On a dream girl journey, we want to basically brainwash ourselves to be the best version of ourselves. One way to do that is watching specific content to curate that dream girl. One youtuber I’ve been loving is Manifestelle. Here are some notes I’ve been taking so far:

Broke men love to project their insecurities and negativity on you. Don’t let them have access to you.

You shouldn’t be friends with men. Men look better when they are seen with you. They need to invest in you if they are to be seen with you.

As a woman, you are valuable just by existing.

Listen with your ears, not your triggers.

De-centering men is centering yourself and your desires.

Don’t get mad, get paid.

Abolish low effort men, 💅

Men want the high maintenance.

Stop playing life on hard mode.

Use the patriarchy to your benefit.

LIFE DOESN'T CREATE ITSELF:

HOW TO ENTER YOUR ASCENDANT ERA

Qualities of living an ascendant life:

You know your purpose

You take action

You plan strategically (you know what you're doing)

You network

You gain knowledge

You know what you need in life

You are disciplined

You live in peace (gratitude)

You do inner work

You have friends/surrounding people who encourage you

You are aware of energy vampires (both physical people and online)

Qualities of living a 'loser' life:

You don't take steps to know your needs

You do your research but you don't act

You don't do research at all (you don't know what you're doing)

You keep waiting for the 'perfect moment'

You lack discipline

You live in a state of agitation (always fighting, arguing, holding grudges, bringing up bad past memories)

You don't create space for yourself to grow (keeping bad people around you, being negative, listening to music that doesn't align, not experimenting)

Following cookie-cutter 'dream life' content instead of making it your own.

You haven't identified your problem areas (you don't do inner work)

You keep living the same lifestyle you have been living for years

You don't find money on the streets to become a millionaire, you make that money. You don't wake up with your perfect body and suddenly you are your dream self, you create that body.

Stop waiting for this dream life of yours to be handed to you, stop waiting and self-sabotaging yourself because you are not 'ready' enough. You will never be 'ready', you become 'ready' through actually taking action and gaining experience.

CREATE YOUR DREAM LIFE NOW.

Spend time writing down:

What are your values? (what is your moral code)

What do you want others to see you as?

What vibe/aesthetic do you want to present?

What do you want to achieve and how are you planning to do that? (what do you need to get there)

What do you want out of life?

What would you describe as your dream life/dream self? (be specific)

What are your dream things that you would like to own? (desired clothes, pets, dream car, etc)

Create a list of specific affirmations for yourself (remember you have to act, you can't just manifest let's say money out of nowhere. But you can create an abundant mindset and put yourself in situations/environments where money can easily find its way to you.)

Once you know what you want, you will know what to work for.

Spend time making your personal brand, how others will see you and how you present yourself to the world.

how to glow up

i have like, a million posts about glowing up but one more won't harm anyone.

1. oral health

brush your teeth 2x a day for 2 minutes. use mouthwash. and, don't let your teeth rot until your next dentist appointment.

2. daily movement

always move around. this should be obvious, but you can't just lay in your bed all day scrolling on your phone. go on a walk, do yoga, or an actual workout. but you have to move.

3. work on your confidence

some good youtubers to watch for your confidence journey are: tam kaur, thewizardliz, persephonesmind, eléonora oxa, manifestelle, lenalifts, trindingtopic, simonesquared, and sheraseven. now, don't expect to just stop caring overnight. it'll take a while, but it'll be worth it.

4. give yourself your dream wardrobe

girl, please stop wearing that shirt with a band that you don't even listen to. it's not embarrassing to wear the same thing multiple times, but sometimes it's just too much. save up your allowance to go shopping. or, get your birthday and/or xmas wishlist ready with clothes you want.

Manifestelle’s Dream Girl Guide:

Change your reality to change your mindset - Just do it. If you want to love yourself, start taking actions of a person that loves themselves.

Curate your circles - You want people that are more aligned with you. Let go of the pickme girl friends.

Have a delulu day - Have one day out of the week to schedule everything your dream girl would do. Your delulu day would become delulu days, then delulu weeks, then a delulu life.

Establish boundaries - Once you become your dream girl, you’ll become everyone else’s dream girl. Your boundaries need to be stronger than ever. Be market driven.

I LEARNT TO SHUT MY MOUTH AND YOU SHOULD TO.

STOP SPEAKING ON/TO:

UNLIKEMINDED PEOPLE - Stupid people are a waste of your time. Not only do they not listen nor care about what you have to say. But they find pleasure in prodding you in hopes of a reaction or just have a strong opposite opinion to you. No matter what you say will change their minds on what they have to say, so don't bother and keep your peace.

TOXIC PEOPLE -Honestly just understand that toxic popular people or toxic people in general are not even worth a fight. Even if its online like just block them, you don't need to prove yourself to nobody that you a tougher then anybody else. Keep your spirit and if it gets disrupted just block that person, so what if they have a laugh about it. You really going to let someone disrespect you on your own phone? It's not being scared it's called keeping peace. Ignore these people in real life, even if they say things that would make your blood boil. Your opinions doesn't need to be heard by everyone if it means avoiding unnecessary conflict.

TOXIC PARENTS - if you live in their house just agree and stay quiet. Arguing makes the house hold filled with anxiety and fear. Do everything in your power to show that you are a good child. Don't argue, arguing is pointless and they will always win no matter what. They will see everything as talking back and will never hear you out, don't bother. Make sure to establish out of home relationships and people you can lean back on. It's difficult but this is the only solution until you can finally move out.

DREAMS AND GOALS - People are not ready to hear about others and what they wish for in life. They can't imagine themselves beung successful so they won't imagine you in that position. They will be quick to deny you of your dreams and make fun of it. The more people you tell, the more opinions you will hear which will mess with your head, don't do it. Work on your goals in private and until you have done that thing then it's your choice to let the find out or to reveal it yourself. Never let people know your next move, don't let them know how hard you've worked/ are working and when asked about your aspirations tell them something mediocre. Let them think that you dream small until you prove yourself worthy of something bigger. (Exceptions to this are VERY close friends or family. One or Two is enough because ik it's difficult to shut up sometimes).

DONT GET MAD, GET PAID.

Learning when energy is needed and when its not is important.

It's helps:

- avoiding saying the wrong things

-avoid lashing out at people

-avoid conflict despite your opinions on the situation

-keep personal things private!

- Gives you time to think b4 speaking, speak with intention not by strong feelings

so i watched manifestelle's most recent video about why women are the source and i had a challenge idea;

so in the video she mentions that when people (particularly men) pour time/energy/literally anything into women they get it back tenfold.

so basically the challenge is to pour into the women in ur life, this can be done regardless of gender or ur relation to the woman. it can be ur mom or ur sister or ur bestie. it can be as simple as giving them positive words and compliments, or more intricate in a homemade gift.

this week i poured into the women around me by being super generous with compliments, more than usual lol. telling girls how pretty they look in school, literally they r so happy and it makes me so happy that i could make someones day with a thoughtful compliment. i also bought sweets and soaps for my friends. pouring into other women is so fulfilling.

so that's the challenge <3
