Its baffling to me when ppl say that dami is homophobic because a) the argument is rooted in racism, and b) he’s literally surrounded by queer people and shows each one support in his own way. Jon asks him to go to a pride parade and dami researches stonewall and prides origins. He finds out one of his classmates in non-binary and teaches them to fight so they can protect themself when dami isn’t there. He supports Conner and his asexuality. he cares about tim and his relationship with bernard. Hell, his almost stepmom and half of his rouges are queer and he doesn’t say shit about it.

so no, damian isn’t homophobic. he goes out of his way to support the queer people around him in ways that are very in character for him. just because it isn’t in your face doesn’t mean it isn’t there.
