hello, system community!
i’m trying to find information/hear personal experiences of systemhood from others, if any of you would be so kind as to help me!
particularly, i would like to hear from those who identify as endogenic or otherwise non-trauma formed systems. of course, i would love to hear from trauma-formed systems as well! it’s just that i am one, and so that’s the community i have been most involved with & heard from already.
feel free to DM me anonymously if you don’t want to share publicly. i won’t post anything. my aim is to hear from others so that i can form my own opinions, figure out the right direction to go for independent research, and to simply understand others more.
thank you very much in advance, and i hope you all are having a wonderful day 💙
(please be mindful & respectful with what is said if you reply publicly. i am looking for open discussion, not arguments or hate.)

why does it seem, in syscourse, that experiences are only seen as valid if they have a research paper backing up the experience?
you know, I've been trying all night to come up with something for this. but the thing is... I think it's just circular reasoning. the only valid experience is one backed by research -> only experiences that would be backed by research are worth researching, therefore experiences that don't fall into clinical grounds aren't even looked into
a lot of it comes from cringe culture too. if your experiences fall outside of a certain threshold of tolerance, they're automatically fake, EVEN IF they're backed by research. also, cherrypicking research, like "reddit isn't a valid source" referring to the tulpa study that started on the tulpa subreddit, when in reality social medias are just platforms anyone can post on, researchers included. this putting doctors on a pedestal that is higher up that regular humans and a valid actual doctor wouldn't post on reddit of all things, would they?
it really has little to do with something actually being researched, and everything to do with cringe culture and a pissing contest.

What's everyone in the crew's favorite food? Does your taste in food differ or is it all the same?
Food is one of the biggest things we differ on. Highest value is the biggest, food is immediately below that. Aery is a heat seeker, and has a much higher tolerance for spicy food than the rest of us. Unfortunately that tolerance doesn't extend to making us not have acid reflux.
We used to drink a lot of Dr. Pepper, but Varyn thinks it tastes like rotten fruit and he's up front a lot so we stopped.
Varyn could probably live on fruits and nuts and water. Some of us are more the three square hot meals a day type. Most of us aren't big meat eaters, but others of us crave it. We Willows love salads and often crave them, though we overdo it on the dressing according to several others of us. Jas loves Coca-Cola, but it makes us Willows feel like our teeth are on edge. Cherry Coke is okay though. Doc loves milk in his tea. We Willows prefer Southern style sweet tea - very strong black tea with a metric ton of sugar. Doc thinks that's a waste of perfectly good tea. We Willows love horchata. Aery thinks that's a waste of perfectly good rice milk. Most of us have a sweet tooth. Aery thinks really dark chocolate is superior to milk chocolate. We Willows aren't a big fan of chocolate in general, though Sunni likes it from time to time. We Willows have a lot of food related trauma and so are moderately picky eaters and very averse to trying new things. Most of the rest of us are willing to try at least a bite of anything new.
Willows favorite: Lasagna, cherry vanilla Dr. Pepper
Varyn: Strawberries, milk
Jas: Kraft Mac N cheese - it's a nostalgia thing, Coca-Cola
Doc: Raspberry shortbread cookies, earl grey tea
Aery: spicy beef tostadas, milk
Morrie: Baked fish, watermelon flavored water
Ameris: Hasn't met a food she didn't like, except Brussel sprouts. Water is fine. Probably would drink more alcohol if it weren't something that interacts badly with our medication.
Daj: An innerworld root vegetable dish with salt and cream. Chocolate milk.
Ameda: Chicken in any form so long as it's not greasy. Mtn Dew or any other caffeinated drink - gotta have energy to run this well!

Not you saying "endos dni" and then using the word fictive which has been traced back to being coined by endos
Not endos literally stealin every fuckin OSDD/DID term under the sun
Not you hidin behind anon like a pussy
Not you crossin DNI just to hate on one rando on the internet
Not you wastin ur time sayin that instead of gettin a life
I could go on? xoxo
Endos make a mockery of actual traumatised people. Either yall have gaslighted urself into this shit or have repressed trauma. Either way, endos ain’t valid and never will be. Endo rhetoric is harmful misinformation. Come to me when endos stop invadin actual system spaces, okay? x

Hi I have a question, would it be valid to be willogenic as a way to cope with trauma? At first it was my way to cope with my past trauma, loneliness, and stressful things I face. Never was trying to be a system (kinda), uhh I forgotten what else I was gonna say.. but I think If not Vaild I'll complete stop and find a better coping mechanism. But I want to hear from people who have DID/OSDD , since it's a trauma focused disorder. Also maybe there are smiler stuff to this? I'M NOT TRYING TO WASTE YOUR TIME I JUST WANT TO NOW IF WHAT I'M DOING IS OKAY OR NOT 😭
So fun fact actually, when we were young we noticed our symptoms, we assumed we had "personas" for specific things, so sometimes we would make new ones that we would pretend to be when we needed to be, and a lot of those personas became alters, not all of them but a noticeable amount
This is actually a lot closer to having introjects of an OC than actually creating an alter and a system, because while I may have made "Chad to deal with bullies" our brain saw an already prepared person to take care of the stressor and need, and because the situations were causing stress they were causing splits, those splits had an identity premade for them to latch onto, we were never making the alters themselves though
Willogenic isn't a real thing, it's not something you can actually be, but because of how it's described I have seen a lot of systems who went through what we did assume they were willogenic
In general if you just want to "make" alters and say you're a system to cope with traumas, go for it I can't stop you and if it helps it helps, but that's just imaginary friends and it more likely to cause you worse dissociation and identity confusion if you're not careful
I would heavily advise looking into DID with a professional though, because what you're saying is something I've heard a lot of ppl say they felt (some of my own sys included) the way you're describing before discovering they are a system.
I would also look into BPD and disorders that can cause minor or start with minor psychosis as well, they're things that can cause symptoms similar to DID
You're not doing anything wrong, you're coping in a way that works for you and I'm glad you found something that works for now, but I again advise trying to look into things with a professional (and maybe on your own as well) because if you don't have DID, coping like that long term can cause more harm than good, and working with a professional and looking into disorders that cause your symptoms can help you find better ways to cope as well

What's one thing y'all are lowkey tired of hearing about in conversations in cdd communities? Personally for me it's introjects. I'm just sooo tired of the same "introjects aren't their source and also autism causes introjects" conversation.
This post is NOT for endos to answer thank you 💕

Okay I'm going to rephrase a question, I have for endogenic systems.
So, I think I have a CDD because I have the symptoms of said CDD that I have experienced throughout my life and have disordered my life.
So the question after hearing some endogenic experiences from my other blogs is; how do you determine you are a system/plural?
As from what I've heard from the endos that have interacted with this account is that they commonly do not experience dissociation nor memory gaps, ie are non disordered.
What are your lived experiences that differ from CDD symptoms?
And, can any endogenic ppl share experiences that helped them understand themselves as a system/plural and not a singlet/non-system?
Not trying to start a debate here just trying to understand.

"Do you support radendos?"
"Radendos" don't exist as a group. "Radendo" means absolutely nothing.

Why are most Endogenics misinformed about DID and OSDD?
This is a question to Anti-Endos , but Pro can also answear
We now often saw and realized that Endogenics belive DID and OSDD Alters are their own invidiuals and don't let themselfes get convinced otherwhise
We thought that there aren't many of those Endogenics , but it seems to be more than i thought. It can be really bad for people with DID and OSDD because this belief can simply worsen barriers , we shouln't need to show proof to prove this belief is bad.
You can ask any Psychatrist , the belief that Alters are their own invidiual worsens barriers , this is why for recovery the knowlege that they are parts of a whole is needed.

[ Right. Most of this is frankly stupid, and I hate it. So I'm going to correct it. I’ll be talking in rows. So: "Used to cosplay", "Dream/Wilbur/Tubbo/ etc etc", etc. ]
[ I'm not saying that people doing this are automatically not faking. I’m just saying there is no logic behind these statements the second you try to pick them apart. ]
Tumblr media Tumblr media
[ Cosplaying could have been the result of an alter wanting to look more like themselves, a hyperfixation or special interest, etc. ]
[ A popular media during the Coronavirus-19, a traumatic time for many. Often when someone fixates on a media during a stressful or traumatic time, they can introject from said media. ]
[ Zero relation to the topic. ]
[ A very common and well known thing to happen. Not an indicator of faking. ]
[ A fake accent is usually an indicator of faking, yes. A lot of the time the faking isn’t actually fake, though. Also, alters may fake an accent to feel more like themselves if they are struggling with identity. ]
[ Rapid switching exists. Catching it on camera could be coincidental. ]
[ Diagnoses can hinder employment and other opportunities. Some may not be able to. Some may have a fear of the medical system [no pun intended]. ]
[ Very possible. ]
[ Functional multiplicity exists. ]
[ No relation. ]
[ No relation. ]
[ May not be able to access care or a space to get diagnosed. ]
[ The only logical square here. ]
[ Misinformation, suppressed trauma, etc. ]
[ No relation. ]
[ May be the only safe place to express system-hood. ]
[ Polyfragmented systems. Systems with a low split tolerance. Random splitting is possible. ]
[ Children can know their sexual orientation. Any other view is homophobic. ]
[ That isn’t what OSDD-1b always is, but it can happen. ]
[ Possible, yes. Also, that isn’t the meaning of polyfragmented. Educate yourself. ]
[ Possible. A fictive with a typing quirk in source, for example. ]
[ Hyperfixations on Japanese media. ]
[ Very possible. ]
[ Is this bingo queer phobic? ]
[ The disorder that develops in childhood: ]
[ Feel free to reblog asking for further detail or adding your own. Read our DNI first, though. ]

Oh sorry, I was reading an article on how black and brown felons were scored more harshly on their predicted re-offense rate compared to their white counterparts with similar crimes by an AI tool, thus them receiving harsher sentences by human judges upon seeing the scores. What were we talking about again?
