09:00 am - breakfast: 0 kcal ʕ⁠ ⁠ꈍ⁠ᴥ⁠ꈍ⁠ʔ
I had some peach tea and water. I usually don't eat in the morning anyway so it was pretty chill.
12:13 pm - lunch: 300 kcal ꒰ didn't finish ꒱
2 tbs of rice, 2 small pieces of chicken and 100g of steamed garlic potatoes. I felt like a pig after eating this, it isn't that much food but it looked like a lot in the plate and i hate that. I also did some cardio ꒰ dancing ꒱

18:57 pm - dinner: 195 kcal
two small pieces of chicken and two tbs of rice, i ended up only eating one piece and a half cause i felt horrible lol. I feel a little weak so i kind of forced myself to eat the rice. I will try to eat less tomorrow.

For those of you who b!nge/p*rge....how do you chart or track your calories? This always effs me up because my OCD/Type A needs to know but I am never confident that I've charted correctly and it makes me want to peel my skin off! 😭

My weight went from 128lb to 125lb overnight :0 I had to step on like 5 times to believe it. I fasted for 18 hours and stayed under 700 calories + exercise.

TW: ED RANT & DAILY LOG
I understand how problematic this post is. I don’t wish an ED on anyone. This is a platform for me to release my thoughts. I’m not PRO rather being real that I’m unwilling to recover (right now). Please BLOCK & don’t report if this is triggering.
I am disgusted with myself and my behavior. 🤢 Never in a million years did I think I would force myself to throw up. The emptiness my stomach feels but yet the POWER I feel removing the calories is indescribable. 😩 I’m not sure how I will come out of this as I want to recover but only at my goal weight. 😵‍💫 I exercise without resting and am dealing with injury and fatigue. I was already heavily restricting my food and now added bulimia to the mix. Like wtf?! 🥴 What makes this so unhinged is my collarbones are really popping out and my ribs are starting to “peek” and I’m loving the progress but at what cost?! I’m so drained and my depression is at an all time high. 😭 I’m having a free day to reset my body and get some fuel/nutrients in to push me though the week. I do ONE free day on Saturday as a reward for managing my eating all week.

Day 7-
Do my parents know that I am trying to lose weight ? Yes.
Do they know that I have an Ed? Clearly no. They are so clueless about it, I don’t think that they don’t care but they’re just so ignorants it hurts.
I can starve for days, b/p everyday they will never notice. (I talk from experience) it is kinda became also on of the reason I want to succeed my journey of wl and become underweight. So maybe they finally notice something.

half a provolone cheese bread (37g). probably not the best usage of my calories but i really love this bread so oh well.
11:45 pm - lunch: 128 kcal
25g of ground beef, 50g of steamed potatoes and 10g of kale.

Only had water and tea. Still mad with myself for eating the bread gonna take off again 100 kcal from tomorrows limit as punishment.

Reminder:
♥️Do not fast to the point of fainting! This will cause life-long problems, including brain damage & problems with losing weight in the future.
♠️Keep an eye on your blood sugar! Blood sugar is not just something that diabetic people need to worry about. Its something we all have to be a little bit careful with. If youre feeling faint, break your fast and eat something sugary. Even if its something small like 1 oreo, a spoonful of pure sugar, a brownie, whatever. You do not want to faint (see point #1)
♦️Dont get drunk on an empty stomach! Seriously, eat a small meal first. A sandwich, some nachos, ramen, something like that. Its horrible for your liver, and you will most definitely have a terrible hangover.
♣️NEVER skip out on hydration, fasting or not. Hydration is EXTREMELY important. You'll risk kidney stones, kidney failure, UTIs, and even seizures. Remember to stick to things like water(carbonated or not), tea, and Gatorade(the electrolytes are extremely helpful). Soda doesnt do as good of a job at those things.
♥️DO NOT abuse laxatives! You will dehydrate(see above), and risk having a chemical dependency on them, causing chronic constipation. Laxatives should only be used in small amounts & ONLY for constipation. Talk to your doctor.
♠️Dont workout too hard. Working out can be fun, and its good to do it in moderation. But dont hurt your muscles too much. They say "no pain, no gain," but there is a point where pain crosses the line. Take breaks from working out as well.
♦️Dont overwork yourself physically during a fast/low cal day! Calories are energy. If you dont have that energy, overworking can cause fainting(see point #1).
♣️If youre spacing off from hunger, dont do anything that takes too much concentration. As i talked about in the last point, overworking can be bad physically, but it's important to avoid MENTAL strain as well! Things like driving, filling out important paperwork, writing an important email, doing homework, etc. can be severely impacted by a lack of focus.
Stay safe. Because someone really cares about you.
