So~ I have a idea for switch au what if David and Paul places in the final battle of the movie and Paul survives fight with Michael and then he goes to gather the pieces of Dwayne and the skeleton of David and heads back to the cave where Marko’s body is sitting laying on the ground of their sleep corner.

And he goes insane over the lost of the boys and thinks they still alive and wears Dwayne’s necklace, David’s gloves and Marko’s earring as a tribute to them and talks to them and gets a new bottle to put more blood into and feed them daily!
