So Sam is forced to one of her families galas, and Danny is also forced to go because he had convinced Jack and Maddie that it would be good for his future carer

Sam and Danny find this out after complaining to each other, once they realised they were both going to the same gala they started planning

Every member of the Batfam hated galas with a passion and Jason had thought he got out of this one when he got an alert that Joker was crashing Wayne gala

He was annoyed obviously

So he didn't know how to react when as he arrived 2 teenagers were half beating the shit out of joker and half dancing

All the goons were stuck to walls and furniture, and all the gala attendants were perfectly fine, there was also phineas and ferb songs and my little pony songs playing in the background

A girl in a poofy purple dress with knee-high combat boots was dancing to the cartoon songs while stomping on the jokers back

And a black-haired teen in a ripped-up suit with mismatched combat boots was dancing with the girl while kicking the joker's teeth in

He started recording...

Sam and Danny planned for a week, they would sneak in and set up speakers with my little pony and Phineas and Ferb songs, 2 sets of combat boots and a Fenton blaster modified to shoot a glue like substance

So in the middle of the gala Sam and Danny started their playlist

They gave no fucks

For the first 15 minutes, they were just smashing furniture(their rich they can pay) and giving people the finger while dancing with each other to cartoon songs

Then they hopped up on tables and started firing their Fenton blasters everywhere

It was the best

So like hell they were stopping just because Bobo the wannabe clown decided to drop by

Alastor as a "Gift from God" AU

Inspired by the TV Show Lucifer. I could not get this idea out of my head so into the tumblr void it goes.

Sera could count on one hand the number of times the Almighty personally called for her. And every single one before was the precursor to some disaster or threat.

She was confused when she was beckoned past the throne room, away from the meeting rooms, and into the Almighty's workshop. There was no dust or cobwebs for God would not allow it, but it was known among the higher-ups that The Almighty had not had the motivation for creation in eons.

"The screams of the damned awoke me today," God's many hands reached out from their ineffable form to grasp jars and potions of dubious origins.

Sera stiffened. "I thought you could not see into Lucifer's domain."

She had not dared to think she could hide the First Extermination from The Almighty's gaze but she'd hoped she have more time.

"Never before today have souls perished a second time." God collected more vials and instruments that Sera could not for the life of her understand the purpose of.

"Such fear," and they sounded sad, "over the birth of one child."

The Anti-Christ, Lucifer's daughter was more than just a simple baby. Her parents had hidden her for decades, but the change in their attitude was noticeable even before her existence was made known to heaven. Lucifer again grew bolder and more fanatical with his ideas and Lilith-

If they'd only known sooner.

Silence passed as God worked. Sera kept her head bowed so she could not see what was being created. But they did not demand she stop the exterminations, and that was enough for her to finally raise her head and peak at The Almighty's first creation in centuries.

A soul. Or what would become one soon enough.

Her curiosity finally broke through. "You have not crafted a soul by hand since-" She cut herself off. No need to push her luck.

"This soul is a gift." They said. And they began to spin the soul threads together, "They will be an equal. Unchanging. Dynamic. Static. Chaotic." With every word a new thread merged with the steadily-brightening soul.

"A defender. An assailant...An Avenger."

With the final word of God, the soul was finished. But, barring the confusion of all those conflicting traits, Sera was caught up on the first sentence of this new soul's purpose.

"A gift to who?"

God did not answer. But that left her with another more pressing question.

"The creation of a new soul is a breath-taking experience to witness," she began carefully, "But why have you called me here?"

In answer, God reached behind themselves to a corner that Sera had not paid attention to and pulled out the tip of a spear. One from Adam's exorcists.

She tensed as God held it up to the fragile new soul. Angelic steel was crafted solely to bring death to the damned. To souls. Was this her punishment? To bear witness to the creation of life, of potential goodness, only to watch it be snuffed out before it even had a chance?

God pressed the spear to the soul, "Your Exorcists should take heed," the spear stabbed into the soul and Sera couldn't help but cry out in despair. But the soul did not whither or fade. She watched as the spear tip was catapulted away at lightning speed, burying itself in the wall across from them.

"And avoid his attention."

I think Lumi can also relate to that, since she is always running around helping everyone else

I hope together they can learn they don’t have to be useful to be worth of love

OK YOU KNOW WHAT, I have seen way too many fics in this fantom bashing All Might. I've been rewatching the series and one thing I'm noticing is just how much of a sweetie he is and the fantom vitriol for him is sad to see. So can I have a little All Might positivity pretty please?

Of course!! I think All Might is super misunderstood in the fandom. I mean, he thought All for One was dead when he gave Izuku OfA, so he probably wanted to avoid that conversation because Izuku was only fifteen at the time. I know when I was fifteen and was told a supervillain was basically hunting me like an animal because of the quirk running through my veins, I would not have taken it well.

Also, he’s such a dad. He gave Izuku food while he was a vigilante and tried to reach out to him. He was inspired to keep going when Izuku called out to him at Kamino, so much so that Izuku changed his fate.

So, yes, All Might will not be getting bashed in my fics because I said so.

Sturgeon's Law says 90% of everything is crap. While I might quibble with the specific percent, it is true that for all the things in a given category I may like... a lot of it is stuff I consider crap.

But while most of us are used to this idea, I think a lot of fandoms have yet to internalize the logical corollary to this:

If you want more not-crap, then you're going to have to be willing to accept a lot of crap too.

That is to say, if you want more of the type of fic you're looking for, or more stuff for this ship, or this genre of store, or more of this trope in your sci-fi fantasy TV, etc -

You're going to have to be willing to wade through the 90%!

And, the harder you make it for the 90% to thrive, the less of the 10% you're going to get, because the whole pool of content will be smaller.

In other words - if you want more F/F content in fanfic, or sapphic TV shows, or movies or games or books, etc (for instance), you need to stop coming down so freaking hard on the stuff you deem 'imperfect', stop organizing internet hate mobs over these things, because all you're doing is decreasing the number of the things you want, in toto. Including the good stuff.

If 90% of everything is crap, then that means if you want the 1 good thing... you need to accept that the other 9 will exist.

Learn to embrace that. You don't have to love the 90%, but you have to include it, you have to allow it.

Because if you don't, you never will see the other 10%.
