For all that I shit on Marvel for their terrible writing, their strong suit always has been character dynamics because why do I still stay up at night thinking about Natasha and Clint almost seven years later. I'm going to kill myself.
#i could go into more detail about how well written their dynamic is and how I fully believe they are the epitome of platonic soul mates#but it's midnight so later maybe#honorable mentions:#Peter and Tony#Steve and Bucky#Loki and Thor#the big three#genuinely though Marvel has the strongest character dynamic writing I've ever seen#I've consumed award winning material that has less engaging dynamics than whatevers going on in that studioe#even after their dip in quality the characters dynamic writing is strong#Cain's rambles#marvel#mcu#natasha romanoff#clint barton#hawkeye#black Widow

#Marvel#Daredevil#Born Again#Matt Murdock#Wilson Fisk#Kingpin#FiskMatt#No but like I am filled with such new hope for this series#Because of this trailer#I know others prioritize other aspects of the og show and I am a silly biased shipper#But most people will admit that the rivalry between Fisk and Matt as well as the compare/contrast within#is the key to a lot of the series success#That's why Fisk is the main villain in seasons 1 and 3 (the strongest seasons)#Now... with all of the characters and plots they plan on including I don't think their relationship will take front seat#We already know Coffee Date is in the first episode#I imagine their interactions will drop off for awhile after that#But UNDERSTANDING that they need to put Fisk and Matt together asap (despite their limited scenes even before now) is so crucial#In my opinion

The "Nightcrawler defeating Nimrod all solo" situation is even more of a joke when previously it took the combined efforts of both Prof X and Magneto to stop him during Krakoa and Storm had to use her strongest lighting strike against him to fry him out
The rule of cool has Nightcrawler able to defeat a enemy so powerful he could annihilate all life on Earth by using the mmorpj logic of "damage on enemy is kept even if player dies during battle" and constantly dying and respawning through resurrection to defeat it once and for all
This is the same guy who spent an entire run insisting people shouldn't abuse the resurrection protocol when going on mission and dying during them
Look anon you have to realise that it's CONFIRMED canon that Azazel is basically a Saiyan in the Marvel Universe and his son Nightcrawler is basically a half Saiyan but Saiyan Blood is so strong that he's practically full blooded he is practically a pure Viltrumite- I mean Saiyan I mean Neyaphem.
What can we learn from this? Well by the way Azazel managed to defeat everyone in the Marvel universe in an alternate timeline it means Azazel went into the Highest Super Saiyan/Neyaphem form and used multiple spirit bombs and multiple Kamehameha blasts against everyone. Similarly Nightcrawler can also go to this Super Saiyan/Neyaphem form and obliterate characters like Nimrod who let's face it is basically just Wall E going up against Godzilla when it comes to Nightcrawler's confirmed canon Power Levels
#Maz answers#Azazel#Nightcrawler#Azazel and Nightcrawler confirmed for Marvel's strongest characters

Top 10 Most Powerful Marvel Heroes Ranked
Growing up, I spent countless hours debating with friends about which Marvel character could win in a fight. Was it the god-like Thor? Or maybe the unstoppable Hulk? These conversations weren’t just fun—they tapped into something deeper. They made us think about what power truly means in a universe where heroes evolve, stumble, and rise again. Marvel’s storytelling has always been about more…

Since he’s probably Oswald’s closest Marvel equivalent, being a relatively-unpowered crime-boss who semi-frequently becomes Mayor… any thoughts on Wilson Fisk, the Kingpin of Crime?
It's a comparison that's frequently made by Big Two fans and it's easy to see where it comes from, certainly they're the most iconic gangster/mafioso villains in their respective companies, but I don't think Kingpin is the closest Marvel has to Oswald because A: If anyone has a prior claim on Comic Book Gangster, it's definitely him, and B: They simply don't work in comparable or equivalent fashion. You can even boil down a key difference to the fact that The Penguin is inherently a small man trying to be bigger, and The Kingpin is the biggest man who ever lived. That's not a joke about their sizes, that's how they operate as characters and villains: Oswald is underestimated, ridiculed, diminished, and driven in large part because of it. He is the underdog, he slips under the radar, he slips through the cracks, he is a cockroach who lives to thumb his nose and pull the rug under the bigger bastards who think they can step on him. Wilson Fisk IS the bigger bastard who steps on people, he is the biggest bastard in the world.
He is an unsurmountable force of crime at the top of every possible advantage that a criminal can possibly weaponize, he is a titan of wealth and privilege as willing and capable of crushing your skull with his bare hands as he is of murdering your entire social circle with a phone call. He is "the ill intent", the biggest and strongest gangster of all time, and even if there are bigger and stronger bastards than him, they certainly aren't gangsters like him, they certainly aren't meeting him in his playing field of choice. There isn't really a DC equivalent to Wilson Fisk - there were certainly attempts to make Luthor and Cobblepot more like him, there's no shortage of imitators or knock-offs like Blockbuster and Tobias Whale, but the Kingpin is a league of it's own among comic book gangsters. Like Luthor and Joker and Doom, like the top dogs of the genre, he's become an Archetype in his own right.
I talked about his Spiderverse version a little while back in regards to how much I liked him in that movie and what his design represented about him, Fisk as this black hole obelisk who drains the color of every room he's in and suffocates the world visually as well as metaphorically, far from the most interesting character in the movie but one that you can pin all these other more interesting things on, and I think that's also applicable to a lot of what he does as a Spider-Man villain. Now, he's a GREAT Spider-Man villain, easily one of the best, his arcs in Ultimate Spider-Man alone should be more than enough proof of concept for that, but even if he's not necessarily the most colorful or intimate or dangerous villain to hang a Spider-Man story on, he is maybe the most villain to hang a story on - the entirety of Marvel's street level vigilantes and organized crime exists under his shadow, and you can blow up his scope to the moon and back as a way to build up all the other characters you can squeeze more dramatic stuff out of. Whether it's in TAS, where he is so undisputably atop the pecking order that everyone else is bouncing off his fixed presence, or in the Insomniac games, where he stood tall as Peter's main villain for 7 years until the game begins with his downfall as a way to kick off all the strange new threats he'll be up against, Wilson Fisk is The Crime Man to rule all Crime Men, as entrenched and emblematic and secure in his kingdom of Manhattan as Dracula is to Transylvania and Dr.Doom is to Latveria.
Unlike the vast majority of Spider-Man villains who regularly enjoy redesigns and rewrites and do-overs, official and fan-made alike, Wilson Fisk is practically the same character in every iteration, there's very little need to seriously rethink or readjust who he is and how he does things because he is perfectly simple and perfectly timeless - we have now two Ultimate Spider-Man comic runs that have brought significant overhauls and revisions and new spins to established Spider-Man characters, and in both of them, Wilson Fisk is a major character, and he is completely and utterly unchanged from how he already works in the mainline universe. Even if you don't want to use Wilson Fisk, you can't neglect Wilson Fisk, you have to show how he fits into things, you have to show what he's up to or how he allows or makes way for what's happening without him, you have to give him his cut. This imutability of his is another thing I'd say is a major difference between him and Penguin - Oswald demands change, he demands growth and adaptability, he demands different surroundings more suited to him, he wants to grow and grow and make a nest that's suitable for him, he can't fit into existing systems so he breaks them to remake them as his own. That is simply not the case with Wilson Fisk.
Unlike The Penguin, unlike some of the other great comic book supervillains, Fisk has no intention whatsoever to change anything about how the world works - as far as he's concerned, it worked just fine up until these costumed irritants arrived, and even they just became another part of his conglomerate in time. Fisk really doesn't have or need any kind of big philosophy to justify himself, rather, he takes it as fact that he's operating under the way the world works and under a merit he's achieved by being the man he is. He is content within society's morality, because he is at the top of society and therefore that morality will always bow to him. The legions of costumed enemies orbiting his life are merely dissidents going against the order of things that places him at the top, tools to be used and bugs to be squashed and little more.
And this is true even of those whose power and scope stands above his own - they are not players in his game, and if they are, they are distractions, diversions, things that he can deal with. When he loses to billionaires like the Stromms in Zdarsky's run, when he has to playy ball with bigger villains, when he is ousted in a power play, it is humiliating, and he doesn't deal well with humiliations - but he can take humiliations, he knows he can give back, he can ultimately rebuild his pride as he rebuilds his empire time and time again. Spider-Man is annoying and powerful and infantile and annoying and an enemy and really really annoying, but he is no existential threat. He is not terribly concerned about Spider-Man, which is part of what makes him such a fun Spider-Man villain, that he never sees it coming when Spidey gets serious and just brings him down (peak example of this being Back in Black), that he is this larger-than-life bully/shitty grown-up who actually can and must be defeated. And if a lot of what makes him a fun and great Spider-Man villain is contingent in the ways that he doesn't lose sleep over Spider-Man, part of what makes him a stronger Daredevil villain is the precise opposite: he desperately wishes he could be this dismissive towards Daredevil, who is for all intents and purposes weaker than Spider-Man. It's his relationship with Daredevil that brings out the best of him as a villain and the worst of him as a person alike.
Against Spider-Man, the Kingpin is a very strong enemy, the figurehead of the kind of crime that is Spidey's daily routine, a powerful and oppressive force ruling over NYC who is nevertheless a step down from the Green Goblin or Dr Octopus or the Symbiotes and all those other genetic nightmares and obsessed masterminds that plague his life. No matter how clever or vile his schemes are, Spider-Man can still beat them, and Spider-Man can ultimately always triumph over him in a fight, and Fisk can always rebuild because Fisk builds empires as easily as most people breathe, and things rarely if ever get personal between him and Peter. Against Daredevil? There IS no bigger threat than Kingpin (well, The Hand I guess, but they're boring as shit), Kingpin is the mountain that Matt always crashes against in due time, and it is always personal. The Kingpin is his biggest and strongest enemy, able to run mental laps around Matt and someone that Matt cannot in fact beat in a fight, their battles are drawn out miserable slugfests where Fisk usually thrashes him around like a ragdoll with few conclusive victories and whatever victory Matt has is hard-won and usually via cheap shot.
Matt has an infinitely harder time dealing with Fisk than Spider-Man does, which is part of why it is Kingpin's appearences in Daredevil comics that made him comic book villain royalty: Matt has no real advantage against him other than his senses. He has no intellectual advantage, no physical advantage, and he can't even claim to be more determined or driven, Fisk is fueled by an equally horrendously powerful will and protectiveness towards what belongs to him, This City. There is nobody and nothing in the world that Matt hates more than Fisk, and there is nobody and nothing in the world that Fisk hates more than Matt. They've taken turns shattering each other to the point that those slugfests are the least of each other's offenses against each other.
Even besides the sheer accumulated history they have against each other, it's in the way they unforgivably violate each other's vision of the world. If the Kingpin was the invincible man of vision who loves the city and must steer it even if smaller people disagree with him, if he was truly so secure and untouchable at the top of the world, he wouldn't be having such a colossal hard time dealing with this one guy and he wouldn't be reduced to a base animal thug every time he shows up, let alone lose and be humiliated. If Wilson Fisk was as correct as he needs to be, if the strength of his love for Vanessa/the city/what belongs to him was as powerful as he wants it to be, Daredevil would never get the upperhand on him.
And if Daredevil is a man who dedicates himself 100% all the time to protecting the city and it's people, if Daredevil commits unlawful deeds to preserve human life and fight for justice, if Daredevil struggles with the innate contradictions and hypocrisies and nature of what he is and does but can nevertheless push past them all to do the right thing for others, every second the Kingpin lives, every second Fisk lives because he lets him, chips away at the assurance that he's doing the right thing, that he isn't just wasting time. If Daredevil's vision of the city was correct, if Daredevil was right about his beliefs and worldview, there wouldn't be a Wilson Fisk out there getting away with the things he does. They hate each other for that same fundamental reason: If the world was ruled by the principles I need it to be, in order for me to be who I am and do what I do, you wouldn't exist, and you wouldn't be in my way again and again.

As a Spider-Man villain, he is one of the greats, a core component of his world, a highly versatile and even necessary figure to have and an excellent villain to dictate proceedings. As a Marvel Universe villain, he is an indispensable facet of any criminal element, the Mt.Fuji that the streets of Marvel rest upon, someone who can be added to any storyline and be grafted into many characters to oppose or assist them, or even create and kill them. As a Daredevil villain, he is undeniable as one of the top supervillains, bordering on main character a lot of the time. An implacable unstoppable force of nature as well as a villain of history and brutality and drama and a character who brings intrigue and tragedy and even complexity, even as it all ultimately comes down to that raw hatred between them, the splinter in each other's eye, an infection in their world that just keeps taking and taking and taking without stopping.
It is an unforgivable offense to Wilson Fisk that there is a man out there so beneath him that he cannot break, cannot bend, cannot stop, and who makes such a mockery of everything he's built himself to be by existing, just as it is unforgivably offensive to Matt Murdock that there is a man out there named Wilson Fisk who thinks he has the right to be who he is, and do what he does. To be a man who not only cannot care about human life in any capacity other than what he thinks belongs to him, but whose continued existence attests to a world that validates him, that doesn't care about those lives either, where there is no accountability and no justice and no salvation that cannot be bought and sold. Fisk isn't just an embodiment of cruel, bottomless indifference, he stands for a world that agrees with him.
It would take too much work to defeat him, he just walks unscathed if you do, and even if you defeat him there will just be someone else to step in temporarily. And so it is with a heavy heart that the people of New York accept that the blood of countless runs through the streets, so long as the big man gets to give them their cookie at the end of the day for their hard work and agreeability. He is too big, too clever, too strong, and too invincible - and that's why Peter needs to stop him, that'd why Matt can never stop trying, that's why they can never let him be, otherwise Marvel New York would just be regular New York.
They'd have to accept a world where Wilson Fisk gets away with everything, and who could live with that?

The appearance of the mergers depends on the people who merge, here are the most common merger appearances.
Super Marvel (Billy + Mary)
A muscular woman, two meters and thirty centimeters tall, in the characteristic Captain Marvel costume, her black hair is braided in a braid that reaches the ground. It is known that Billy and Mary merge into Super Marvel for the sake of jokes on the League, so that everyone feels small and has complexes. It is considered the strongest merger among the others. Even a merger of three people is not able to defeat it.
Speed (Darla + Freddy)
A dark-skinned guy in a blue and purple suit. Blue and purple alternate on his legs and arms. The most interesting part of the suit is his bare feet. The nature of the merger is joyful. The fastest of the mergers. Freddy and Darla merge purely for their own pleasure and to mock the villains, because they can't keep up with Speed. Also very good at flying.
Anvil (Darla + Pedro)
A tall man, slightly sinewy rather than muscular. His skin has dark patterns similar to tiger stripes. His suit is without a cape and is brown (nobody knows why). The fusion power decreases when he runs. A special feature of the suit, besides the color, is that it has pockets. His hair is brown and darkens towards the end, and is smoother at the roots and becomes curly towards the ends. He often gets into trouble (Darla is to blame for everything).
Two-Faced Princess (Darla + Mary)
A woman whose face and body are divided into two parts. Brown and white. Facial expressions depend on Darla and Mary. Darla's part is most often happy and smiling, and Mary is serious. This looks quite strange to others. The suit is the color of a ripe plum. One leg is in the suit, and the other is without it.
Electro (Freddy + Eugene)
An Asian man in a dark gray suit. On his hands and feet are heavy gold gloves and boots. The gloves have sharp claws, through which electricity sometimes passes. Despite the fact that Freddy and Eugene merge, the merger behaves seriously and is more boring. More often, this merger is used to investigate super complex puzzles and crimes, so Batman deals with him more often. He likes to fly calmly and drink black coffee.
Zigzag (Billy + Freddy)
The suit turns purple and Solomon's blessing disappears. Therefore, he acts impulsively and recklessly. Everyone remembers how Zigzag flew into the mouth of an alien monster and literally ate its heart. Easily excitable and often gets scolded by Mary.
Eclipso (Mary + Freddy)
A woman in a red and blue suit and heels. The cloak is white and shorter than the waist. A brilliant tactician with a very changeable character. Sometimes she is serious, sometimes she laughs at a stupid joke about shit. She swears very dirty and is not embarrassed about it. The heels are steel and she uses them as a weapon.
Other fusions are rarely used, for example Storm (Billy + Pedro) was only used once during a battle on an alien planet. There is also a new cult named after Storm. Collapse (Mary + Eugene) blew up a star, so it is not used due to its huge destructive power. Beam (Pedro + Eugene) was also banned due to a huge lightning bolt that left a mark on the far side of the moon and which almost destroyed the satellite.

Hey, I'm Court!
If you’re into emotional devastation and/or smutty smut fics, then you’ve come to the right place!

So if you're into angst or smut (or both, let's be real), check out the list below!

Marvel characters who better get a happy ending or else I will never recover ever:
- Yelena Belova: this girl has never had a good day in her life, even when she’s happy it’s because she isn’t in pain in that exact moment. Honestly she needs peace and family who will stick around her forever.
- Bucky Barnes: he has also never had a good time ever except for when he is with Sam or in Wakanda. He also just needs a quiet life with people who love him please.
- Shuri: literally one of the youngest Avengers ever yet has been through enough for an entire lifetime. After trying to run her country, lead all of their technological advancement, losing her older brother twice and losing both of her parents, this girl deserves the best life that she can have.
- Peter Parker: also one of the youngest Avengers and not being funny but his story genuinely depresses me. What do you mean that this 17 year old genius can’t go to college with his friends or at all because his own school doesn’t know he exists, his entire family is dead and everyone he knows has been made to forget his entire existence.
- Sam Wilson: one of the best avengers ever, not just for his strength and ability but for the fact that he has literally never given up. Even during his time as a state criminal for a group of people who he really did not need to have much investment in, he stuck to it because he knew what he was doing was right; this man fought for Bucky despite only ever having fought him because he knew it was right. He has the strongest conviction of anyone and has also been through way too much.
- Loki: I don’t think that this man has ever truly been allowed to be happy and that needs to change, I hope he has a happy ending with Thor and his friends in the next phase and also gets out of that tree my word.
Thor Odinson: what’s worse than losing every member of his family? Just the fact that he witnessed every single one of their deaths, including the death of his planet and half of its people; to be fair he had a happy (although shit) ending but clearly it is being revised in the new movie.
Wanda Maximoff: I know Elizabeth Olsen isn’t in the Doomsday cast but please.

x men and marvel characters (wolverine, daredevil, gambit, nightcrawler, etc) with transmasc boyfriend.... please i beg of you
anon i see you i see you i'm thanking you for this. i just ran with this i hope its to your liking
MARVEL IMAGINES WITH TRANSMASC BOYFRIEND
content: religion mention (majority positively), medical/social transition implied, dysphoria, transphobia
Wolverine:
For someone almost 200 years old, he has a bit to learn upon meeting you
Obviously Morph is a help with this + definitely had to give him a PowerPoint presentation
His view of masculinity somewhat is skewed but he is very insistent on treating you like a man because you identify as a man and if that means anything to you then it means something to him
Flannels! He absolutely gives you his baggy coats when you make a comment on needing more masculine clothes (not to mention the smell that his clothes leave on you is a big plus, so sue him, okay?)
Workout regiment is always taken care of and you never skip chest and arm day
He calls you "darlin'" once and then immediately goes "aw shit" because it might be too "lady-like" (his words) but he gets over it very quickly
Mutant hate? He understands all too well. Transphobia? Whole new ballgame, but it makes him just as mad. As in, he has no problem almost kabobbing someone who makes a comment about you going into a bathroom when he takes you out to one of his preferred bars
He soon realizes after that that maybe you need better hangouts and though he doesn't think the beer is as good at the other places, it's worth it to him
To him, assholes like that are no less ignorant than those who attack mutants because its all the same so he gets feisty on the defense
Once when the body dysphoria is real bad, like the kind when mirrors are the worst thing in the world and everything feels gross and tight, he listens and holds you very tightly and though he can't understand half of it, he does understand self-hatred and it hurts him something fierce
So he'll go out of his way at that point to make it known that you are one of strongest guys he knows because you're going through change and sticking to yourself and he loves it about you
He offhandedly once mentions using his claws for top surgery in an attempt to be funny and neither of you know how to react in that moment but it actually is kind of funny much later
Nightcrawler:
Much more up to speed than some others
He's not unused to the ideas of the intricacies and ideas of gender from his time in the circus and seeing the different lifestyles at play there
There's some trepidation on some people's parts about how Kurt will react considering his religion and the history, but it very hardly factors in
Very flirtatious after he gets the okay to move forward even if it's new to him
Does everything he would try to do with his previous lovers; he loves flowers that remind him of you
Constantly trying to involve you in things that he enjoys that he would hope you enjoy
Movie nights are a favorite of his and even if they end up being more modern, he's always willing to give it a chance
Kurt of all people knows what it is like to be judged and ridiculed for how you look or how people perceive someone
Body positivity is a huge part for him; complimenting your frame, your body hair, your hands
After all, his own body is not what many would consider normal, but it is still his and he accepts it, so he'll literally be damned if he can't help with that
His whole thing is finding someone new that's nice to say every day (which isn't very hard for him, tbh)
When he hears you accept any of it he gets so excited that his tail wags and he peppers you with kisses that sometimes have little nips from his fangs but they're all gentle
Loves to take you up to the top of the X-Mansion to have semi-romantic getaways and look out at the night sky and think of things far beyond where you both are right now, though he know he is happiest right at your side
Gambit:
Meets you when you first arrive to the mansion and is instantly drawn to you
Ever the gentleman while he's trying to get to know you, almost like chivalry is his default no matter the gender
After you first confess your feelings his favorite card becomes his King of Hearts
You tell him it's cheesy but he is happy that you approve
He leaves it with you the first time he goes on a mission and though he didn't doubt that you would lose it, he is so happy when he sees you kept it you can literally feel his kinetic energy reserves when he kisses you deep
His favorite is on those rare occasions where you get to dress up, whether it's for a party or infiltrating something
He loves trying to find coordinating or inverse outfits accessories if that's the case (nothing huge, but small ways to show that you two are together)
Pet names constantly
He works with his hands often so he uses them constantly to explore your body and he has magic fingers in many ways
You're so perfect to him in every way imaginable
Matt Murdock:
You meet Matt in Josie's a while after moving to the area in a new area to "start fresh"
It's not that he hustles you but you don't expect to lose at pool to him
He's very charming and easy to learn from and it takes a while but eventually you do get together
Walks around the neighborhood as an excuse to get to know things end up being tiny dates
Foggy and Karen exchanging tiny looks over Matt's boyfriend but very happy for him
You're unaware of his double life but do end up having to fuss over his scrapes
Eventually you have to explain to him and it's awkward but he just seems to take you in without seeing you and he smiles a bit and its okay from then on
You think he's just super understanding and forgiving but no he's actually known for a while
He's been very perceptive of changes in you as you transition further; he knows when you just had a T shot from how you body is working just a bit harder because of it, when your voice gets a bit deeper between the times he sees you
He also had to do a background check because you can't be too careful at this point
But though it's insanely new to him since he hasn't been with a man, he does love you with no shame
He knows what you look like vaguely but always asks anyway because he wants you to explain what you see of yourself
Always very seriously and not seriously ready to remind you that he is part of fine law firm should you need to win a case against someone at the slightest complaint
You always feel safe and seen, in a way, with him, and it never really changes

I hope you enjoyed this! If you did, feel free to request more like this or a fic! Requests are open and I have masterpost here and a list of characters and ships I'd write for here. Thanks for reading!
(Also lmk if any of these are interesting enough you'd want to see more of, bc the Matt and Kurt ones I would definitely be open to making a fic so stay tuned if it happens.)

Kastle End Game 2026 bc Karen Page is a sunshine and she seems to me one of the strongest women in Marvel for everything she had to endure and even though I love Matt, he doesn't seem worthy of her love for everything he made her go through in season 2. Also in that season and throughout the entire first season of The Punisher, Frank treats her a thousand times better than Matt and any other character in the series did.

Can we talk about the fact that Deadpool is supposed to be one of the strongest character in the entire Marvel Universe?
Cause yes, for those who may not know, Wade is canonically one of the strongest character in the Marvel Universe. And why is that? Well, it is due to two things : being incredibly good at fighting, and always regenerating.
The first one seems obvious as to why that would make him extremely strong. He knows all about fighting techniques, has military experience and training, has been an accomplished mercenary for years, etc. He knows how fight. Besides, he knows multiple combat techniques and can easily switch between them, making him even more threatening.
And while the second point may seem obvious as to why it's an advantage, it is far more valuable to him than you can expect. The first advantage is obviously that he can't die. And can't be seriously injured. So he's basically unbeatable. Yeah, that's kind of a big advantage.
But it also includes other physical advantages. For example, it grants him a strength that is far superior to other people's strength. It's the same for stamina, balance, flexibility, dexterity, body control, speed, etc. That man knows how to fight, can't die, can't get severely and irreversibly injured, and he's enhanced?
And that's not all, there's more! Because of his regenerating factors, he can't be possessed of mind-controlled. Since his cells are constantly changing by dying and being renewed, his soul and mind are too inconsistent to be controlled. You can still attack him psychically, but it is extremely difficult to read his mind--even for a trained mind-reader--because of how messy and moving it is. Since it's so messy, it often confuses the mind-reader more than it helps them. Getting the right information out of his brain is near-impossible. A version of Charles Xavier even died upon entering his mind, if I'm not mistaken (I can be wrong about that, let me know if so!).
And because he's literally the best, there is still another advantage! Since his brain is so messy and constantly moving, changing, he is quite unpredictable. His opponents have an extremely hard time figuring him out, not helping by the fact that he acts dumber than he actually is. Trying to fight someone who is this good at fighting and always finds the move you didn't expect to come is quite difficult. And because he isn't just unpredictable to others but also to himself, there's no way of knowing for sure what he'll do next. If an enemy think they have figured out how he fights and what will be his strategy, he's gonna completely change it on a whim, and he himself won't see it coming!
So yeah, definitely one of the most skilled character in the entire Marvel Universe, and seeing him in an Avengers movie would be so fun.
(Also, this is very specific to Deadpool and Wolverine, but can we talk about how Cassandra Nova could somehow easily enter his brain, find the right memory and change it? So, either she is way better than what we thought, or Wade was doing particularly bad during this movie, maybe due to him just being out a slump/still feeling depressed and so his mind his less sharp than usual. What do you think?)
