What made you ship it?

After being a casual fan for 23 years, who said "I can’t ship in Les Mis, it would feel like watching my dads make out" :

Stewart Clarke and Chris Jacobsen being gay as fuck on stage in August 24 😂😂😂 to be precise, their Confrontation. That was sooo damn kinky. After that, everything fed the fire (including the brick, of course!)

Favourite things about the ship?

God, where do I start? This is going to trigger my unskippable dialogue, careful 😂😂😂😂

It's not just the enemies to lovers, although that is always hot, of course. It's their whole, entire soulmate thing. Two sides of the same coin. Two halves of Vidocq. Their 30 year long situationship. Javert recognizing Valjean by his abs, I mean COME ON. Them finding each other again and again and again. Even their furry metaphors fit, like Valjean is the cat to Javert's dog, the stag to his hunting hound, the lion to his tiger, the bear to his wolf etc (Vicky did love his spirit animals). They're both so deeply flawed people who so deeply try to do right. Javert, unable to lie, vs Valjean and his top notch pokerface. Valjean's kindness shattering Javert's worldview - and had canon-Valjean saved him from the Seine, the rest would have just fallen into piece for a happy end 😭❤️❤️

They're everything. They're old. They have the maturity of teenage girls. They're fiercely competent. They're dumbasses. They're virgins (btw Vicky why was is so important for us to know that none of them ever fucked? Why, Vicky?). They're kinky. They both have zero chill and their only salvation would have been each other.

Also, all the kinky little insinuations in the brick. The Paris edging???? Fauchelevent hitting on Valjean and the very next line is "how Javert lost this game" - like hello? "Here, another guy hits on JVJ - look why you're such a loser, Javert".

Then, just having this inner radar for each other or whatever, fate constantly throwing them back together???

They're soulmates, your honor. I rest my case (I probably have so much more to say but my brain just went bonk)

Well..... I do think I have 2?

1. There are not enough fics starting where it all began: Toulon. Like, this is where their 30 year long situationship first formed (and you can not tell me that Jean le Cric ™️ was not Baby Javert's gay awakening!) Toulon Era deserves more love!! 😭❤️❤️❤️

2. We do not have to speak about the interpretation of woobie Valjean x abusive Javert because *evil*.

Buuuuut.... in a long story, it’s very complicated to keep the balance between badass and babygirl to do the characters justice, I think. I mean, obviously in the privacy of their relationship (especially in the bedroom, cough) I am a big Babygirl!Javert, Big Daddy! Valjean truther.

But I don’t like it when all of Javert's competence and his badass moments (the Gorbeau house? Helloooo what was that?) are stripped from him and he's made into this frail, silly little damsel in distress who constantly needs to be saved by Valjean. He's a pretty cool guy as well! They both are and they deserve each other ❤️

God this was so much text lmao I'm sorry. This is just Valvert to me ❤️ they are so special.

CARSTOBER 2023 - Day 29

Favourite Cars Pairing/Ship: Jeff Gorvette x Lewis Hamilton 😏🤭

I would like to make clear that I ship these two only as the characters from Cars and not as their real life counterparts, so don't worry, I don't fantasize about Jeff Gordon and Lewis Hamilton being a couple 😅🤣

I imagined them getting together for a drink during the WGP Tokyo party just before meeting with Lightning. Jeff is the "adventurous" one, while Lewis is kinda oblivious and thinks he's flirting as a joke XD

Also, I hope the dialogues are readable enough bc I had to write them with my finger since my pen went out of power 😅

The 1st sketch is of Sir Pentious holding Arackniss being all adorable, I mean hugging his man😏😁😉

The 2nd sketch is a redraw & added design on some Hazbin Hotel fanart by @jaydenknight of Arackniss dressed in more casual clothing, all I added was some colour & gave him some knee long boots that are inspired by Doc Martens because I thought Arackniss would be the type to wear something like that.
