Into the futuristic Queridian City have come the Astrisians, peaceful beings with multiple tentacled appendages. Despite the unusual appearance of their suits, they blend in well with their environment.

I always prepare a 'Bellini' for them and they seem to appreciate it.

🍹Ingredients for a 'Bellini'. : 100 ml Prosecco 50 ml white peach puree 🤙Method: Pour the peach puree into the mixing glass with ice, add the Prosecco. Stir gently and pour into a chilled flute glass.
