Listen I know this character is doomed by the narrative. I know their death is the most satisfying (even if painful) ending for their character. I know they were meant to die since the start. I know than the things than led to their death are incredibly relevant to the story and can’t be stopped, and I know than the things than happened after they died, because they died, are the whole point of the story. I know their death was a turning point for the whole story. I know the story would not be nearly as good without this character’s death. I know the impact their death had on other characters, or what it meant on their own character journey, is what changes the story. I know the symbolism their death had, and I know than it wouldn’t have been able to be portrayed on a different way than someone dying. I know there were clues to this character dying since the start, and I know there was no other ending for them.

However what if they lived a happy long life, huh?

-I'm thinking a Pansy Parkinson type girl.

-Spoiled but adored (from both Cissy and Lucius)

-Most likely a Slytherin

-They'd be unhappy with Ravenclaw, but could come to terms with it. But Gryffindor or Hufflepuff? Nope. Never in a million years.

-She'd be just as bratty as Draco (if not more)

-Definitely a "Daddy's girl"

-Lucius and Cissy may not show affection in public, but in the books it's often shown that they do love draco unconditionally. So the same would apply to their daughter.

-She'd be a little miss perfect (and also a bitch)

sometimes i see fanart of a white dude with black hair and if theres no hashtags i have to go through The List (tm) and try to figure out if it's jean moreau or neil caffrey or dick grayson or jason todd or tim drake or jon kent or young clark kent or young bruce wayne or sometimes even kon but Very Pale and ik theres more of them but these were the ones i could think of rn

Imagine if the batboys got sent to different universes and got seperated, after accepting that they can’t find a way home they all individually change their identities and start to create new lives for themselves, none of them need to become vigilantes because there’s no supervillains that need fighting:

Dick Grayson becomes Jake Peralta, an energetic detective who works at the b99

Tim drake becomes Spencer Reid, a profiler who works at the bau

Jason Todd becomes Neil Caffrey, an art thief who now works as a CI for the white collar office

And finally Damian Wayne, the only one of the batboys left in their original universe who’s been working tirelessly for years to bring his brothers home.

I can not write fanfics so pleaseee if anybody wants to write a fanfic even slightly based on this prompt feel free to write it and let me know! I’ve been dying to read a fanfic along these lines
