i haven’t seen a 2011-2013 loki ask game before (or any loki ask games, actually), so i decided i’d make one! there are thirty-one questions, so if you want, you could answer one for each day of this month (+1). or you could go by the normal ask game rules. or you could answer them all at once in a single post. up to you :D

NEED to know more about “bucky punches an annoying peter”

His young eyes leak tears that trail down sideways, disappearing into his hair as they follow gravity. Unlike the blood the tears don't ebb, continuing in rivulets over his freckles and darkening his eyelashes.

"You hit my nose, so, so my eyes just water." Peter excuses, even as his voice stuffs and his shoulders hitch with each hiccup of breath.

Bucky lets go of his wrists when Peter tugs at them and the boy sits up, wiping the amassment of blood, snot, and tears with his already soiled shirt.

Bucky watches the action, stagnant. Peter looks so much younger with the glaze of tears in his eyes; he's to be held, cradled, wrapped in a blanket and pressed into his mother's chest.

Bucky hurt a kid.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to do that."

Peter sniffles. "You're mean."

Bucky's jaw tightens, and his head tilts away from the boy.

"Yeah. I know."

Peter is an eager young superhero who comes to learn from the Avengers in the compound after Tony and Steve reconcile. His enthusiasm and wonder means he simply never stops talking and asking questions. Ever. He also lacks all boundaries and social conventions, so his well-meaning and optimism aren't enough to make his interrogative passion bearable.

It's an unspoken acknowledgement of all the heroes that Peter is a nice, intelligent, and sweet kid, and that none of them can stand him.

Bucky, with his limited fuse and dredges of Winter's temper, is the first one to break. It doesn't go well for any of them.

~ Mainly Bucky & Peter centric, with protective irondad, depressed Bucky, and Steve Rogers being Steve Rogers.

everyone knows in-ho’s one sided obsession with gi-hun. Buutt let me elaborate. how about gi-hun faking that he is madly love with in-ho. Using his face, body -ody -ody(Salute to meg thee stallion) and voice to completely capture him and stop the game. Gi-hun obsessingly saying “love me” “use me” “stay with me” etc makes in-ho completely out of his mind. Gi-hun knows this capitalist fucker’s mind full of desire and that desire is pointing directly to him. He is street smart baby!

gihun being manipulative is my obsession!! using all of that righteous anger and chanelling it into using every bit of his body to seduce inho, into making inho crumble before him and agree to stop the games.

gihun taking no prisioners in his quest to stop the games and save people's lives. sacrificing his body for the greater good and seeing the effect he has on inho. gihun would feel so powerful, like he can ask anything of inho and he'll give it to him.

inho having all of the power in the games but being helpless when it comes to gihun......

Even when Steve came to visit you on a mission, you knew he would be soft putty in the palm of your hand.

He kept up a good front, all things considered. But you saw the way his eyes watched your fingers as they idly danced around the rim of your martini glass as he asked you questions about the bodies that had recently popped up in the Hudson. Or the way the vein in his throat bulged when you sucked the vodka from your fingers and flashed him a teasing smile.

"Rogers, I don't think I like what you're insinuating." You say playfully, half turning towards him. "Little old me? Really?"

Steve's frown deepens. To anyone else, they'd guess you'd just pissed him off further but you knew better. That was a look of a man struggling to focus.

"It was just a question." Steve says firmly, each word clear as the crystal around your neck, and it makes you laugh. He was really trying to focus.

You make it harder for him.

You cross and uncross your legs, showing off the supple flesh of your inner thighs that he adores burying his face against in the darkest hours of the night, hidden away from the world. His eyes dart down and then back up to you. He swallows. You smile.

"Let me guess. No prints? No weapon of choice? And you just so happened to be passing by my bar on the other side of the city?"

"No." Steve says all too quickly, clearing his throat when you snort at him.

You like this game. You like it because you win. You win when you get off scot free, you win when Captain America lies beside you until the light of the morning sun.

Then he leaves. And you lose.

But Steve likes this game of cat and mouse too. And so long as he's willing - so are you.

On days when it feels like the whole world might cave in all you need is to stand side by side and you'll make it. She's the best thing that you'll ever have and she'll love you if you love her like you do. Every day she gives you her heart and you hold it gently, never letting go and never dreaming of breaking it. She tells you your arms are the places she feels safe in. She's the best thing you'll ever have. At every chance you get you kiss her with as much passion as you can. You run your hands through her hair when she's sad and when she doesn't notice how pretty she is you tell her over and over so she never forgets. She's the best thing you'll ever have. “Are you doin’ okay, babydoll?”

Yelena jolts softly in surprise when she hears her girlfriend’s soft voice so close, her head snapping up to show wide, glassy eyes. Kate immediately frowns, stepping a little closer into Yelena’s space to see how she’ll react. The blonde doesn’t step away, so Kate coos gently, letting her hand hover over her shoulder.

”Can I touch you, honey?”

Yelena nods after a moment, her bottom lip trembling slightly. Kate rests her hand on the junction of her neck and shoulder, squeezing in the way she knew helped ground her.

Her Widow shudders softly, leaning into Kate’s steadying presence with a soft whine. Kate is quick to wrap her arms around Yelena’s shoulders and hug her close, rocking them softly as she makes gentle noises into her hair. “I got you, baby. I’m here.”

The low hum of everyone bustling around at Steve’s 107th (108th? 109th?) birthday party was a dull roar in Yelena’s burning ears, and she let out a small sigh as Kate Bishop’s gentle hands pressed over them, blocking the sound out for her. She kept her hands tucked between their chests, crossed over her sternum with her fingers gently hooked into her collarbones underneath her shirt.

Yelena had been doing fine until just a few minutes ago, she swears- but the day had already been long, and the amount of people in one space, no matter how open it was, combined with the constant low hum of voices and dishes clinking and the electrical wiring of the ceiling lights, had become too much. The moment Kate had removed her protective arm from around Yelena’s waist in order to greet Wanda and Pietro, Yelena had felt herself slipping, and now her mouth was dry and fused shut as uncomfortable heat pressed into the back of her eyes.

“There's a lot happening in here, huh,” Kate coos, her lips pressed to Yelena’s cheek and her words just barely audible through her own fingers over her girlfriend’s ears.

The assassin dips her chin in a small nod, suddenly lurching forward to press her face into Kate’s neck with a low, distressed hum when Tony lets out a particularly sharp laugh, Thor’s bellowing voice joining in. Kate quickly but gently maneuvers her girlfriend through the gathering of their family and friends, one hand cupping the back of the blonde’s neck to keep her face tucked under her jaw while the other presses to her lower back.

When they finally reach the quiet safety of the kitchen, Kate shifts to carefully grab the back of Yelena’s thighs and hoist her up onto the cool marble counter. The assassin lets out a soft squeak and immediately clings to her archer, legs wrapped tightly around her waist and arms securely caccooning her head.

Kate hums and coos tenderly, hands going back to run through Yelena’s slicked back hair. The blonde lets out a pleased sound as her girlfriend slowly scratches away the stiffness of the gel holding the blonde strands back, her scalp stinging pleasantly.

“That a little better, babydoll?” the brunette murmurs, her cheek pressed to Yelena’s temple as the assassin nods against her neck. Her little nose brushes over Kate’s pulse and she inhales softly, relaxing further into the comforting scent of leathery cinnamon and wood polish.

The pair is silent for a few gentle minutes, Kate’s nimble fingers continuing their movements of carding slowly through Yelena’s choppy hair. The blonde takes the middle knuckle of her girlfriend’s pointer finger into her mouth at one point, and her teeth make small indents as she gnaws carefully.

The archer hums and nuzzles under Yelena’s ear, breathing in her steady scent, sighing contently as vanilla cologne and honeycomb shampoo mix together to flood her synapses. “I got you, babydoll,” she murmurs, keeping her hand propped up for Yelena to softly chew on as much as she needs.

Yelena hums gratefully and keeps the knuckle in her mouth as she nestles back into Kate’s neck, the contrast of her warm cheek on the archer’s cool shoulder a balm.

They stay that way for several minutes, Hawkeye and Black Widow tangled up together as they loved, until Yelena felt ready to return to the party. Kate kept their hands tangled together the rest of the night.

3. OTP (favorite ship)

hmm. not sure i really have one? i’m pretty flexible/neutral with a lot of mcu ships, and most canon ones are fine enough, so none immediately come to mind. mm… i like steve/bucky and jane/thor. loki/fandral intrigues me, but only a very specific premise where it happens pre-canon and they don’t ultimately end up together, so i don’t think that counts. OH, and marc & steven/layla from moon knight. that was cute.

4. NOTP (least favorite ship)

like above, i haven’t really thought about it enough for one to easily come to mind. probably the one where marvel tried to make steve get with peggy’s neice? i think i’d qualify that as a NOTP more than any non-canon ones, being official and all.

7. overrated character

hah so i actually ended up writing five paragraphs in response to this, half of which didn’t even answer the question,,, so instead i’ll just refer to this: a different ask game i answered a few months ago. one question has the same answer, you can probably guess which it is. it’s not worded as eloquently or clearly as i would word it today, but apparently “as eloquently and clearly as i would word it today” is five paragraphs, so. yeah.

Dating Peter Parker Would Include:

Warnings: fluff, mention of heights, headcanons are definitely gender neutral (no mention of any nicknames meant for women) so it's safe for everyone, mention of miles

listen, like one line is self-indulgent because i have a massive fear of heights. it's so bad that i can only go on indoor rollercoasters that are dark because i can't see a thing. im no fun at amusement parks.

He's nothing but a sweetheart

He's also a giant cuddle monster and wouldn't mind being the big spoon or the small spoon.

If you were with him and he was able to hold you, that was all that mattered.

Dates with him were simple

They ranged from picnics or just a simple walk in the park.

Sometimes he'd let you have the Spider-Man experience by holding you as he swung through the city of New York.

If you had a fear of heights, he wouldn't even try it.

He knew fears were valid, so Peter wouldn't put you in that position.

Especially if it meant that you'd be upset with him for hours.

However, if you were ever mad at him, he'd do everything to make you happy again.

He'd come home with a bunch of your favorite snacks, and your favorite drink.

All Peter wanted was your forgiveness and would let you decide if you wanted to be in his arms or not.

If you did, he'd throw himself on the bed with you in his arms and holding you close.

He'd pepper your face with kisses and tell you how much he loves you.

If you ever told him you just wanted to stay in and cuddle, he wouldn't even hesitate.

Eventually, he would ask if you were okay.

He knew sometimes you just wanted cuddles, but he had to be sure it wasn't because you were sad or anything.

If you were, he'd cheer you up with his jokes that were both corny but funny.

That was just Peter's thing, you know?

Going back to Spider-Man, he'd definitely be down to do the Spider-Man kiss with you.

He'd think about it often on missions to the point where Miles asked him why he was giggling when he was upside down.

Peter told him he'd understand soon, lightly teasing him about his relationship with Hailey.

Miles felt his cheeks grow warm at Peter's teasing before jokingly telling him to shut up.

Peter would laugh at the retort before patting his friend's shoulder.

He's also the biggest gentleman you've ever known.

He'd kiss your knuckles just because.

The chair would always be pulled out for you because he felt like his partner should be treated like royalty

The door would always be open for you, and he'd always let you go first.

It didn't matter to him to be honest.

As long as you and him were happy, that's all that mattered to him.
