, water and muscles. Therefore, it should not only be related to age and gender. The physique, sports activities and other individual factors should definitely be taken into account.
