It wasn't terribly unusual for all eyes to be on (Y/N) when she stepped into the break room for the morning meeting so Marcus's lingering gaze went unnoticed.Today she dressed in a pair of tight black jeans with a silver studded belt,a loose fitted Green Day t-shirt,and her beat up docs that clunked everywhere she walked.Her wrists were wrapped in studded leather cuffs, hands adorned in fingerless leather gloves.She wore a leather choker around her neck with a diamond studded butterfly on it.She was utter perfection in Marcus's eyes and he drank in the sight of her like a dehydrated man in the Sahara as she pulled her energy drink out of her locker.She sat down at a table with Garrett as she cracked open the can of sugary and caffeinated liquid.She hummed softly as her eyes fluttered shut to savor the rush in her brain.

"You really shouldn't drink that crap.It's so bad for you."

And there was the problem.Jonah.They weren't dating but he certainly acted like it, hanging around (Y/N) like an injured puppy.Marcus could never get close to her with him around.Jonah was everything that he wasn't.Jonah was smart, politically knowledgeable,he could go on and on. (Y/N) didn't even look up from her phone as she sipped her drink and hummed in vague acknowledgment of Jonah's words.

"And your weird imported coffee is?"

She quipped back.(Y/N) always had something to say in response to Jonah's light teasing of her habits whether it be the kind of caffeine she consumed or impulsively picking at her chipped nail polish.Jonah gave a light chuckle as he slid in the chair next to her.He took notice of her t-shirt and smiled.

"Oh,you like Green Day?That's so cool.I love Green Day!"

She gave a nod with a small smile at his words.It was one of her favorite bands.

"Yeah,they're a huge cornerstone in punk culture.You like them?"

Jonah placed a hand over his heart in a dramatically wounded gesture.

"Ouch,don't sound so shocked.Why do you seem so surprised?"

She quirked an eyebrow at him and gave him a once over with her eyes and a smirk.She gave a small scoff with a teasing look in her eyes.

"Well,you just sort of seem like someone who would like stuff like The Beatles more than something like Green Day.No offense."

Marcus watched this little exchange happen with an increasing pit of jealousy in his stomach.He hated how easy it was for Jonah to make her laugh, to make her smile.He wanted to be the one to do that, to be responsible for that beautiful sound and that radiant grin. He wanted to solicit other noises from her too, but that could wait.

Watching the two of them work together was torture for Marcus.Seeing Jonah follow her around, cracking jokes while they stocked merchandise and cleaned.It drove him crazy.But god damn,was she the most gorgeous thing Marcus had ever seen.Marcus waited until Jonah had walked away to ditch what he was doing so he could go up and talk to her.She was wiping down a shelf when he walked up next to her with a smile on his face.

"Hey, sunshine!"

She turned her attention to Marcus,a smile gracing her lips when her gaze locked with his.He took that as a good sign, that maybe she liked him.

"Hey,Marcus.What are you doing on the sales floor?Don't they need you in the warehouse?"

She asked, tilting her head a bit with furrowed brows and eyes filled with curiosity.Shit.She was right.Marcus was usually stuck in the warehouse unloading and processing shipment.But he liked popping onto the sales floor to see (Y/N) as much as he could.He hated knowing how much more time she possibly gets to spend with Jonah on the sales floor because of his position as warehouse manager.He scratched the back of his neck nervously before smiling down at her with a shrug.

"I'm sure they're fine.Besides,is it really such a crime to sneak off so I can see my favorite girl?"

She giggled.God,he loved that giggle.It made a sense of pride swell in his chest when he made her laugh.The way her eyes closed and her nose scrunched up a little when she giggled made his heart race.She looked up at him with those pretty eyes before quirking a brow and crossing her arms across her chest as she leaned against the shelves.

"Yeah?So I'm your favorite girl, huh?I must be real special then."

She said it with an eye roll and a hint of sarcasm.Marcus placed a hand on the shelf above her head, extending an arm and leaning down a bit to look into her eyes with a smile.He brought his other hand up to tilt her chin up so she'd look up at him.For the first time she was forced to notice the height difference between the two of them.Sure,she was considered tall but Marcus easily had a good 5 inches of height on her.It made her cheeks go pink and her tummy flutter.Marcus took note of the change in her hue and smirked to himself a bit.He was winning her over.

"No,I mean it.You're my favorite girl,(Y/N).What do I gotta do to prove it to you,hm?Dinner and a movie?Drinks?You just say the word and it's yours,princess."

She raised her brows in surprise at his words.This was new.Marcus had always been flirty with her in the past but she never took it as anything genuine considering how he'd treated all the female staff here.

"Wait, are you being serious?Marcus, are you trying to ask me out right now?"

Marcus nodded, his demeanor calm and cool but (Y/N) could see something in his eyes.Anxiety,maybe? She felt her cheeks turn a brighter shade of pink than before. Well this was certainly unexpected.She tugged her plush bottom lip between her teeth and gnawed on her lip ring there before finally nodding up at him.

"Yeah,okay. Why not?l'm going to this concert on Saturday night and my friend couldn't get off work.Do you maybe wanna come with me?| got tickets to see Motionless In White and there's no way I'm missing it."

Marcus beamed at her, nodding his head with the look of an excited golden retriever puppy. He had no idea who that band was or even what kind of music they played but he'd go if it meant he got to spend the night with her.

"Yeah,sounds great!Text me the deets!"

He said excitedly before walking away. Dina had been calling for him over the walkie for a few minutes now.(Y/N) went back to stocking the shelf she'd just cleaned when Jonah came back,a weird look on his face.He'd seen Marcus over here talking to her but he couldn't make out what he was saying.All Jonah knew was that he didn't like how Marcus was acting with (Y/N).

"What was that all about?"

Absolutely, I do! I'm not sure what your needs are, but I'll suggest the things that would be most helpful for a beginner. All links come from either SmittenKitten or GoodVibes - please do patronize their businesses! They are the two remaining stores in the US that only sell body-safe products (the third, QToys, closed during the pandemic and I'm unsure it will ever re-open).

So first, if you've never had any kind of prostate stimulation before, having an idea ahead of time of how it feels can make the actual process of pegging less stressful. There are lots of different ways to get that sensation, but I would suggest something that is designed for it, like this:

Aneros is a lovely brand. Their toys are made from ABS plastic, the same plastic used in medical devices, and are sturdy as all hell. This particular toy is on the less expensive end for their products, so is less of an investment for something just starting out. SmittenKitten has several of their prostate wands available on their site, so please do check the specs of the toys for sizing. I would always start on the conservative end and work your way up.

If you're looking to get comfortable with something in your butt, I would always recommend a plug. Something that is imperative with anal play is that whatever you put up there needs to have a flared base so it doesn't get lost. That said, most inexpensive plugs, even the ones that are body safe, aren't comfortable, because they have a base like this:

A round or otherwise shaped base may serve its purpose, but when you're standing up and moving around, the edges will be pressing into your cheeks, which can be uncomfortable at best and painful at worst. My two recommendations are the Njoy Pure Plug and the B-Vibe Snug Plug. Both have different shapes with flat handles that will sit comfortably between your cheeks. I'm partial to the Njoy plugs because I like how heavy they are, but the B-Vibe plugs are a bit more cost-effective for beginners. I have both, and enjoy them for different reasons.

Something to be added about all of this is lubrication. Because the anus does not self-lubricate, you are going to need lube, and you're going to want good lube to keep from having to reapply often and to prevent unwanted levels of friction. When it comes to lube, there are two options: water-based and silicone-based. I have intentionally shared products that are made of things that are compatible with silicone lube (except the B-Vibe plug - do not use silicone lube with silicone toys or you will ruin them) so that you can try out both flavors of lube and see what fits you best.

For water-based lube, my number-one go-to suggestion is always Sutil. I'm linking directly from their site, because neither SK or GV carries Sutil in their online stores, unfortunately. Sutil is thicker than most water-based lubes, contains no glycerin (which is the number-one culprit of irritation), and lasts for ages, with a little bit going a very long way. It's great for anal for that exact reason. On that note, Sutil is expensive, more so than any other lube I have used. For me, it's worth the cost, but you may not feel that way. They do have sample options on their site, so start there before diving in for a big bottle. (I use the Rich version, but the Luxe is equally nice.)

A second good lube for anal play is Wicked's Jelle lubricant. It's a bit thicker, which is what you want for beginning anal play, and also does not contain glycerin. It's my backup bottle for anal lube.

If for some reason you do find that you have a sensitivity to either of these products, the next place to look would be Sliquid. Their products are as close to water as possible, with their original product only being five ingredients. Their company is woman-founded and -run, and I love recommending them even though I can't use their products myself for texture reasons. This is a very thin lubricant, so if you use it for pegging, make sure you put a towel down. You'll need a fair amount of lube for anal, and you don't want to have to worry about anything dripping.

Then, on the other side of things, you have silicone lube. Silicone lubricants cannot be used with silicone toys, and they will stain any fabric they come into contact with. That being said, they do not require re-application, because they only come off with soap, and a little bit goes a VERY long way. Most of them are very thin (I've only found one from a trusted brand that was a thicker consistency, and I cannot for the life of me remember the brand name), allowing for a lot of sensation, which can be good for some and overwhelming for others. I don't use silicone lubricant myself, because all of my toys except my plug are silicone, but I do keep a bottle for vaginal dryness or thigh chafing under dresses. It's a lovely piece of technology. My suggestion would be Uberlube.

Making the best of my time here, trying new places, staying healthy & happy 😃 it could be a while to get my car fixed since the damage was so bad. I’m hoping to go back to Philly by the fall, I miss it!
