I see people say that Damian likes classical music but that gremlin definitely likes R&B, pop and kpop, but he will never admit it, he likes music with strong instrumentals and loves songs with good bridges.

So we all know that Damian is never fully asleep and that he has a lot of nightmares and is always on his guard, sometimes when he can't sleep and is very paranoid he definitely starts listening to music and starts dancing all over his room and goes down. like at 4 am to eat (everyone goes to sleep at 3 am or leaves the manor because if they stay Alfred will force them to go to sleep) while he walks down the normal hallway while singing silently and he goes down the stairs dancing (he's a teenager, let him be)

definitely kiss of life, beyonce, ariana grande, the weekend and chase atlantic are in his 4 am playlist.

On patrol he listens to nmixx, aespa, stray kids and bts (one of his favorite songs is no more dream, fight me)

Cass introduced him in the world of kpop, she definitely knows all of gfriend's choreographies (which are terribly complicated), and she taught them to damian while they were spending charity time together because they are the only members of the "raised by league" club of assassins and later taken in by bruce wayne"

Damian also sings very good but the only ones who know that are Duke (he heard him singing and told him he sang well), Cass because he once snuck into the mansion (there was supposed to be no one there) and heard him, and Alfred because he's alfred

Imagine little Leo having trouble sleeping so he ends up watching tv and movies with Splinter to pass the time. Splinter often just passes out in his chair, but Leo likes the company anyway.

One day, Leo’s rifling through the movies his dad brought back for them (usually 70s and 80s stuff - Splinter has a bias) and he gasps.

Leo runs over to Splinter and holds up a copy of The Last Unicorn, begging that they watch it that night.

Splinter remembers absolutely nothing about the movie, but hey it’s got a unicorn and it’s animated so it’s gotta be fine, right? So he turns the movie on and passes out near immediately.

He’s woken up roughly an hour and a half later by Leo climbing up onto his chair and sobbing hysterically into his chest.

The movie is now one of Leo’s favorites.

Fun fact: you shouldn’t feed ducks bread crumbs, since it doesn’t really have any nutritional value. Instead give them rice, chopped up lettuce, oats, birdseed frozen peas, or cut up grapes.

Raph knows this as the animal lover he is of course…. But who has the time to chop up lettuce? Just give them the whole cabbage.

Oh and Jayce (or whatever his name is) is there he’s just… out of frame or something. Yeah. That makes sense

My dnd character is a Canadian goose aarakocra so I’ve gotten some practice drawing ducks.

The character in question has eaten several dozens of candles now and has a collection of arms.

Fun times.

Things about Rise Raph that made me lowkey vibe with him extremely hard:

The furrowed worry brows.

Him yelling at Donnie and Mikey for eating poisoned pizza puffs then turning his attention to Leo to answer his question only to deadass stop mid explanation and go "Are you sweating?" in the most deadpanned and barely concealed frustrated tone.

Him trying to fight tears when he was scared by the doll and going "By ThE wAy ThEsE aRe TeArS oF lAuGhTeR-! I'm LaUghInG aT yOu-!!" in a cracking high pitched voice.

Him getting on Leo's case for possibly committing murder and in the eldest child voice asking him what he just did.

The nose pinch of exhausted frustration.

Not wanting to think and just vibe.

Him going to tell Donnie off for his gifts and literally chickening out at the last second and going "Heyyy buddy."

Looking done with his little brothers antics.

Him being pissed about having to leave Tahiti.

Attachment issues.

Social anxiety.

Sweating in trademark fear whenever he's placed in the spotlight.

Rise Raph is the eldest child mood.

I'm not sure if that's the reason why she shows up deaged but yeah in the last issue its decided that Cass will go to themyscia with wonder woman but just before she leaves she kisses damian on the check and damian blushes like im crosing every finger I have that it's meant to be platonic but at the way it was framed my hopes ain't exactly high

No but like every time I think about Splinter and what he had to go through just to keep the boys alive, my heart hurts for him so badly. Is he perfect? No not at all, but none of them are and by god does he love his sons.

The fact that all of them are alive, and grew to thrive despite the circumstances surrounding them is a testament of how much Splinter loves his boys. He raised four babies following the most traumatic time of his life, all alone with nothing but the sewers to house them (to hide them.) I feel like he’s not given the credit he deserves for all he’s done.

And I get that it’s easy to hold up his flaws and faults when it comes to parenting, I myself like looking into them because flawed characters are super interesting and said flaws make them more realistic and engaging, but he tries, and again, so many others would have given up on the boys or failed along the way but Splinter didn’t.

He’s their father, for all his faults he did his damndest to make sure they survived.

Skyrim music always is my go to for relaxing.

The world was hidden in a curtain of grey and white. The sound of heavy rainfall echoed in the air, water pelting his skin as he sat on slick stone. Whether it served to bring him to reality or help hide him from it was another matter, but his mind was certainly lost to the white noise.

Abel stared tiredly ahead. The rain brought life to Hyrule, promises of renewal to a land scorched by evil. He hadn’t thought much of it in the past. There was nothing to be renewed for him. He’s lost nearly all he knew and loved, and he’d tried desperately to hide what remained from the malice that had claimed everyone else.

Lyra never listened though.

Every raindrop felt like a bite, promises of renewal felt like a cruel joke.

Tilieth had always loved the rain. Link had never been a huge fan of it.

“Sir Abel?”

He barely heard the words. It wasn’t until the fourth call, with a gentle hand on his shoulder, that he turned. The Lurelin teenager looked back at him, eyes worried.

“She’s going to be okay,” the swordsman said earnestly. “The healers even said it.”

The rain was deafening. He didn’t register the words. He still saw his boy, bleeding and broken, skin charred, bone exposed, all washed away in the torrential downpour as golden light shone from the castle.

“Sir Abel?”

Ice hovered near him, it seemed. His right side was freezing. The swordsman, on his left, looked behind him as if asking someone something, but no one else was there.

She’s going to be ok, the wind seemed to whisper.

“We’ll destroy it,” the new Hero assured Abel. “I promise… we’ll get it right this time.”

Abel came to life in an instant, eyes sharp as he glared at the boy. “No.”

The boy flinched despite how quietly the command was spoken. It held such strength and bite to it, he might as well have screamed it.

No one else was going to get hurt. He would face the Divine Beast alone.
