Firtly, lets talk about the definition of "becoming the highest version of yourself", what does it mean?

__To become the highest version of yourself is to enter the continous process of self-improvement where you strive to reach your fullest potential in various aspects of life.

If you wanna learn exactly how to do so in a very simple way, keep reading...

To begin this process you will pick up a paper (or open the notes app) and part your life in 4:

_Financial part;

_Academic part;

_Physical part;

_Mental part.

After this division, you'll give each part a grade from 1 to 10 (remember to be realistic in this one).

Then, you'll write down everything you must do for each part of your life to reach the 10th mark (for example, to improve your academic part you can write that you need to study 30 min minimum everyday).

Next, start sticking to the goals you wrote down earlier to improve all parts of your life.

Tip: try engaging to your plan, reward yourself if you stick to your goals consistently (buy a treat for example).
