I'm 15 and I'm tryna lose weight, I don't rlly mind how my body looks atm but I kind of have health anxiety and I think my parents think I'm fat (they're low-key health freaks.)
I think I've had either binge ed or food addiction for a looong time and didn't realise bc I never thought about how much I was actually eating. in February (like the 20th I think) I binged (like proper binged) and I scared myself so much. since then my mental health has kind of gone down the shit hole 🥰
I also have misophonia which is SO fun

just had some spinach and cucumber for breakfast and I low-key love cucumber but that might have put me off (too much cucumber 😭) I feel sick now -_- might have a slice of bread and margarine and then not eat anything until at least 3pm (it's 11.55 am now) Ik I'm really bad at this but I'm STILL AT 64.3kg I swear this game is rigged
(I literally got down to 63.5 and gained it back and girl is NOT GOING DOWN)
at least it's not going up ig.
also I just ordered a pair of Bershka size 14 jeans off Vinted and if they don't fit I'll be raging. but if they're too small they can be my goal :)
all my other jeans are too big (apart from one pair that always starts off the day too big but I have to unbutton it by dinner time.
