the peppermint tea both isn't a harsh taste at all, and peppermint is commonly associated with being a hunger suppressor! whenever you feel hungry just take a sip, and it may help a little!

have a pretty high calorie limit
rarely panic over binges unless they're over like 1700 kcal
can still sleep okay
purge really erratically (like thrice in a day then not for another week)
