Michael

Exhaustion isn't something he's used to feeling so heavily in his bones. He feels the heavy weight rippling across his broad shoulders and spiraling down his spine in white hot pain. He's not a tame being, but he is a bit more docile in the months before and after Halloween. His knife doesn't thirst for blood quite as much as on the 31st.

Seeing you in your bed is a welcomed sight. Michael doesn't say much more than the soft grunt of acknowledgement as he sheds his coveralls from his dirt-caked skin. He has a lovely warm bath that loosens all the tight muscles of his lower back. You'll have his head later for leaving a ring of grime in the tub; Mikey doesn't care about that right now.

The fresh sheets are so comfortable, accepting them fully as Michael tucks his face into your side. His recently cut hair is still long enough to form a fringe curtain over his grey eyes.

Jason

Softly leans his chin to your shoulder. Depending on how far along you two are into your relationship, Jason might feel comfortable enough to have his mask removed. He's aware the material probably doesn't feel too pleasant being pressed to the side of your face or lightly digging into your skin.

His arms wind around your waist, happily sighing as he leans himself against you. Jason also doesn't mind if you switch things up and hold him in return, stroking the top of his head softly.

Brahms

If there's a way where he can wind his body around yours, Brahms will find it. He definitely likes keeping you away from all of the noise of the world, and while he's not mega happy about it, he knows you need trips into town sometimes. He likes seeing what kind of food items you bring back because the meals you make are simply delicious!

After dinner and bathing, Brahms snuggles beside you, clinging to you like you've been gone for ages. The chill of his porcelain biting into your skin as he happily huffs behind it. He's so glad to have you. <3

Billy and Stu

The pair are constantly together, if not with you, then they're almost always flanking each other's sides. The other is often not far from the first. Adding you into their duo to form a trio didn't change much of their dynamic. Instead of the two boys slinking around, they've got you as their third and final confidant.

Billy isn't the most touchy-feely person-- that's what he likes to claim. He doesn't really know how to ask for the things that he wants. He's different to Stu in the way that he's silent when you press your hand to the brunette's cheek, smiling as his eyelids flutter closed. Subconsciously leaning into your touch, chasing the feeling when you pull away.

Stu likes to be what he calls the mega spoon. It's him behind you, snuggled at your back, and with Billy pressed close to your chest still too proud to say that he enjoys being taken care of as the little spoon. You three make a nice, lovely three-person sandwich. Even when lying down, you're in the center with the boys wrapped around you like snakes. There is no them without you; you are their missing piece.

Art

This man is mostly, if not always, within your personal space. 'It's not yours, it's ours'. Art is rarely a being ever to break character or change out of his damned costume, and his hygiene is quite questionable sometimes; though he does in fact bathe and wash his suit. Just not often.

He's a man of very few words, especially when he's deep into his clown character and doing what he does best. Being immortal has its advantages, but his fight with Sienna really put him through the ringer. Art was decapitated! What a riot.

With his strength slowly returning to him, Art is always almost underfoot. In your bubble, seeing what you're doing. Snuggling up to you in a rare moment where his costume is off, leaning his head into your chest with an exhausted expression. It seemed that Pale Girl was allowing him some respite with you for a bit.

Vincent

He is a busy man, constantly sculpting and creating. His sketchbooks are filled to the absolute brim of beautiful works of art in all sorts of mediums: charcoal, graphite, watercolor, and ink. You're his muse, his favorite subject of which his art circulates. There's something so breathtaking about you, minute details that only an artist can see within people. An eternal, everlasting beauty.

Vincent is quick to jot down the rough outline of your sleeping form resting against Jonesy. He's smiling behind the wax mask, skilled fingers shading the crease of your eyelids then moving to sketch the curve of your Cupid's bow. When he felt it was finished enough for now, Vincent sets his book aside in favor of crawling into bed beside you.

His broad frame dwarfs yours as he curls his body around yours, his large hands slide beneath your sweater pressing across your tummy. Vincent really adores you, you know?

Bo

Not much of a cuddler, but if you get especially pouty about it Bo will roll his eyes and tug you to him. He can be a major asshole but he doesn't like seeing his baby upset.

He tucks you beneath his strong arm, his mechanic's hat resting on top of the back of the sofa. Waiting for you to settle down doesn't take long as you're soon drifting off with your head on his chest, focusing on his hand placed on your knee; gently stroking the skin there. His eyes begin to droop, feeling heavy. Cradling the back of your neck, Bo allows himself to drift off, too.

Lester

Long days certainly do get to him sometimes. Tiring him out something awful. He's prepared enough roadkill and deer for his brothers and you, enough to satiate any hunger for the time being until he finds time to run into the nearby town again.

Lester finds you lounging in his bed with Jonesy, Vincent must be working hard and the pup sought out attention where she could. He had no idea where Bo was or whatever the hell he was up to.

Collapsing onto the bed, Lester sighs deeply when you immediately comb your fingers through his messy short hair. He's out like a light soon after.

Sal Fisher

Poor guy has so much going on that sometimes he just wants to crash and sleep for one-thousand years. He doesn't sleep well on the best of days, plagued by frequent nightmares that not even the warmth and comfort of your sleeping form beside him can quell.

Another nightmare yanks Sal out of a fitful sleep. One that has him patting the sheets, searching for you. The heat of your skin against his hands sends a calming peace over him. He's scooping your sleeping form in his arms, his face hidden in your neck. Sal gives a weak smile as you snuggle into him. He focuses on your even breathing, allowing himself to fall asleep soon after.

Thomas

It's incredibly hot on the best of days in Duller County, the Sawyer family set up several oscillating fans that constantly work overtime without a proper functioning air conditioning unit.

Even the lackluster cool breeze and the sweltering Texan heat aren't enough to have Tommy pulling you into his lap and nuzzling his masked face into your hair.

You're much smaller than him. It gives Tommy a sense of pride knowing that he's your big, strong protector. :)

Patrick

He is such an enigma, a contradiction. Patrick isn't much of a cuddler or snuggler but he wants to play the role of being a dutiful partner. He is quick to become a jealous lover if you were to find someone else to give you attention while he's fretting over what sort of shade of cream or white Paul Allen's next business card will have.

GRITS, SWEET YAMS, MAC AND CHEESE, CHICKEN, HAM, GREENS AND OX TAILS, CORNBREAD-- ALL THE GOOD SHIT YOU CAN THINK OOOFFF

Gaz squeals (LITERALLY SQUEALS) cause he's been wanting to taste her cooking.

(He's always asked about African-American cooking since he grew up with British cooking. Sweetheart told him the goodness and he's been hooked on it ever since)

Everyone else comes in and sees the table and they're just in shock

Like what the hell- how long did it take you to make all this?? I love you???

It felt so domestic, like coming home to a home cooked meal after getting off work and seeing your wife smile at you saying "welcome home, dear!"

Sweetheart is just beaming at them, saying "I know yall have been through hell, so have a lil' piece of heaven!" (She's so CHEESY) the mother in her comes thru, telling them to take showers and get situated first then come eat.

WHEN I TELL YOU THAT THEY B O O K E D IT TO THE MENS SHOWERS TO GET CLEAN-- GHOST PUSHED ALEX AND SOAP INTO A WALL SO HE CAN GET THERE FIRST (König and Price were already in there LOL they're witches I swear)

They were done so quickly Sweetheart had to check if some of them were actually clean

Sweetheart: Suds?

Soap, flushed: uhm, yeah?

Sweetheart, eyes squinting: Did you wash yo' ass?

Soap:

Soap: Yes...?

Sweetheart: GO GET CLEANED

Soap: BUT FOOD--

(Alex and Gaz low key laughing at him and Price is disgusted that Soap sometimes doesn't wash his ass)

They all finally sit down and they just enjoy the warm feeling in their chests while looking at the food. Sweetheart turns on some r&b music (is this a black 80s BET movie? MAYBE) and she walks to the edge of the table, eyes are filled with love and pride for her team. "Aight, I'm gonna keep this short and simple cause I know all yall are hungry and tired," she starts. The team sit on every word she says, as they always do. She smiles. "I'm glad you all made it back safely. Successful mission or not, I will always be proud of all of you. I love yall."

She's too good for them, man. Wtf

They all just fell in love with her more AHA

So she sits down and the chatter and clatter begins. They all moaned so much when they ate the food 💀💀

When SAS and Los Vaqueros trudged through the hallway, they heard a clang and a yelping "Ow! Son of a-"

Price and Ghost look at each other before picking up the pace towards the kitchen. "Sweetheart? Are you -" Price freezes when he sees the kitchen filled with different types of food. " - Okay..."

"Oh fuck-- Hey! Yall are back already! That's wonderful." Sweetheart nervously laughs as she wipes her hands on her messy apron. The others start to come in, not expecting the different dishes on the counters. She squeals, "Nah uh! Don't come in here! Go and get cleaned now, all of you!" They stare at her for a bit until sprinting to the Men's Showers. Shouts and loud bangs from falling tact gear are heard, making Sweetheart chuckle and shake her head. Once the men came back to the kitchen, she was gone and so was the food. "In here!" She yelled. Soap made it first to the dining room and let out a big gasp. On the long, make-shift table sat a multitude of different foods and drinks each man recognized from their home country.

"Oh, mo leannan, this looks barry!" Soap exclaims.

"In English, Mactavish." Ghost mumbles, making Soap kiss his teeth. "This looks wonderful, St.! I'm- how did you--" Sweetheart shushes him, Soap still smiling ear to ear. "Don't ask questions! Just come sit down and get your plate."

They all grab a plate and utensils with rushed steps and big smiles.

Price, Ghost, and Gaz sat at the end, where they all recognize the things to make Bangers and Mash. Shepherd's Pie and Fish and Chips could be found on all their plates with a side of Barm cakes. Their dishes melt in their mouths, dragon breathing at every bite since it was still hot. Ghost had a feeling in his chest that he felt extremely warm and overwhelming. He didn't think she would make something like this for him. "How're yall enjoying it?" She asks behind Price. "Umberweivable!" Gaz spouted out, a disbelief and amazed look on his face. Sweetheart laughs at him, "Hopefully, that meant unbelievable!" Gaz nods quickly with big food-filled cheeks. "Absolutely amazing, Princess." Price says after taking a swig of homemade Ginger Beer. "Haven't had Shepherd's Pie and Ginger Beer in so long. Good run down memory lane." Price smiles with soft and grateful eyes. Sweetheart snorts out a laugh and taps her cheek. Price raises an eyebrow until the embarrassment creeps in. He grabs his napkin and wipes the food that was stuck to his cheek. "I'm glad you like it, Cap! It was so hard finding an easy recipe for that damn beer." Sweetheart grumbles, looking at the kitchen with furrowed eyes and hand on Price's shoulder. He leans into her touch and sighs. "All in all, thank you." He murmurs, lifting her hand and placing a kiss on it. Sweetheart giggles, ignoring the heat coming from her hand. "You're very welcome!" She moves to Ghost, who has been quietly shoveling food in his mouth. "Hey Ghost! Are you--" Sweetheart stopped when he looked up at her. Eyes big with tears running down his flushed, stuffed cheeks. His eyes tick away from her changed face. "What...?" Simon whispers. She gives him a soft smile as one of her hands wipes off his tears. He didn't even notice the tears falling... "You enjoying the food?" She asks softly. Oh, that tone. That tone she uses only for Simon. He shivers, nodding his head slowly and then laying on her hip. She coos, wrapping her hand around his head while giving him head scratches to calm him down. You're alright, Simon. She's saying through her touch. Enjoy yourself.

Soap was practically vibrating in his chair when he saw a pitcher of Scottish Ale next to a big pot of Cullen Skink and an array of Scotch Pies with small Bacon Butties on the side. He did a double take when he saw a dish filled with Stovies and fried cut potatoes. Just how he ate it when he was younger. He lets out a disbelieved laugh as he reaches for it. "St.!" He calls out to her. She comes over with a worried look. "Wassup Suds? Everything okay?" He looks up at her with glassy eyes and a smile, nudging the Stovies. Sweetheart snickers, "I told you I would make it! I remember you tellin' me that your...màthair? Or-- mudder- damn I forgot how to say it-- but ya mom use to make this for you! So I looked up a recipe and may have added some of my extra spice to it." She explains as she whispers and laughs that last part. He can't believe that she remembers that. He told her that when he met her; telling her all the different Scottish cuisines. "I hope it tastes good..." She mumbles to herself. She cares. Soap grabs his spoon and collects some of the dish. She cares so much. Memories going through his mind when he chews it. She cares too much. "It's delicious." Soap whimpers out. Sweetheart smiles as she bends down to hug him. "I'm glad you like it."

Alejandro exclaims loudly when he takes a bite of his abundantly covered Elote. Rudy chuckles at him, taking another big ladel of Pancita and putting it in his bowl. "Hey guys, are you- WOW," Sweetheart yells. "You guys really ate almost everything! The Tamales and Flautas are gone..." Alejandro hums as he swallows. "So is the Ceviche and the Pipián." They both laugh at Sweetheart's surprised face. "Yall were hungry!!"And we still are, mama!" Alejandro snickers, taking more bites of his corn. "Mi flor, how did you make some of these dishes? And by yourself?" Rudy asks. He's so proud of her. He feels like he's back at home. "Oh, I had some help! Kinda-- some of the rookies helped me make the dishes! But then I kicked them out cause they were getting on my nerves." Sweetheart said, making the men laugh. "I knew you were a good cook. You would make a good wife someday, Sweetheart!" Alejandro shouted out as he smiled. Her shy laugh made him feel warm, but he wants his statement to come true.

König wanted to cry. He hasn't seen such a big pan of Tiroler Gröstl in a while. A basket of Kaiser Rolls is next to some Kasnocken and a pot full of Potato Gulasch. He scratches the brown hood he has on. Sweetheart made it for him so he could wear it when he's on base, since his other one was stinking up the joint. He watches Krueger take a big bite of his food and gulp down his drink that tastes like Almdudler. He's also wearing a hood that Sweetheart made for him; light blue fabric and handmade yellow stars scattered around it. It's scrunched up to his nose, his scarred lips still munching on his roll. He seems to be enjoying himself. König hasn't eaten with Krueger ever since they were kids. The impact on Krueger's actions in the past really changed everything for König and the family. But at least they're bonding in silence. "Hey, you two! Enjoying the food?" Sweetheart asks. Sweetheart. "Yes, meine kleine Göttin. It's very tasty." Krueger compliments her. She giggles, but it's cut short when Krueger grabs her arm and kisses her cheek. "Thank you for this wonderful feast, my love." He whispers in her ear with a smirk. Her mind goes blank for a moment, the heat of the kiss still searing on her brown skin. König grips his fork hard, turning his knuckles white. She sputters and then loudly laughs. "Yeah! No- no problem! I uh, König? How you uh, you enjoying the food?" He looks down at his plate, still quite full of food, yet not feeling like eating any of it anymore. König smiles with his eyes. "I am, Schatz. Thank you."

Horangi was enjoying himself to the fullest. Slurping down some Jajangmyeon with korean fried chicken and Kimchi fried rice with an egg. It reminds him so much of his mother's cooking, and when he didn't receive any Valentine's Day gifts so he would eat the noodles on Black Day. He blows on the noodles, the steam fogging up his black sunglasses. He wishes his past choices didn't bring him to this point. To be reminded of what he had, and now it's gone. He drank some of his soda, causing a big burp outta him. "You seem to be enjoying it, Horangi!" But without all his choices, he wouldn't have met her. He chuckles, covering his heavily scarred smile with his hand. Her warm hand snakes around his, gently pulling it down. She wants to see his smile. Her eyes sparkle at seeing his half-uncovered face. He's so pretty... "You like the noodles? M'sorry if I got the sauce wrong, I think I forgot some ingredients--" Horangi shakes his hand up. "No, no! It's perfect. The black bean sauce is amazing. I almost finished the whole pot." He's extremely impressed by her, but the cold feeling in his spine is wanting him to put the mask back on. Sweetheart squeals and claps, "Oh wonderful! I'm so glad you like it! By the way.." She leans down to hug his frozen form. "I hope to see your smile again. It's very pretty." She says. He is not grateful for his past choices, but he is grateful for her.

Alex and Roach enjoy their food in comfortable, happy silence. Alex hasn't had a decent cheeseburger since his leave. He dips a crinkle cut fry in ketchup, while Roach enjoys a big Maine Crab Roll. He's never tasted one before, but he always has, ever since Sweetheart gave him a postcard with the Roll on it, it's been his dream to taste one. "Yo, Alex! How's the burger?" Sweetheart asks, walking up to the both of them. Alex hums with a smile on his face. "You can't go wrong with a cheeseburger unless it's from a dirty bar." Sweetheart laughs, "Amen to that! And you're you doing, Gare Bear? Ya like the roll?" She asks sweetly. Roach can feel his face heat up from the nickname. He puts it down, finally taking breaths from horking it down non-stop, and putting two thumbs up. Her bright smile made both of them feel warm inside.

Graves sighs. His bones and joints hurt so damn bad. That mission with everyone was successful but it always costed some type of labor pain. He went to his dorm, already clean and changed into casual clothes. He could've sworn he heard laughing on the other side of the base... It didn't matter to him. All he wanted to do was to sleep off this pain. He notices a big plate covered in tin foil and a small note plus a coke-a-cola on his door mat. His eyes scan down the hall way with confused brows. Is he being pranked by one of his shadows? He better not be, he doesn't have the patience for it- Oh it's from Sweetheart. Wait- "What?" Graves mumbles, eyeing the messy note. The note reads:

Hey Graves. Congrats on the successful mission

Made you some dinner cause I'm pro proo pri PROU FUCK proud of you. That is the only time I'm gonna say that to you and it's not even in person. Doesn't matter, enjoy the food

Sweetheart ♡ (p.s. you still an asshole and NO I did NOT put laxatives in your food this time)

He huffs out a chuckle with a wobbly smile. So she does care for him. In a-- weird, hateful way. He walks in his dorm with food and drink in hand and opens the tin foil, the smell of barbecue baby back ribs, steamed carrots, buttered rolls and mashed potatoes fill his nostrils. His mouth waters immediately as he sits in his desk chair. He digs in with the utensils that Sweetheart gave him, his mind immediately going to his repeated fantasy about having a family with Sweetheart. Her, serving him a big plate of food with their baby boy on her hip. She kisses Graves's forehead and situates their son in the high chair before she starts to eat as well. A happy smile works on his face, not feeling the tears streaming down his cheeks. A happy family. "It's delicious..."

After Dinner Bonus!

"Hey, no one go ANYWHERE! Yall are helping me clean all this shit up!" Sweetheart points out with a frown. Soap laughs, "Of course, hen! Why wouldn't we?"

"You did a lot for us, Princess. We'll take care of everything now. Go and take a load off." Price says close to her. Very close to her. "Nah, I can help!" Sweetheart pushed. "Your shoulder has been bothering you, hasn't it?" Ghost said, making Sweetheart flinch. "Why you gotta call me out like that, man?" Sweetheart whined. He was right, though. She's been rotating her left shoulder from time to time, playing it off every time one of the boys asked about it.

Alejandro laughs, placing his hand on her hip. His thumb doing small circles on her thin clothing. Rudy and Krueger strolled towards Sweetheart. Rudy wore a soft smile, yet his eyes told a different story. A more mischievous story. Alejandro's voice dropped an octave, making a hot jolt spike through Sweetheart's spine. "Come now, mama. I know just what to do to help you relax."

SPOILERS FOR "OOPS"

OMG TO ALL THE FLUFF WE GOT IN THIS EPISODE!!! <3<3<3 Literally squealed at how adorable Fizz and Ozzie are (which I already knew ;) ) and the fact that Fizz can't cook. ^_^<3<3<3 I also find it funny that they really weren't doing a good job at keeping their relationship under-wraps and how Fizz himself was not being low-key. XD I do love all his little fly dogs and the fact that one is in a wheelchair is absolutely adorable because he really does care about them as we see. ^_^ <3<3<3

Of course fate would bring Blitzo and Fizz's paths to cross, although I'm still surprised that we got Striker in this episode because I had heard about Crimson's men since it was in Greed after all, but dang, he must be trying to get business outside of royals since the last one didn't pan out. :/ I had a feeling that if it wasn't a hit put out on Fizz, then he'd be ransomed, so it just broke my heart at seeing how distressed he was at almost every turn; at least with talking with Blitzo it served as a distraction for him. It's still awful that he and Blitzo got kidnapped and in a way proved part of the reason for Fizz and Ozzie trying to keep their relationship secret (which admittedly didn't seem too well based on what Crimson said >_< ).

I do love that Blitzo obviously does have feelings for Stolas, and Fizz made some pretty good points about not all royal demons being the same as well as acting superior to others does cast you as snobby rich jerks; I know Fizz's been treated so well by Ozzie for over a decade, but he still came from humble beginnings and probably dealt with the same racist stuff other imps faced. :/

It was nice to see Stolas and Ozzie interact, even if it mainly was to go over the ransom demands, but I love that Stolas was empathetic and helpful in Ozzie's time of need even though Ozzie was withholding the crystal because of Fizz's hatred for Blitzo; I do hope Blitzo and Stolas will have their talk in the "Full Moon Ritual" episode because there is still so much he doesn't know about Blitzo's past. ;_;

I'm so glad that we got the confirmation that Blitzo caused the fire that cost Fizz his limbs and horns, but also the fact that he also lost his mom in the same fire...and it was all an ACCIDENT?! Flex. A lot of flex. Every time Farmer is around, Alex will lift heavy objects, thus showing off his muscles. Heavy? No, it's not hard for him to hold a huge crate at all! He repeatedly brags about his achievements in sports, but also doesn't forget to praise the Farmer for their hard work and looks. If Farmer gives the 'green light" for his flirting, Alex will move on to more classic things: small gifts, bouquets of flowers, walks on the beach, that sort of thing. Very nice of him, by the way. 6/10 - if he doesn’t praise himself often.

Sam:

In regards to flirting with someone, Sam gets a bit of a funny situation, which can be described by the phrase "Task failed successfully". Being inexperienced in love affairs, Sam often confuses words when he tries to flirt, or trips over an unfortunate rock in the road when he wants to approach Farmer. The young musician thinks to himself that his flirting is terrible and that he is clumsy. However, after much laughter, the Farmer thought Sammy was a very funny guy who would always make them laugh and they wanted to get to know him better. Task failed successfully! 5/10, although the flirting wasn't very good, it still worked!

Elliott:

If you think Elliott is going to seduce Farmer like in the book novels, you're absolutely right! But there is a little nuance. Yes, Elliott is a very well-mannered and sophisticated man, so his flirting, gifts and time spent will be the most romantic. However, a life of seclusion in a beach house has also made itself felt, and sometimes Elliott can forget that this is not a romance, but real life. So, let the Farmer get ready for small talk and nice walks in nature. Elliott will try to find an excuse to meet Farmer more often. 9/10, very good!

Sebastian:

Oh man, Sebastian's flirting.... is a bit of a mess. The young man was too shy and socially awkward to flirt with his object of affection in any way. He couldn't muster up the courage to show his past affection for Abigail, and it's more complicated than that. More often than not, and unknowingly, Sebby will smile and blush when talking to Farmer, avert his gaze, also more often invite them to his house to play board games or read comics. 3/10, sorry Seb, but that's not much of a flirt.

Harvey:

Yoba witnesses, Harvey tries his best, and, in principle, his flirting with Farmer turns out quite well. Not without flaws, of course, when he got a little nervous and confused, but quite acceptable and very romantic. The local doctor doesn't have much experience in love adventures, but he knows very well that the classics won't let him down if he wants to show his interest in the chaotic Farmer. 7/10, the key thing for Harvey is to keep his nerve (and not offer private medical check-up too often).

Shane:

Flirting is not Shane's thing. He has pretty low self-esteem and doesn't seem to care what most people think of him or what he looks like. Even if he gets the urge to try and start courting Farmer in some way, he stops himself most of the time. Unfortunately, Shane considers himself unworthy of their attention, like, who would want to socialise with someone like him. So the chicken lover will just throw dreamy glances at Farmer in the Saloon. Although, after a couple of beers, he does manage to flirt somehow (a bit vulgar, but still). 2/10, Farmer needs to make the first move themselves if they're interested in Shane.

SVE bachelors:

Lance:

No one knows whether it's a natural talent or whether Lance was taught a whole set of rules on how to flirt and behave in society, but this gallant man with a catty grin on his face is just a real master of flirting. Just like a noble knight in shining armour who came out of a chivalric novel. He knows perfectly well what levers to pull in order to gain the goodwill of the person he likes. Even if the Farmer doesn't mind flirting, but are an impregnable fortress, Lance is willing to spend a lot of time to conquer that fortress. 10/10, what a real romantic bastard.

Victor:

Behold - the smoothest man who can outdo even Elliott in his mastery of romance and very subtle flirting. Though a bit shy and introverted, Victor knows how to make the Farmer blush with a compliment (thanks to the many books on the subject in his personal library). Lots of walks, interesting and not too long conversations, dinner at the Saloon, or even sitting together at the game console. Victor chooses his complimentary words very carefully and watches the Farmer's reaction. If they don't feel uncomfortable, Victor continues. 8/10, this spaghetti man is full of surprises.

Magnus Rasmodius:

It had been a long time since Magnus had flirted with anyone, the last time he'd done so had been when he was younger... So it wasn't easy for him to remember everything he knew about love affairs, though even in his youth there had been only one affair, then marriage, then divorce, then.... Oh, well, that's just the way it is. Magnus is quite a romantic wizard, no doubt about it, but the hardest thing is to start flirting, especially if it's successful. It would help him to spend time together (a.k.a. magic lessons, thanks that Farmer has talent and is no stranger to Magnus). 4/10, c'mon Magnus, we believe in you.

SDV bachelorettes:

Leah:

Leah's main flirt is praise and shared pastime. Farmer very often becomes her muse for a future painting or sculpture, which, by the way, Leah then presents them. Collecting mushrooms and berries together, where the girl shares her experience in finding the best places with a lot of delicious gifts of the forest, she also repeatedly offers her help on the farm and praises their physical build. Leah is not shy about flirting, and if Farmer is single and doesn't feel uncomfortable during her flirting, the girl will continue until she achieves victory on the love front. 7/10, pretty good and confident flirting.

Penny:

Penny is a very sweet and kind girl, but she has zero ambition. She blushes too much and she almost always looks away or hides her face in a book if she sees Farmer, so it's an impossible task for a young teacher to approach her object of affection and start flirting. Her trouble is that Penny thinks she's a "grey mouse" who no one will pay much attention to, much less someone like Farmer. 0/10, I'm sorry Penny, but you have no flirting skills at all.

Maru:

Maru will look for any excuse to fix Farmer's broken appliances to get to know each other better. Broken recycling machine? Maru is already here, always ready to help them. In fact, she's always helped with repairs, but now her visits have become even more frequent. Mostly, the young inventor is a bit shy and rather timid when she tries to compliment the Farmer's appearance or clothes. She is sometimes afraid she might bore them with her chatter about her inventions. But if Farmer enjoys listening to a girl, she'll definitely talk all her ears off about science, and it will be much easier for her to flirt with them. 5/10, not too good but not too bad.

Haley:

Oh, Haley sure has a few tricks to get Farmer's attention on herself. After all, she was a star in high school and the centre of attention for many of her fans. Flirting is her thing. A subtle hint of wanting a relationship here, a successful praise there, a light conversation afterwards, a "chance" encounter here - it's a whole art for the blonde-haired girl. Also one of her best tactics is to be herself: to be nice, fun, and not to stay under the mask of a slightly spoilt and rude girl. Haley's tactics work, and Farmer has also started to take a liking to her. 8/10, there are a couple of flaws, but overall a quality flirt.

Abigail:

The amethyst lover's hints of flirting almost directly scream that she likes Farmer a lot. Recall at least her post 8 ❤️ event when she says that "Farmer must know what happened yesterday". But Abigail is going to start wooing them anyway, as she's not sure they've realized what happened yesterday after all. Constant compliments from Abby, also one of her main flirtations is her sketches of various fantasy characters, which she gives to Farmer. 6.5/10, not bad in principle but could be better.

Emily:

Honestly, I'm not sure Emily understands what flirting is at all. Well, she feels sympathy and a love interest for Farmer, but even when the two are officially a couple, Emily thanks them and refers to them as "good friend". "Friend", friendzone forever... Sure, she'll always compliment Farmer on their beautiful looks or their harmonious clothing choices, but it feels like she still refers to them as a friend. 1/10, I love you Emily, but you're not trying at all.

SVE bachelorettes:

Sophia:

Have pity on poor Sophia, she's having a hard enough time socialising as it is, and then there's the need to flirt! She has a very similar case as Penny, but unlike the red-haired girl, Sophia makes more attempts. Watching anime together, chatting about new manga, the latest from the video game world, etc... She also shares the most delicious snacks and sweets with Farmer, which is a big step considering how shy she is. This sort of thing comes across as just a friendly hangout, but Sophia tries to hint that she wants more than friendship. 4/10, she's really trying her best.

Olivia:

Need to say - Olivia is a bit of a contradiction in terms. This woman was a masterful flirt when she was younger if she really liked someone, and her skill hasn't faded over the years. The problem is simply that she's a widow, hasn't had a relationship since her husband's death, and feels that her flirting with someone (especially a younger person like Farmer) would constitute a betrayal to her late husband. If Olivia and Farmer work it out, the woman will quickly show the object of her affection what sophisticated and professional flirting is all about. 9/10, mommy- *ahem*, Olivia knows how to wow Farmer.

Claire:

Due to the fact that Claire is a rather quiet and shy girl (not as shy as Penny or Sophia) and her constant fatigue at work at JojaMart, flirting with Farmer is not easy for her. On the other hand, the young girl always feels a rush of energy when she sees her close friend (who has become her object of admiration). Claire doesn't have too many tricks in her flirting arsenal, but compliments and spending time together are assured. 5/10, not too bad, actually.

The app they use is probably the twst discord. I think that's the only social idia has/honestly uses Some of them has like a cover for the icon. Like no one can know they use that app for whatever reason.

but I defiantly agree with you that trein would see one of his daughters; especially anastasia in reader. whether it's by a few habits they both share, or how they're sometimes second fiddle to their more out going companion. but trein can see reader's life falling into shambles the more they're in twisted wonderland, the more they're isolated, and it kills him as both a father and educator.

and believe it or not, he cares about his students. they may not think so and curse him in the hallways, but they'll be thanking him in years to come, they always do (he prides himself in that, and the line of students he has at reunions telling him they're the best teacher they ever had.)

so maybe he pulls reader aside after class, ofc he can tell how tense they are, how nervous they are... especially by how intense their eye contact is, a little creepy but trein understands. he tells them to sit down in a chair he magically spawned as he flicks his head at lucien. who is all too glad to use you as a chair. he can see reader visibly relax as they're testing the water's with the temperamental feline, but trein starts talking.

he wants to help them, as he wouldn't be doing his job as an educator if he just stood by and watched you struggle. how he would have failed the pledge he made to crowley and himself if he let one os his students fall under the radar in favor for his smarter ones.

yes that should sting but it's the truth, and to no fault of your own. you obviously had... less than stupor teaching before this, and you have to catch up on a decades worth of stuff due to your... situation. and he is willing to help you during both lunch hours and free period. he also recommends student tutors for this and is willing to work out some kind of deal between you and the tutors. he wants to see you succeed. not just to prove he can turn a pumpkin into a carriage, but because you deserve it.

it's a link to a magi cord group chat called; raven of secrets. (or smthn idk, I pulled that out of my ass) and he explains that the whole point of that group chat is to remain anonymous. there's a handful of members from different dorms and that's all you're supposed to know.

they talk about gossip, homework, assignments etc. the more he talks about it the more it sounds like a secret society. but nonetheless, you join.

and all hell breaks loose 🤭

personally I think that only a few people know who is who in the chat group. like the organizer because they gotta make sure everyone who has the link is an nrc student. and obviously there's a few friends who gave other people the link or joined together. but there's also active polls where people debate who is who.

just so it gives them the extra comfort of anonymity.

NATLA Episode 2 Debrief (by yours truly)

Hi again! Here's episode 1 if anyone is interested. This is going to be another outrageously long post, just a tw

I absolutely loved the ominous start and then it's just:

They really captured the Zuko/Iroh dynamic the cartoon had in this scene. I hope they keep this sort of thing throughout the show. Also, side note, but for whatever reason Zuko seems a LOT more violent in this version. This child needs some serious therapy.

I guess this is their version of the map joke, huh? Low-key disappointed but not as mad as I thought I would be.

I'm not sure how I feel about the writers prolonging some of the conflicts that were resolved back in the SWT into this episode. I guess it makes sense that they would have to extend the drama, but I'm a little disappointed these thoughts didn't make it into the first episode. I'm glad they're included, but I think at this point team avatar had started to feel like family already in the cartoon, so it's kind of annoying and misses the mark a bit.

Yes I'm so glad they put GranGran's blessing back in! I was really mad when they took it out, but this honestly feels more meaningful than it did in the cartoon. It's a precious cultural artifact rather than just a couple of blankets. This is similar to what I was mad about with extending SWT conflicts, but I don't have nearly as much of a problem with it, as it seems like they're carrying a little piece of home with them rather than just extra drama.

The burial scene was very sweet and sad. It gave us a bit more insight into Air Nomad culture, and a sense of closure the cartoon didn't really give us. A+ for Gordon's acting as well (he is perfect for this part, even if he does still need some more acting experience)

Zuko has officially mastered the "my uncle dragged me here and I'm an agnsty teenager" face. A+ to Dallas for this entire scene. I am absolutely LOVING the Iroh and Zuko dynamic. Never change (jk I wish you a wonderful redemption arc)

Suki looks just as beautiful as she did in the trailer. Unfortunately can't say the same for the Kyoshi statue (I wish it had been made out of wood), but there is something to be said for the little shrines to the avatars instead of a few big ones. I actually kind of like that they changed that element, and I hope they explore it more in future episodes, because I assume some of the spiritualism surrounding them would have to be changed. Side note: but I've seen nothing of the spirit world so far and I'm getting a little nervous. I guess I wouldn't mind if they decided it was some long-lost avatar trick or is introduced in the NWT, but if they get rid of it altogether I'm gonna be pissed.

I'm glad they decided to make Kyoshi Island a matriarchal society instead of having a male leader. It just makes sense based on the lore and I like to see more strong adult women than in the cartoon. Also Suki got a mom! Maybe she'll get some development too!

This Aang speech was very in-your-face storytelling, but I feel like the whole show is gonna be like that so I'm just accepting it at this point. I think it stayed true to his character while getting the point across, and it also kind of helped his character compared to the cartoon. He's very emotionally open and has a charming nativity about him, but he's clearly trying to help. Loved it.

He's so awkward I love it. This whole interaction was really cool, because it expanded on their relationship in a cool way. They're both struggling between doing what their parents expect of them to help their respective villages, but are being faced with a pull to the outside world, Suki with her "big heart" and Sokka with his need to protect Katara. Thishonestly gives more depth to their relationship and I don't mind the writers dragging out first episode conflicts if this is how they're choosing to explore them.

Aww look at these cute little siblings. I like that the writers are giving them more time to progress from strangers to besties. Their interactions seem more natural, and Aang's grief more realistic. It's also great to once again see Katara growing more confident and powerful in her abilities. I love the smell of some good character development in the making.

Look at her face! She's like,"I'm so good at flirting. Mother would be proud." Meanwhile Sokka's scared of her. Anyway I'm living for their scenes and they're making me giggle. (Despite Sokka's sexism being toned down it still exists to a lesser level and I love to see her beating his ass while he tries to flex)

I love the new subplot! I love that flashback! I love this conflict! It gives more credence to his fears as a prodigy. Whatever writer came up with this deserves a hug.

AHH the ship is sailing! I love Sokka learning to be more open minded! I love Suki learning to be more open-hearted! I love when characters in romantic relationships learn from each other! This is giving Suki and Sokka development in ways the cartoon did not without trying to play Sokka's sexism off as a joke and also giving us more screentime and when I say I love it I mean I am doing a happy dance right now!

Okay, so just a quick word on shipping besides Sukka because as Zutara trash I am legally required to do this:

It seems like they are keeping the zutara hope parallel intact, with Katara and Zuko both finding hope in the avatar but in different ways. However, I don't think this really changes anything. So far, there's beven nothing to suggest they're going with ZK instead of KA, and I'm a little worried that they're trying to parallel Sukka and KA wwith the way they're setting up both girls as kind of a "teacher" to the boys in a way and giving both ships a huge amount of screentime in the same episode. Also, and I hate to say this, they might be attempting to fix KA by toning down Katara's anger and her "dark side". She didn't get angry to break the iceberg and they're eliminating her entire waterbending scroll plotline. They're trying to make them a better match for each other by watering her down and therefore increasing her connection with Aang and decreasing the chance of a future connection with Zuko over their anger and shared trauma. It's sad news that I didn't want to deliver, and I've seen spoilers that there is another ZK moment later down the line, but at this point, I think KA is a lot more plausible than ZK. *cries*

In slightly less depressing news, they're inserting the avatar state plotline a lot earlier. This makes sense with the condensed timeline, and I think I like the way they're going with it so far. I hope they keep the concept of avatar guide intact, though, and I'm worried that they're going to play into more of a connection to all of his past lives instead of just Roku. I kind of hate Roku but I do think that's a major concept I don't want them to get rid of, and his inaction during a time of adversity mirror's Aang's own challenges with confrontation. Their dynamic is a good one, and I wouldn't be opposed to changed but I really hope they don't entirely throw it out.

Scratch whatever the fuck I said before. I'm back on my shipping bullshit I can't believe we got a BONUS FIGHT! Also kudos to whoever decided Zhao should burn the village instead of Zuko. I was always so pissed at him whenever I rewatched this episode and now I can sleep easy knowing it was that military dipshit instead of him

I love Kyoshi to an unhealthy extent but I kind of wish Katara had been the one to go off on him. It would have seriously fixed things.

COUPLES THAT FIGHT TOGETHER ARE THE BEST COUPLES CHANGE MY MIND

I think this was the perfect conclusion to Sukka (for now)! Sokka learned something so much more valuable and impactful than in the cartoon, in my opinion. His masculinity is handled very well in my opinion, and even if I would have liked to see him wear the warrior outfit, there's something really great about the way he continues to embrace protectiveness, a masculine trait, while having rid himself of toxic masculinity, such as not being able to learn from others. He's leaving a more open minded and humble person and I love the way they portrayed it.

Okay the speech was a little on the nose but I liked it. One of the best things about ATLA was the way they executed Aang's childishness ending up beneficial for the world. I think the new conflict is expanding on that nicely while staying true to its roots. *pats writers on the head*

Also the fan was so cute. That last scene on Appa really wrapped everything up nicely. I like the way they tied in the conflicts between the siblings while engineering growth for Sokka.

Still, I can at least understand why the writers made their crappy decisions, even if I don't agree with them. Hopefully certain things are fixed in future episodes, but as it stands I think I'll live (barely)

You look so alluring when you scheme. No earthly or heavenly beauty could compare to the mere sight of you:

The stern concentration pinching your brow just slightly, your arms flexing as you clench and release your fists over and again, your lip idly drawn between your teeth on blessed occasion- it’s enough to make someone bite through their tongue (just partially, and it was only twice).

Tau watches you plan for hours a day (even when they technically have other tasks to carry out), they like to imagine it’s them you’re looking at with such a single-minded focus (perhaps knelt over them on your bed, deciding precisely which ways you want to take them apart).

What they wouldn’t give for just a fraction of the attention you constantly bestow upon that sniveling little “hero”. It’s not even like the hero has done anything to deserve your dedication, not like Tau has.

No, all they did was beat you (which few have ever done). And then… keep beating you (which none have ever done).

Tau knows how much you hate to lose, lower grunts have payed with their lives for Uno games, but… there’s something more to your preoccupation with that vigilante wannabe.

They can see it in the way your bright eyes flick about the room, the way your lips just barely part as you mumble strategy and probability, the way you zone out during meals (that they made for you, naturally) then dart up to your office to test an idea, the way you constantly stay up well into the next morning trying out new inventions and gadgets to take them down- Tau hates to think it, but they know it’s true:

This hero is… motivating you.

As delightful as it is to see you so lively, Tau can’t help the furious jealousy that roils in their gut almost constantly these days.

Why can’t they be the one to make you feel like this? Why can’t they challenge you, inspire you? Why can’t they bring that spark to your eyes?

They should be able to.

They’ve been by your side since the beginning, supporting and encouraging you through every high and low, they know you better than anyone does (yourself included)- and, goddamnit, they deserve it! They’ve given everything to you, and all they ask for in return is a second glance (then a third, then a fourth, then- oh, just stop looking away already!)

It's just not fair- that boot kisser gets every second of your free time, every spare thought, all 'cause they can take (...and deal) a couple hits? (More than a couple; Tau has definitely tried to take them down on many a solo mission, and they've always come out worse for it. They don't wanna talk about it.)

At the very least, they do get to spend a little more time with you, even if it's to watch you obsessively plan for the hero's interruption of your next evil venture.

They're still the one by your side.

They still get to stand at your shoulder and pass you tools as you work on a project (and bite their cheek every time your fingers touch to hold back a moan).

They still get to brush their shoulder against yours while you both stand over a blueprint (and then spend the next fifteen minutes trying not to hyperventilate and/or enter cardiac arrest).

They still get to hang up your cloak after a strenuous mission (and bury their nose in it until the edges of their vision go dark, and lick your sweat off the collar until their tongue is raw, and rub the damp material across their skin until they can feel you all over them).

(They still get to sneak into your bedroom every night with the spare key they made under your nose. They still get to pant over your face as they bask in your glory, as they breathe your breath. They still get to oh so carefully interlace their fingers with your own, intoxicatingly warm ones, they still get to pretend you'd ever want to hold them.)

Yes, they're still very much happy with their position- they'll just be much happier once that nuisance is taken care of.

Then, they can focus solely on aiding you in your endeavor for world domination, and you can focus on what really matters: them!

Ash sorta starts to take pity on him and makes Gliscor put him down, but now whenever Ace shows up, Gliscor will always be there to swoop him into a 'hug'

Deuce- Sceptile

as Sceptile stared at the poor boy, there was only one thought in his head

Deuce watches Sceptile use his moves and he's awestruck, lmao

it takes a bit, but Lycanroc does warm up to Jack more than the rest of Ash's pokemon, mainly because wolf solidarity

if Ash is hanging out with Jack, then you best believe that Lycanroc is close by

Epel- Gible

is lowkey concerned when Gible just begins chewing on Ash's head, but she acts like she doesn't feel it, so he sorta just stands there

out of all of Ash's Pokemon, Gible is one of the few to warm up to the guys quite quickly

Vil, upon seeing the marks, has a heart attack lmao

but in all seriousness, Gible actually really likes Gible, and the dragon is growing on Epel, so if he ever does get bit again, he literally just shrugs it off

this is probably the weirdest pairing

saw Krookodile and thought he was the coolest ever, especially with his sunglasses

enjoys watching Krookodile train with all of Ash's other strong/fully evolved pokemon, especially since he can record data for himself later

with such a wide movepool (knowing Dragon Claw, Aerial Ace, Dig, and Stone Edge) Ortho is in awe

100% the two would power up a death laser/Stone Edge in an attempt to destroy the school together

the amount of pictures he has with Krookodile is astounding, Idia is lowkey jealous

his personal fave is of him with Krookodile and they both have sunglasses on, looking cool

Sebek- Sirfetch’d

I don't think Grim would be fond of living under the sea forever, it doesn't do well for his skin and he likes how he is! Grim is a very confident familiar/direbeast. Thanks to a charm that was made by Malleus (you asked and be obliged for his dearest friend) Grim can transform for semi-long periods (two months at most) into a more aquatic form.

It's not a completely merform, but his paws have webbing and he has gills. Grim isn't a fan of the feeling of webbing, or his fire ears being in water all the time. They don't go down, but they feel weird, like they're fighting against the water to stay lit. This is why he'll switch between Yuu and Ace and Deuce's homes. Sometimes he'll stay with Crewel, if he gets tired of the duo's antics, though he's not fond of Crewel's dalmatians either.

You know who he is fond of, though? Yuu and their kids! He loves playing with the fries, because they think he's the coolest thing they've ever seen. It's his rare chance to be taken seriously as a big, great mage in front of the fries that don't really know better. But it's quite sweet, because he will play with them while Yuu is busy with work. Grim is officially a big brother, and he now has his own little army of elvers and shrimps! All hail Grim!!!

Parisa Kamali: I love Parisa, I have loved her since the first book. I LIKE HER SO MUCH she's funny she's mean she's cool she's kind. She's incredibly powerful. She's so interesting and I really enjoyed how she slowly became "her royal softness". Whenever we have her pov it's so fun. I love how she's not scared of Atlas and how she challenged him. I can't wait to see what she does in the next book. I'm actually excited to see how Dalton has changed and how she reacts to them in the next book. Her relationship with Nico makes me so feel so nice. I also need her to be kiss Reina sometime in the next book.

Nico de Varona: he's been my annoying lil baby since the first book. I loved how he became more fleshed out in this book. I loved how lonely he got, his relationship with Reina and Tristan really intrigues me. HE'S SUCH A CHILD sometimes and I love him for it. Obviously I have spent the two books insane bc I knew he was in love with Gideon, I just knew it and they're just *chef's kiss* also speaking of his relationship with people, I think him and Libby will be stunning as besties, I truly cannot perceive them as romantic. They act so sibling like or even just asshole bestie like.

Reina Mori: when we started with this series I actually had more hopes from her. I feel like she didn't do much (especially in book 2) and my girl really doesn't understand communication. If she just talked to people sigh. But honestly her God thing, I am down. Go off, I'm excited to see her go off the rails bc people didn't talk to her the way she could have understood. I am low-key in love with how funny the duo of Reina and Callum is, tbh. I also get major ace vibes from her.

Libby Rhodes: honestly she was my second least favourite amount the six when we started. She desperately needed the corruption arc we got in the later half of the book. I think I will like her a lot more now. Her crush on belen was stunning to read. I can't wait for Libby to fuck shit up, literally fuck everyone up. And I genuinely truly deeply want her relationship with Nico to just be friendship. Friendships are equally as important and the fact that the universe made them parallel to eachother is my favourite thing.

Callum Nova: honestly I didn't really like him much during the first book, he was fine but we had more interesting characters. BUT DAMN CALLUM NOVA POST HEARTBREAK?? ~~ exquisite ~~ he's so fucking funny and hopeless and sad and pathetic. he is so desperate for love and so upset that he was denied it. He's my pathetic lil meow meow. Also I would LOVE to see him use his powers more in the future. As we keep learning about it, I keep loving him. Also I need Tristan to beg Callum to take him back.

Tristan Caine: actually I didn't enjoy his povs at all in the first book, I couldn't wait for them to be over. He is still my least favourite among the six but in the second book he was more interesting and fun. I'm a lil anxious of how Atlas is gonna use him and his powers. I don't care much of him but I want him to beg Callum or regret it for the rest of his existence. Also I hate LibbyTristan as a romantic permanent thing, they can fuck around and have fun but pls end at that.

Gideon Drake: I have loved him since day 1. He was the softer kinder balance to Nico's aggressive and abrasiveness. He is so interesting, his origin and his powers. I spent both the book wishing we had more of him. Now that we are out of the library maybe he'll get to play a more active role in the book. I am obsessed with Gideon (bc Nico is obsessed with Gideon) I love the tidbits we learn about Gideon like how Libby always liked him more or how max travelled with him for the rescue of the "prince". I want Gideon to have everything he wants, that's all.

Atlas Blakeley: I have been think of Giancarlo Esposito as Atlas the entire time. There's no explanation it's just vibes

I had a great time writing it, and it's even better because I love the idea of a writing challenge, so thank you to the great @iamasaddie. Please, keep in mind it's my first time doing this, and that English isn't my first language, so if you find any grammatical errors let's just [sliding a dollar bill across the table] ignore them.

Killing the engine of his car, Dieter allows himself a moment to breathe out a sigh, making sure he gets rid of any remaining stress flooding his bloodstream. Wrap up parties maybe were his thing in a previous and crazier life, but not anymore, not since his very long recovery.

He gets out of the car with a grunt, straightening his jacket and giving the motel sign a look before heading in, sneaking a hand into his back pocket to reach for his wallet, taking out some cash and handing it out to the receptionist after a quick smile. it was easier this way, leaving no trace behind, where not even the lost souls could find him. at least, that was what was agreed with the owners a little more than a year ago when he had his agent find the place.

Privacy, that was all he needed.

“Good evening, sir. She’s already waiting for you in the room” the young woman smiles at him and he nods in return, giving her a quick thank you after she hands him the keys, before heading back out to the rooms, the chill air hitting his face once he found himself outside.

He walks quickly, getting more desperate by the second, eager to get rid of this clothes, the smell, the persona he kept on putting every time he had to face the world, his work, his life, where everyone asked him over and over again 'how’s everything going?' like they couldn’t wait for the moment he slipped up once again, like they couldn’t wait for the moment they found him passed out in one of the set bathrooms like it was just another tuesday.

He wasn’t like that anymore. It had been a long time since he had been like that.

He opens the door with a quick and easy turn of the key and sighs loudly, letting his bag fall on his side and quickly toeing his boots off. He can hear the low hum of the water falling from the shower, so he starts to lazily undress himself, letting the pieces of clothing fall on a heap on the floor. Heading for the bathroom, something on the bed catches the corner of his eye and he can’t help but smile to himself, his chest filling with anticipation as he opens the door to the bathroom and walks in.

“Took you long enough” he hears a voice saying.

Oh. Oh, that voice, the one that could save him from everything.

“I’m sorry. you know how wrap-ups are" he mumbles, kicking off his underwear and then, when he looks in the direction of the small shower, you are already looking at him, peeking from behind the curtain with a small smile. He feels a warm sensation spreading all over his body, burning.

Oh, God.

"I know" your smile grows wider, opening the curtain and moving to the side when his broad frame walks in.

Dieter certainly knows he looks tired, but there’s a grin creeping up the corners of his lips and he has a feeling that you know everything is better now that he is right in front of you.

"Hey” you say, lifting your hands to cup both his cheeks. You feel him relax against your touch “I’m glad you’re here.”

“I am glad I’m here, too” he replies, grabbing gently your wrists and turning his head to the side to leave a soft kiss on the palm of your hand.

He slowly starts kissing all the way to your forearm and, short after, he’s pulling you in, wrapping both of his arms around you before searching for your lips, pressing his own on top of them. You moan in surprise and he smiles over you.

Most of the time, when he had you by his side, he felt like the world was crumbling away from him, causing him to lose all the stability he had managed to build in his little mental palace. What was there in you that managed to break through every wall neatly built around him? What was there about you that made him want to be a better man, that made him want to give life another chance?

You break the kiss to gasp at the feeling of his hands sneaking between your legs and his heart starts pounding hard against his ribcage. He thinks that if he dies there, he would go as a happy man. You bury your face on the crook of his neck and he starts:

"I saw you already started without me. Are you going to wear that number on the bed still?” he chuckles, one of his fingers circling over your clit while his other hand keeps you standing, firmly wrapped around your waist “I would love to see you in it”

“I— fuck— I wanted to surprise you” you manage to say, your breath catching on your throat “You’ve worked so, so hard lately”

He nods, his smile growing wider on his face.

Were you an angel who had been sent from heaven to save him? Religion had never been his thing, certainly not after seeing how fucked up the industry worked, but he couldn't find a more logical explanation for how a being like you existed in the same world as he did. He couldn't find a more sensible explanation to understand how a smile could throw his entire façade of superstar away, how two bodies fit together so perfectly when making love. Were you sculpted by a higher being to send you to him? Was this how Adam had felt when Eve first appeared in the Garden?

"That’s so sweet, baby” and he means it, that’s why he sneaks one digit inside you at the praise, collecting your slick before going back to the stimulation in your bundle of nerves “Should we go to bed, then?” he asks, pressing his lips to the side of your jaw.

You’re not more than a puddle of arousal in his arms, so you only nod and let him help you dry yourself and walk you to the bed after he disappears on the bathroom again, insisting on getting himself clean, for you, for your sake, because he insists on leaving every trace of work and the real world behind the doors of your room.

For you, he would do anything for you.

He showers quickly, and when he comes out of the bathroom with a towel around his waist, he stops in his tracks when he founds you sitting at the edge of the bed, feeling drunk on the sight of the pieces of lingerie hugging perfectly the curves of your body. You smile again and then he notices the slight blush over your cheekbones.

“Do you like it?” you ask.

You dare to ask.

Dieter wanted to scream, not knowing how to shake the pressure he felt in his chest and the tingle in his stomach when you smiled at him like that. There was a time in his life when he was known to be flirtatious with many women, but when it came to you, he felt like a teenager having his first crush, feeling like no words would ever be enough to praise the beauty that was sitting right in front of him.

With his silence, you stand up and walk in his direction, causing gravity and oxygen to leave the room once more, Dieter not realizing that he had begun to hold his breath until your fingers rested on his chest, sliding your nails over his skin until reaching the hem of the towel on his waist. There, he sighs in an attempt to calm his nerves. Or his arousal, he is still unsure on what he was feeling.

"You’re…” he begins, his breath shaky.

“Yes?” you look at him, curious, your eyes full of love. He wonders if you know how attractive you are or if it’s just a natural thing you do.

“You’re…” he does it again, clearing his throat in an attempt to clear his mind of the filth that flooded it, sending all his blood down his body “You’re gorgeous"

You chuckle and shake your head, noticing how his eyes follow every movement “Thank you, baby” you finish, moving forward to kiss him again. This time, the kiss feels hungry, eager, and Dieter starts walking, one step at a time until the back on your knees hit the edge of the bed, making you fall over it with him on top.

“You’re so fucking beautiful…” he breathes out between kisses, pressing his wet lips on your jaw, your pulse, your collarbones, “I don’t know what I did to deserve you.” he confesses, shaking his head almost defeated and he takes your bra out of his way, kissing around one of your breasts, his hand giving attention to the other.

Truth is, it was a thought he had way too much times when he had you around. If there was no God, who had sent you? Who had made you just too perfectly for him? Would that God ever forgive him for the things he had done in order to cope with his work?

Would you?

Your moans start filling the room quickly, one of your hands burying between his wet curls, unconsciously trying to push him downwards, where you most needed his attention.

“Dieter… baby, please…” you manage to speak, your chest going up and down in quick breaths. He could tear you apart with only a few kisses and you would let him every time.

He quickly continues and kisses his way down your body until he finds himself buried between your legs. It was ironic, really. You were, after all, his guardian angel and he was there to praise you, to adore you like a goddess that he would give his life away for.

“I got you” he repeats in a whisper, more to himself than anything, placing one of your legs over his shoulder before pressing wet kisses on the inside of your thighs until he reaches your mound, groaning when he notices the soft fabric has a darker, wet spot in it.

"Please…” you almost cry out, squirming slightly between his arms.

He kisses over the fabric and pulls the lace to the side, revealing your sex to him. The warm feeling spreads rapidly inside his body, like a wildfire consuming everything in its way to claim it as its own. He looks at you from between your legs and finds that you’re eyes are already on him.

The feeling of his lips wrapping around you and sucking, claiming you as his, becomes almost unbearable when he pushes two of digits inside and curls them, searching for the sweet spots that make you see the stars. Poor sweetheart probably thought you were one of the gods he would constantly pray to. It’s hard not to think that based on how long you’ve been alive. Plus, you’re able to overpower Muzan Kibutsuji… the Demon King himself!

Even though you are strong, you have a protector here. He will never let Muzan take you away from him, even if he has to die. If you get into Muzan’s hands, the entire world would be in immense danger. Plus, the person he loves would become the thing he hates.

He once tried your food, and what I mean by that is that he tried to try the monstrosity you called a ‘meal’. He didn’t understand how you were able to consume it, but he kind of understands. ‘Good medicine tastes bitter’. It’s what is keeping you immortal.

Is concerned upon learning your 72 demon pacts. It doesn’t make it better that they are pacts with demons that are different from the ones in this universe. You must be insanely powerful to do something like that. 

Would also be concerned from learning that you used to have ~1000 spouses at one point during your life. How could you handle that many spouses while simultaneously running a kingdom?? Sounds like too much stress for him.

Mitsuri Kanroji

She has finally met someone that meets her spouse requirements! She’s probably popping the question once you demonstrate your power. Come on, Y/N! She already chose her wedding kimono and the color scheme for the wedding!

Once she catches wind that Muzan is trying to steal you for his own personal gain, she becomes super serious and overprotective. She is attached to you at the hip. She can’t lose you like she has with so many others!

She’s too nice to tell you that your cooking is horrible, so she’ll secretly cook instead and swap out the food you made for hers. She loves you, but she doesn’t want anyone dying when it can be prevented. In the meantime, she will try and get you to stick to recipes.

Would be amazed by your demon pacts. Based on what you told her, the demons you associate yourself with are much more powerful than the demons in this world, so she’s happy that you bring more help into battles.

Wouldn’t be concerned about your past lovers. It’s called a ‘past’ for a reason. All she’s focused on is becoming your 1001st spouse. *Cue the f-boy lip bite*. Nah but seriously, she doesn’t care. At the time you were married to all those people, it was considered normal for someone of power to do that.

Giyu Tomioka

Was low-key kinda scared of you when he saw you performing a powerful and difficult spell. You seemingly easily overpowered an Upper Moon in a few seconds. But he’s glad that you aren’t defenseless. You can do pretty well on your own.

When he hears that Muzan is trying to hunt you down, he gets protective. It leads to a few arguments, but just know that he’s doing it out of love. Whenever you need to go somewhere, either he or someone he assigned will accompany you.

Would probably tell you straight that your cooking sucks. Sorry, but would you rather him tell you a lie and let you continue to unintentionally poison others? He will offer to help you, though. He will tell you that you should master recipes and then experiment with ingredients.

Would be concerned about the demon pacts. There’s no doubt about it. How could you associate yourself with demons? Demons that are stronger and more unpredictable? Aw hell naw! He’s seen the demons you have pacts with… they’re strong as hell (pun intended).

Wouldn’t be concerned with your past lovers either. As long as none of them try to hit you up from beyond the grave, he’s chill with it. I don’t think he’d appreciate you looking to get another spouse along with him (I think we all agree that he’s husband material).

Tengen Uzui

Thought you were extremely ✨flamboyant✨. Was surprised at the pure, raw strength your magic had. You probably outweigh the power of even him and his wives combined. He holds a great respect for you; surely this came at a great cost at some point in your life.

When he hears that Muzan is trying to capture you, he rushes to get married to you. That way you would most likely be near him or one of his other wives. Of course, he won’t tell you any of this. He is not about to let you get taken away.

Also might tell you that your food isn’t even close to being as flamboyant as you are. In other words: STOP OR YOU MIGHT KILL SOMEONE!!! He’s all for you indulging in hobbies, but this ain’t it, chief! Would throw you over his shoulder and march right out of the kitchen.

Would definitely be concerned about the demon pacts. You’ve seen his reaction to Nezuko in the first season, so there is no way he’d be okay with it. He doesn’t care if they’re different from the ones he’s fought. They’re still dangerous to the general population.

When he hears about your multiple spouses in the past, his eyes grow wide. Sure, he has 3 (technically 4 now, cause you are most definitely now one of them), but he wouldn’t dream about picking up 100 people to marry. His wives are already a lot.

Sanemi Shinazugawa

Finally, someone who can match his strength and power. He’s seen you in battle, and now he wants to fight you to see if you can beat him, which you do rather easily. He’s just standing there like what a woman. Mans is heart eyes for you.

When he hears that Muzan is trying to take you away to use for his own personal gain, he is beyond angry. Every night, he holds you close just so he knows that you’re next to him. Everyone can see that it’s affecting him. He will protect you, he vows.

He would be one of the ones that would tell you straight up that your food absolutely sucks. He isn’t scared to hurt anybody’s feelings. Plus, you’re poisoning everyone. Sure, they all have a certain poison tolerance, but the inedible stuff you call ‘food’ is on a whole other level.

He would absolutely despise the pacts you have. You see how he treated Nezuko when Ubuyashiki asked all of the Hashira to let her live. He was close to attacking the demons you summoned until you tackled him, yelling at him to not do it. You explained that these demons are different from the ones he’s faced.

When he finds out about the time you had 1000 spouses, he spits out his tea. You had how many spouses?? Not even Tengen had that many, and to him he had a lot. How did you keep your sanity with that many people? Especially with having to run a kingdom at the same time?

Shinobu Kocho

Oh my, you are very strong! She’s never seen magic quite like yours either. You’re so graceful as you use it, the others call you the Graceful Couple. When the both of you are back at the Butterfly Estate, you research different poisons and create antidotes. It’s a bonding experience.

She is also unbelievably angry when she finds out that Muzan is trying to capture you. He’s already taken so much from her; hasn’t he taken enough?? This is affecting her more than you know. While you’re asleep, she’s sitting somewhere, shaking in anger and fear for your life.

Would be the type to replace the food you made without your knowledge or permission because she doesn’t need anyone else dying if she could prevent it. The amount of times someone on her staff would get sick because of your food is too many to count.

Would be hesitant about all the 72 pacts you maintain. Don’t you know that you are risking both your life and your soul just to be ‘friends’ with demons?? She’s already trying to protect you from them, and then you have deals with ones different and more dangerous than the ones she’s used to?

Is very concerned about you having had 1000 spouses at one point during your very long life. She understands that it was pretty typical to have many wives, but that many?? She wouldn’t be able to hide her long-suppressed anger if she tried that.

Kyojuro Rengoku

Would be amazed by your magic. Your body must be super endurable to handle power like that! Seeing you in battle probably made him fall for you even harder. He would probably show you off to everyone because he just loves you so much.

He is kind of secretly scared for you when he finds out that Muzan is hunting for you. I say secretly because he confided in Ubuyashiki and Mitsuri. He will start training even harder than he already is just so he’s sure that he’s strong enough to protect you.

Would also be the type to replace the food without your knowledge because he sees the other Hashira physically struggling to keep your food down. If they’re going to be fighting demons, they need to be in tip-top shape

Would be the type to smile as he bluntly tells you that he genuinely dislikes the idea of you maintaining 72 demon pacts with demons stronger than the ones he has fought. He doesn’t want you to explain, he wants you to stop. You, however, are your own person and he understands that he can’t control what you do.

Wouldn’t be too concerned about your past 1000 spouses. You just lived an extravagant and lavish lifestyle, so it was to be expected. He’s honestly impressed at how you didn’t cave while being pressured by your spouses as well as your kingdom.

Obanai Iguro

Would probably be jealous of you and your magic for a while. He’s one of the weaker Hashira, so seeing you use such powerful spells, curses, and hexes is really frustrating. Over time, he grew to tolerate you and even fell in love with you.

He’s both scared and angry that Muzan has the audacity to come after you. He knows that you can handle yourself, but he can’t help but get angry that he isn’t strong enough to protect you. He will over-work himself just so he can get stronger.

Mans doesn’t eat a lot, but he will try and take at least one bite out of everything you make. I never said that he enjoys it, but it’s one of the few ways he shows you that he loves you. He is secretly grateful to whoever replaces your cooking shifts.

He doesn’t talk much either, but his snake will hiss whenever you activate one of your pacts. He just stares in disbelief. I mean, 72 is a big number (that’s what she said). Even his snake looked at you in complete shock.

This shocked look maintained itself when you told him about your many, many, many spouses. 1000?? 1000?? How the f- did you not die?! What the f-! Mans doesn’t even deem himself worthy for you, but you must’ve dropped your standards or smth to marry 1000 people!

Muichiro Tokito

He never pays attention to anything, right? However when you demonstrate the tiniest shred of your power to help him heal from an injury he sustained in battle, he was definitely alert and attentive. It truly impresses him.

We all know that he is suppressing a lot of anger because of the death of his twin brother. So when he finds out that Muzan is trying to turn you into a demon so that he could try and overpower the sun, Muichiro was ready to kill the demon lord, Michael Jackson, himself.

Would say that he isn’t hungry or he stayed at a home where he already ate. The only way he wants to die is in battle against a demon, not while eating his girlfriend’s food. To him, it’s the equivalent of going trash diving and then putting the things you find into a soup, while the broth is dumpster juice.

Doesn’t really care about the 72 demon pacts. To be honest, he’s not even really paying attention whenever you summon one of the demons. He’s just trying to survive to see the next day, alright? However, when he snaps back to reality, he is a bit concerned.

When he finds out that you had 1000 spouses, it was one of those times where you should have waited until he was fully alert and present. Mans nearly choked on air when he heard those words come out of your mouth.

Hiiii! Can I request a s/o with Diluc who lowkey simps for his admirers. Like you expect them to be jealous but no...they like fangirl over them. When they saw Donna they were like omg she's so pretty, and she bakes too! Then s/o would look at Diluc weirdly like you skipped her for me? S/o might even point out that Donna really is in love with him, she doesn't even know the two persons she's pining for is the same person and it's low key miraculous ladybug plot. Then they saw Jean, they would be like omg she's so cute romantic novel lover, and calls him senpai. Then she's super strong and hardworking.

i sorta see where youre going w this but tbh i think diluc wouldnt like it :/ so this might not be the direction you expected it to go into?? but i just think its the more realistic one w how i see him - mentions of a break up in one instance but i did try to keep the tone pretty light. the hope is that this doesnt get taken too personally i just. cant imagine anybody would want to date someone who is so besotted with their s/o's admirers which is why theres the mention of if the beahviour gets too excessive in tha later points but also some fluff put in there as well :D

Diluc didn't seem to mind it at all. At first, he thought it was a fun little quirk of yours. He was glad that you weren't ever really jealous of the people who followed him around but he gets a little confused. Sure, jealousy would be a normal reaction but what you do feels a little stranger.

He doesn't expect you to praise them all. Of course, he can see the things that you point out but they're not something that he especially cares about when he has you. He cares about you a lot, and hearing the things you say about the people who like him makes him feel like maybe they're coming from a place of insecurity.

When you tell him it's really not and you just find it a little strange he skipped over all of these people for you he just reiterates that it's because despite all of the positive qualities of these people, you just had something else that drew him to you.

If things go overboard and it feels almost excessive, I can see Diluc getting a little frustrated. He loves you, not any of these other people but if there's constant talk about how he made the wrong choice and that these others are clearly the better option he might really consider leaving. He's not interested in staying in a relationship where for whatever reason, you're creating fake competition that didn't really exist.

He'll do whatever he can to remind you that he's chosen you and that he loves you. Whatever positive traits you point out in his admirers he tells you he finds them in you and that's what makes you better. He thinks of you as a collective of all those traits you seem to admire.

He does want you to stop, or at least tone it down if excessive because again, he fears you say these things out of a fear of inadequacy compared to others and he knows you technically do have a lot of competition. It just comes with being his partner but he's going to do his best to make sure you know it's you he wants not someone else.

When you tell him again you just really respect or admire these others, he'll nod and agree with you. He does see where you're coming from and he would be lying if he said he doesn't sometimes feel slightly the same way he sees someone who is more emotionally available is trying to chat you up.

However, he's soothed when you treat him the same no matter what you're saying in the day. You love him, and he can feel it and he hopes that you can feel his affection for you. He'll always love you more than the people you admire, and he'll spend his time making sure you know that.
