ultimately when it comes to shipping and fandom space treatment of aspec characters i just don't accept "aro/ace people can still date/have sex" as an answer from nonaspecs. like yeah. mhm. okay. now i think we both know that you're not saying that out of real interest in the diversity of aspec experiences. so you can turn in your seventeen-page essay on why and how you plan to examine this character's aspec identity within the context of a romantic or sexual relationship complete with evidence from canon and peer reviews from multiple aspec people within the next week or i'm putting you in the pit from the edgar allen poe story

Physical Details

ಠಿ_ಠ: Do they look up or down when they are trying to recollect something?

Maria tends to look up, sometimes while tilting her head depending on the situation and what she's trying to remember. The head-tilting is more likely to be accompanied by frowning than a thoughtful expression. Especially if she's in a situation that's starting to annoy her.

(Дﾟ≡ﾟДﾟ): When they are surprised by somebody do they physically jump? Scream? 

Depends! It's very difficult to catch her by surprise, but she tends more towards stiffening up than any other reaction. It's most noticeable in her shoulders and arms. In her younger years, she would jump and let out a yelp, but she's grown out of making noises over the centuries. Jumping out of surprise is rare at best.

♪⁽⁽٩( ᐖ )۶⁾⁾ ₍₍٩( ᐛ )۶₎₎♪: How are they like when they dance? Are they stiff? Fluid? A good dancer? Do they prefer to dance with a lot of others, with one other person, or alone?

Maria isn't an experienced dancer by any means, but it's definitely not out of the question for her to occasionally want to groove a little. It's just her dance style is mostly that sort of step back and forth, arm-pumping sort of action that people do when they don't know how to dance but want to boogie with the music. As for dancing with people or alone...I don't think she has a preference either way, but she doesn't feel the urge to dance very often.

(ó﹏ò｡): Are there any foods that make their stomach upset?

There used to be, when she was human. Maria had some minor lactose intolerance, and tended to avoid foods that were high on the heat/spiciness index. Ironic, considering how much fire she could throw around on a regular basis. And while it didn't upset her stomach, exactly, she wasn't keen on the texture of mashed potatoes.

As an android, there really isn't anything that would upset her digestive systems -- if it's food and it can be broken down into energy, she can eat it without issues. Maria's even been known to drink Energon on occasion -- the fuel of the Cybertronians/Transformers. She'll draw the line at rotten or infected food, though -- a food disposal machine she is not, and she has taste buds built-in despite not really needing them. At this point, it's more a question of what foods she dislikes the taste and texture of than what food upsets her systems.
