Surely she will crawl up back on the surface from time and time and cry to me telling me all about how she wants to call for mom and dad, to have dinner with them that she always yearned for, or about how she wishes she would fit into that blue circle table from when she was the smallest she ever were, crafting her time away with mom, or to see her dad fishing, his favourite, though she never liked sitting on that small uncomfortable chair when the weather was always either too warm or too cold.

But i wont let her, because i know how to treat her better than you ever have. Because i know the moment i let her walk into that same house after years, when she sees all the photos on the wall, or when she walks into her room only to find it tidy with the lights still open indicating that they want to feel as if shes still there, the same thing they did when she was away at the hospital, her parents being calm, finally being calm after she was begging them for peace in that household for years and years, thats when she will break to pieces.

Because as much as that little girl wants to hate you, wants to ruin you mentally and physically for the sake of you finally understanding just how bad its been - she also wants to cry. She wants to take the chance she never had and actually be comforted by her parents.

But i wont let her, ill keep that babygirl locked in my heart forever, ill keep her there with her favourite toys and songs, she’ll forever be dancing and playing, my boyfriend will be the one to walk in my heart and play with her, my boyfriend will be with me when i decide to let her walk out of my heart, creep up on my eyes and let her tears flow.

Why does tumblr have a "post later" feature but shit like instagram or twitter doesn't

Back when I was a instagram artist, you wont belive how many time I spent making sure all my instagram posts were ready to post at exactly 2 PM because It was the best engagement time acording to most sites. If I was late I sinply wouldnt post most times, that shit was so stressful to set up. I posted something a few days ago and the memory was so vivid even tho I don't care that much anyone.

And with twitter I mostly just wanna talk to people at ungodly hours, so idk, would be cool If I could set up so people would actually see stuff.

as a kid i thought i would graduate from kid problems like cleaning my room to adult problems like jobs and taxes. but instead i have a job and taxes and still have to clean my room. cleaning my room is a lifetime problem. i will never stop having to put my markers away before bedtime. this is a rude way for aging to work.

i used to be so good at writing strong, thoroughly-researched, thoroughly-edited essays.

as a kid in hs, my teacher literally came up to me, holding my 40 page essay on the intersection of the European witch hunts and capitalism/exploitation/gender roles (it was supposed to be 7 pages...whoops) and went like "this is literally a master's-degree level thesis. what are you doing?? you could literally use this as your final dissertation in a master's program, what the fuck."

no offence but the reason tumblr is “dying” is, well, yes, of course the cursed like/reblog ratio and the change in user behaviour (because of people being used to how instagram and tiktok work) BUT also the lack of weekly shows. i say it with my whole chest, they don't produce captivating and engaging stupid weekly tv shows anymore because streaming killed that so you have spikes of activity here when Something happens in general fandom or up to three days after a new season of whatever drops and then it's a wasteland. this is obviously an old woman yelling at a cloud missing supernatural and the vampire diaries and pretty little liars and all these other shows type of post but honestly give me back weekly tv shows where i have something to watch for 40 minutes almost every day of the week after work so then i can read and reblog it on tumblr give it back for the sake of my sanity
