I know it in my soul that whenever Damian has to play violin for school and needs an accompanist, he fucking drags Dick out of Blüdhaven and back to Gotham to play piano. Dick has not practiced piano since Aunt Harriet stopped bugging him to attend his lessons when he left the manor, and he doesn’t even like playing piano. But for Damian? Sigh F i n e, he’ll play the accompaniment.

He’ll drag out his dusty practice books to refresh himself on proper hand posture and what the fuck an F looks like on the staff. Yes, yes, he’ll look up whatever squiggly abomination is on his sheet music that music experts claim is “modern notation”.

Bruce, who knows how to play piano, or can otherwise contact professional piano accompanists, is like “son, please. leave your brother alone. he hasn’t even played in years.” And Damian’s like “NO. I will settle for nothing less than Grayson.”

“Son, that’s such a low bar.”

But Damian will have his way. He will perform with his brother, goddamnit.

LOOK AT HIMMMMMMM. The martial arts, the constructs, the ring, his feet designed to look like geta! The fact that the gems glow green! He had literally like 1 minute of screen time yet it was some of my favorite stuff in the show (granted this whole episode is easily number 1 best so far)!

Couldn't help but notice as well that he's not wearing a GL flight suit but he is wearing a green robe (which does not appear to be a construct like flight suits usually are but it's still neat).

I also really like the Thanagarian too. The Egyptian-inspired design is a neat detail.

The fact that both those warriors died in anguish, fighting for the people they loved is so harrowing. And that their minds would remain, eternally locked into that state for training purposes? Like okay, damn, show. I wasn't really familiar with your game.

Oh also the parademon too. Rip I guess

I adore Dick and Babs but imagine working with these two. The two smartest people in the room and they won't let you forget it. The two most shameless flirts who aren't afraid to clog your coms with fluff. The two with the longest history of working together, who are telepathically-linked and will not fill you in on what's going on. The two biggest workaholics who can be (almost) as hard on you as they are on themselves. The two who invented "we're not dating" behaviour that will make couples question if they are "dating". I'd be a bit scared to ask for their help tbh.

Also, just wanted to post these Young Justice cartoon screencaps because they're the only reason I watched season 3.
