This is a deep healing. I trust intuition and divine wisdom. Chakra is open and doing inner reflection. Those situations almost killed me! I pull the swords out. This is a rebirth. Welcoming back my old self and how I was when I was in love. When I seemed more in love with life. A bit naive but divine. I am a lioness, protecting my emotions. I’ve had nothing and I loved it. Was I even happy? The answer is yes! Thought is the reason. Don’t let the people who don’t like you, be the reason you can’t have balance. Excuse me but woah is me. I show accountability for my problems. I free myself of this sword of truth. I am an empress, not by chance, but by birth right.

Curtain over conflict,

When you are triggered.  Instead of lashing out, remove yourself from the situation.  You may feel humiliated, try naming your thoughts.

You may feel unloved, show self compassion.  When you are feeling powerless, take a deep breathe.  When you feel numb, use grounding techniques.  If you are feeling judged; do not deflect, try going for a walk. 

When you feel gaslit, hit a punching bag.  If you feel left out, self care.  when you feel betrayed, connect with nature.  If you feel loss of control, try journaling.

Rest.

Drink water.

Exercise.

Meditate.

Don’t focus on the problem

Make peace where you are and

Don’t get caught up in worldly things.

The little things

Treasure the now/ Where you direct your energy, who you give your time told how you talk to yourself. Live your values, follow thru. Be aware/ and grateful. Have passion and joy. Focus on things that are in your control. Focus on things in your control. Have curiosity, and compassion for yourself and others.

Prioritizing myself. When you prioritize yourself your true relationships deepen. You find belonging instead of fitting in. I am aligned. I build healthy boundaries. I experience Joy. I am able to let go. I shine a little differently 😏 and move closer to my goals. I forgive and attract the right things.
