I work in a school and just found out at least half of my colleagues don't know the teaching basics (How to set up a lesson, how to make and ask questions etc.) And that's not even thinking about slower of faster learners etc.!!

And yhea, they're all using Chatgpt for what lessons they do have!

kill the imposter syndrome in your head because not only is there someone out there doing it worse than you, they’re also using chat gpt to do it
