I think the biggest telltale sign that I was gay as a kid was that I tried to desperately prove to myself that I was straight and by doing so, became incredibly jealous of those celebrating pride month-

My father's friend told me he was thinking about the fact that I'm a lesbian and gave me a wedding ring today so now I can ward off guys without outing myself. That is such an interesting play.

So, I made an attempt at an asen-spec lesbian flag. This flag any asen-spec lesbian can use and is fully inclusive of a-spec, nonbinary/trans, and mspec lesbians.

Asen-spec definition:

Asensual spectrum, meaning one feels little to no sensual attraction or only feels sensual attraction under certain conditions. Examples would be demisensual, greysensual, and asensual.

All the stores in my area skipped pride month and went straight to the Fourth of July, this is very homophobic. Like seriously, what happened to rainbow capitalism? Why can't I get my pride flags now? /lh

It took me so long but I'm finally comfortable with being aroallo. I used to not be. I used to have so much guilt and shame over this. In fear of my attraction to women not being valid. But I'm finally ready to embrace myself for who I am 💚💛♀️♀️

I feel like I don't see this enough but can we talk about how you don't have to be totally repulsed, disgusted, or anxious around someone in order to not be attracted to them?

I don't feel that way around men or around anyone romantically, but I know I'm not attracted to them because there just isn't the feeling that would usually be there.

It was more of acting out a script and doing it just because I could tolerate it rather than actually wanting it (despite ending up dissatisfied after/during and not being able to explain why)
