Just IMAGINE them in a dark place with a knife in hand and eyes basically zeroing on the self-named "best friend" of yours.

It didn't take much for the sharp tip of the knife rapidly sink in the neck, dragging down the pain up to the chest.

Unable to scream, the poor victim could only release a small hoarse yell before clumping down into the dirty ground.

Blood already splattered everywhere and he reveled in the smell of it, almost being an addict to the sense.

He kneeled down, his eyes staring blankly at the dying body. He was about to stop and dispose but how could he just forget all those—namely jokes for fun—flirts with you? His possesion? His, oh so, beautiful darling?

If only the lights we're a bit more brighter, the dying man could see the look of pure insanity in his face.

In goes the knife once more. Aiming his stomach and going back in forth, laughing maniacally and turning into short giggles of pure delight.

"HahahaA.. HAHAHAaHHAHAHAHAHA!!"

The slick and wet sound of the blood pouring out was like melody to his ears (other than your sweet voice).

He threw the bloodied knife away and began clawing away the organs of the body. Pulling each one harshly and watched how soft and easy they were to crush. Even having a thought of sinking his teeth into them to see if his darling would like it.

Shakily standing up, he felt like he was lightheaded. He slowly pushed his heel into the ribcage and forcefully pushed it down. Relishing in the sound of the bone breaking under his feet.

He kicked the emptied out body up to a nearby wall. Watching how the trail of blood didn't stop following it.

He was about to pick up the knife before his head alerted him despite the cloud-nine cotton inside.

It was you.

You didnt even think, you ran.

The lights from the streetpost flickered and shutted down. It was exactly midnight, the time when they turn it off.

You didnt look back, you didnt think, you didn't yell, you just ran.

You ran somewhere, anywhere.

A silent fly of a silver object flew past you, landing on the concrete only a few steps away from where you are now.

"You don't understand! I was doing it for you!" His voice called out a few feet away from you, worried and concerned as if he wasn't brutally murdering someone. He was running in the same pace as you, albeit a bit faster.

"Fuck you!" You yelled back, hoarse and almost broken. Only a bit more and then–

You fell down and your chin hit the sidewalk. If it wasn't for that damned knife tripping you over, you'd be at the police station.

You looked up and tried to stand up before your vision was blocked. The familiar pair of shoes and the smell of iron from the crimson blood on his trousers became visible.

"Oh darling.."
