Pride Month with Stardew Valley

IT IS PRIDE MONTH MUTTER FLUFFERS!!!! So in honor of Pride month, I will play a queer friendly enough game in Stardew Valley. Me and several others counts it as queer since it allows you to have gay marriages in the game. All the marriageable candidates are Bi. I will try to talk about many things like what is wealth? Queer video games

It is Pride Month. And I stream on Twitch and YouTube playing video games. What are good examples of Queer Pride video games or just Queer video games that you can think of? Either for having Queer characters, or made by Queer folks. Or both. Or allows Queer romances.

Hey. Hey. You. Person with breasts who's considering mastectomy and feeling anxious that they'll regret it after. Consider the following:

- No longer having to accomodate your chest when wearing clothes

- Being able to publicly go topless (ex. for swimming)

- Don't have to worry about bras and other supports

- Back pain from a large chest? Who's that?

- Laying on your stomach just got easier

- Less worry about potential breast cancer, especially if you may be at risk (if you are, talk to a doctor about it, prophylactic mastectomy is awesome and reduces the chance of cancer way more than FTM top surgery)

- You could get rid of your nipples, if you wanted

- And you could just get them tattooed on... or have a blank slate for whatever art you wanted instead

- Being able to move around (running, going up/down stairs, etc) without feeling any jiggle

- And if you wanted the appearance of breasts? You can wear fake boobs as long as you want, and be able to take them on & off whenever you want. And they can be any size, too. It's a much safer option, as opposed to binding.

If you really want it, why are you hesitating? Be happier built in your own image, instead of the one other people want to paint on you.

So glad to have the language of "identity determinism" now, because it negatively influences trans spaces so heavily. It's where we see narratives like "being a trans man means you were afab, you were raised to be feminine, you want to transition to look like a cis man, and you have male privilege." Sure, that describes a lot of trans men. But gender and identity are complicated. People can be intersex, be raised in an unusual environment, be gnc, be non-passing, etc. Your identity does not determine everything you've been through or how others, especially bigots, perceive and treat you, and believing it does causes a lot of harm. Leave it up to the person to tell you what their experiences are; you cannot simply assume it from their identity.

Not a day goes by where I do not think about the advent of medicine like PrEP and wonder just what the people - especially queer people - who passed from HIV/AIDs during the AIDs crisis would think

And then, I read this survivor's testimony and it just makes me emotional. I think this is the closest answer we have. HIV has changed, and we must always remember the people who didn't see that change before it happened.
