I feel like tfp or any version of megatron deserves a moody and violent teenage human daughter that simultaneously annoys and terrifies him in a silly way. Jaime from 'Batman: The Brave and The Bold' should get adopted. Like obviously not legally because he already has parents, but like a Stephanie situation where he's basically B's kid coz he hangs around all the time.

Billy Batson should get actually adopted though. His siblings too, obvi.

And like Wally and Donna are basically his kids too because of Dick.

I bet he refers to Donna and Dick as his twins.

Actually all his "friends" kids are his kids now too. That means Lizzie, Jon, Kon, Roy, Mia, Connor.

(Ollie and B are so an item in the brave & the bold actually, I could write a whole thesis on their sexual tension)

Anyone who dates B's legal kids are automatically also his kids now. Congratulations Bernard you're adopted, at least Bruce isn't homophobic.

Just someone asks Bruce about how many kids he has exactly and he starts counting on his fingers, then out loud he says "wait- is that one legally my child??"

Or someone sees a photo on his desk at the office and goes "wow are those your kids?"

And B's like, "yeah all my mine. They make me so proud everyday". And only one of those kids is actually his.

Or Bruce has one of those fold out photo things in his wallet and he's showing everyone his 'daughters'. And it's Donna, Babs, Kori, Helena, Cass, Cassie, Stephanie, Kara and Lizzie. Even Raven maybe because she dated Damian at one point.

"oh wow, so many! I thought you only had just the two girls?"

"no no, these are all my lovely girls. They're so smart and I'm so proud of my babies".

"isn't that one Commisioner Gordon's girl?"

"uh. Yeah I guess.. but she's basically my daughter".

Or it's a Wayne Gala and he's brought along some of his honourary kids and one of the other rich people is like "oh who's this? I didn't recall you picking up another stray."

And Jaime's just thinking "what? Did I just get adopted? I already have parents?" But it's honestly his own fault for hanging around so often and accepting the invite to the gala. It's not like Bman went out looking for more kids they just showed up on they're own and now they're his.

I mean B is the one looking after them and teaching them and making sure most of them don't die so. And Alfred feeds them all. They sleep over at the Manor more often than not. So they are his kids now right?

Anyways, Bruce loves all his kids. Even if they drive him absolutely insane. He's got grey hairs because there's so many of them now lol.

Here's the thing: before being introduced to the Batfam and Bruce's adoptions problem, for me the Ultimate Children Adopter was Molly Weasley.

Never leave an unattended child in her area, otherwise they'll be adopted and receive a knitted sweater for Christmas.

Despite her lacks (like trusting Dumbledore's opinion too much and allowing Harry to get back to the Dursley every summer, favoring Ginny over her other children, etc.), her motherhenning is top tier and her hospitality is the best...

And may the Ancient have mercy on the soul of anyone who threatens her children, because she won't. (I still cackle like a mad creachure every time I remember that the only swear-bomb of the series was dropped by her while fighting Bellatrix! (⁠≧⁠▽⁠≦⁠))

Onto the headcanons!!

Foxy with an Overwhelmed Kid! (You being the kid)

He’s scared

He obviously doesn’t know what to do at first, and his coding is telling him to usher you out of the cove.

But you hug him and say something like “it’s too bright out there”, and it’s like you activated human emotions in him

He sits down to the best of his ability, asking you if he can hug you

If you say yes, he’ll hug you close and help you calm down, checking with his broken x-ray vision to see if the show’s over or not.

If you say no, he’ll let you sit in a corner with a “blanket” (his hat. it’s very big it’s almost like a blanket. he’s hoping you like the texture), and check with his x-ray or by peeking through the curtains at the state of the show

If you feel like you’re ready to face the crowd, he’ll make sure that’s absolutely true before letting you out. He will not let you out if he thinks you’re not ready.

If you end up staying too long and worrying your parents, he’ll make sure it’s safe and that they’re safe before letting you out.

If your parents are gonna be mean and rude about you disappearing, congrats, Foxy just adopted you. He has no idea how he’s gonna “raise” you, but he’ll try his damn best.

If they’re nice, you get a free coupon to visit Foxy whenever you want, even if he’s broken! You’re the only kid he’ll let inside the cove, unless you say any other kid is your friend, then they can come with!

I think one of the things I love most about the owl house fandom is that you can put any last name from any of the adults behind Hunter in the tags, and something will pop up.

And I think it’s wonderful that we all just decided that this kid is getting good parents whether Belos wants it or not.

Healing Minds Au

So hear me out: What if Megatron never was able to gain control of Bumblebee’s mind in “Sick Mind.”

What if instead his mind was pushed aside and unable to dominate Bumblebee within his own domain. And what if Starscream had somehow in an almost illogical possibility found a way to somehow convinced Soundwave to bury Megatrons body somewhere on earth, leaving the former warlord trapped within the aubobot scout's mind.

I present to you an Au I call “Healing Minds” 

At first no one really knows what is happening with Bee, not even himself, but whatever is happening is freaking Optimus out and making him suspicious (and veery concerned) for his scout. WhenBee starts acting different it's only small things really: Like such as seeming to have small talks with himself and answering questions that were never even asked. But slowly as a few weeks go by Optimus notices that Bee’s fighting style was changing, almost as if somebot is telling whats coming next and how to avoid it. To where Bee is able to take down Optimus in a training session which shocks everyone.

Optimus hit the ground harshly, laying there for a moment. Slowly he pressed his servos onto the stone ground of the wreck room. He pushed himself up and looked up to find none other than his scout who had just knocked the prime to the floor. Bumblebee looked just as surprised as Optimus felt.

In the corner of his optic he could see Arcee and Bulkhead-who were both just sparing as well- staring at them as. Bumblebee’s wings flicked anxiously as he watched the prime’s face. 

“I am impressed Bumblebee” Optimus finally said, easing the scout's nerves. A single question was on the larger bots mind as he stood up. 

Why did Bumblebee’s sudden new fighting style feel so familiar...

Bee on the other servo is kinda chill about this, well at first when he found out he did have a few panic attacks here and there (He completely flipped out) but here pretty calm now.

Megatron and Bee were able to come to an agreement: Bee would help him get back to his body and Megatron would agree to a peace treaty under the conditioned Bee did not tell the other about Megatron being in his head.

So this whole Au is Bumblebee trying to help Megatron revive himself and try to keep it away from his suspicious Bossbot. 

Sometime later Soundwave finds out his Lord's predicament and is suddenly all about keeping the Autobot scout safe... and then both Decepticons get attached to Bee... which makes things even more complicated.

There were four children living in a basement, under the supervision of what we assumed was their grandmother. Beyond the walls, there lived a secret society of witches.

The witches were planning a heist to steal three of the children, leaving the eldest child. Eda was to sneak down the stairs and drink the invisibility potion from the black sippy cup, so she could then move unnoticed through the basement. She was warned that it would make her teeth hurt, but it was a price she was willing to pay.

She asked if she had to mimic the way the grandmother walked down the stairs, but the other witches said not to worry about it. The stairs were insanely creaky and very long, and everyone had woken up by the time she was almost to the ground. The other witches went to work leading the children away, and the grandmother woke up to see what all the fuss was about.

Eda led her away and tried to drink the invisibility potion, but she wasn’t sure how much she needed. The grandmother was getting angrier, and she was chasing Eda around the basement.

The other witches were inside the tiny portal and frantically gesturing at Eda, but she went into the short dark corridor nearby. The grandma thought she had the burglar cornered, but Eda just hit her head with a massive metal tray. We went down like a sack of potatoes.

Before leaving, she took the two dogs, Ferdinand and Clover. They followed her happily into the witching world, leaving the eldest child all alone. He swore vengeance.

Eda led the three children and two dogs to her home. They were confused and didn’t know what was going on. Eda explained that they were witches now, and would take classes here; she was their new guardian now. She helped them set up cots one the ground.

Years passed. Meanwhile, the eldest child was searching for a way to save his sisters. He managed to break through the portal, and the other witches went to go deal with him. One of the children watched from afar, and asked if he was Hunter because their voices were identical. Eda said no.

The children were learning quickly. They had multiple teachers, and made friends with other students who were under the card of different teachers. Their favourite teacher was Glory from Wings of Fire

Today they were going to learn how to set up a tiny farm, in small boxes lined up inside a rust-orange tent. One child pulled out thick wires and started setting up a sort of fence, and her sister asked where she got them. She shrugged.

There were a lot of large bugs in the soil, like earwigs and beetles. They stopped sitting in it.

They finished the fences and properly tilled the soil. Eda was proud of them.

"Oh no [human] was captured by the Decepticons! Whatever shall we do!!1!1" fics are always interesting because there's the option to just. Have this human around base and they just kinda get adopted and learn about various aspects of Cybertronian life. Extra points if the person was straight up grabbed for no particular reason except subconscious reflex skills. Oh yeah oh or you can turn the entire fic into a horror novel but I want to do the first one I wanna study day to day Decepticon life from an outsider's POV when they aren't on the battlefield or trying to intimidate prisoners ect ect.

Oh yeah, I haven’t shared here the tiny tortie cat girl that Narinder had Aym and Baal take from some old turtle man in a dream I had a little while ago, and making Lamb be babysitter. I’ve named her Bella. No idea if she actually had a family but shes got a new one now I guess.
