Well. I had a good day.
Work was involved and fascinating.
I had 2 meals that including dandelion flowers. Bahahahahaa.
I am finally able to fit a workout top, cute as heck. It has a built in bra. I tried so hard for cute outfits when I was bigger but they rarely worked well.
80 min elliptical workout while watching some Castle.
I had some tea in place of a dessert. It was a collagen tea, I think. Honey chamomile.
I am just finishing an episode while winding down.
It was a good day.


This was a much better day. Cravings were low. Food was good, delicious and healthy as fuck.

10 Easy Ways to Lose Weight Naturally
1) Every day after waking up in the morning, eat one tomato on an empty stomach.

Morning Cardio Routine (30min x 2)
Warm-up (5 minutes):
Jog in place for 2 minutes to raise your heart rate.
Perform high knees for 1 minute, lifting your knees as high as possible while keeping a brisk pace.
Do jumping jacks for 2 minutes, extending your arms overhead while jumping your legs out to the sides.
Cardio Circuit (20 minutes):
Perform each exercise for 1 minute, moving from one exercise to the next without rest. Complete the circuit three times.
Jumping jacks: Jump your legs out to the sides while extending your arms overhead.
Mountain climbers: Get into a push-up position and alternate bringing your knees towards your chest, as if running horizontally.
Burpees: Start from a standing position, squat down, kick your legs back into a push-up position, perform a push-up, jump your legs forward, and explode into a jump with your arms reaching overhead.
High knees: Run in place while lifting your knees up towards your chest.
Skaters: Jump sideways from side to side, landing on one leg while sweeping the other leg behind you.
Jumping lunges: Start in a lunge position and explosively jump, switching legs in mid-air and landing in a lunge on the other side.
