Traintober Day 2: Bridge

No art... just personal universe lore.

This up here is a photo of a VR K-Class Consolidation engine up on the Cudgewa Line in Victoria's High Country.

The line had steep 1-30 grades and was frequently haunted by the amiable, light-footed and reliable K classes that this became known as "K-Class Country".

Among the locos of the VR, the K-class generally became known as the "Cudgewa Mob", "Cudgewa Boys/Girls" or simply "Cudgies", regardless if any one particular K-class loco went to Cudgewa.

The Cudgewa Line served to transport goods and materials for the creation of Hume Dam and then the Snowy River Hydroelctrification Scheme. It stopped carrying passengers in the 60s and then goods during the 80s.

The Cudgewa Line now is the High Country Rail Trail.

Just saying this as a fun little fact about me n my preferences NOT a critique on anything don’t take it personally:

The thing that turns me away from mcyt fanfics most often is unfortunately something extremely common which is all the SMPs being connected and every version of a CC’s character across different SMPs being the same person. It won’t make me leave a fic if it’s only mentioned a bit, but if it’s a big focus then I have to be really interested in the plot in order to stick around lol… it just doesn’t appeal to me. I like to think that their lives are just within whatever SMP, makes things hit harder imo.

That being said I do like a little bit of AUs relating to this concept hehe. Like ranchers empires AUs are fun. And of course the whole empires x hc crossover making them reference double life quite heavily kind of implies that what I like isn’t the canon at least for those guys. But you know. I think for some people they separate their series more and that’s what I like.

Like instead of someone dying in the life series and going back to whatever server you headcanon their “home server” to be, why don’t those two versions of that character meet? THAT’S what would interest me. To me they are different people. I also just find them going back to a server after dying rlly anticlimactic but again not a critique I know ppl make it work but I just prefer they don’t go “back” to any other server.

you were probably unaware that sim racing was even a thing until you started dating max

like you’ve seen the funny little twitch clips of people playing driving simulators and being absolute menaces on the road, but you never knew actual virtual racing was a thing

anyways, whether or not you consider yourself a gamer in this scenario, you’ve always been pretty down to play videogames with max.

he absolutely annihilates you in FIFA, and no matter how much he tries to help you, you’re a lost cause

in return, you embarrass him in COD; he should’ve looked at your kd-ratio before he tried to play with you

but, sim racing 🧐

i mean, like, you never even fully considered that you could sim race at all, like not for leisure at least

max takes that shit seriously, he’s a part-time f1 driver full time simracing twitch streamer 😤

you are always around watching him practice on the sim, playing the f1 games, and even tuning in for his iracing competitions

at first, whenever max would stream you would probably be doing other things with your time

your hair, cleaning, self-care, cooking, etc.

eventually, you started migrating to sitting on the couch off-camera and watching him drive irl instead of having the stream on in the background

you were originally like, “oh it’s just because i wanna drool over his massive veiny hands” 🤤

but now it’s like “oh i wonder what each button he presses with his nicely proportioned fingers on the steering wheel does?”

and slowly it transforms from “wow my boyfriend is so cool” to “wait…this sim-racing thing is kinda cool”😵‍💫

now imagine you being like “lol wait a minute now” and being like i'm only interested in because my boyfriend loves it 🤥

in order to disprove this theory you start to ask max questions about virtual racing

not that you wouldn’t before, but they were fairly surface level; now you’re asking him about tactics, strategies, and track conditions etc.

and max is fucking thrilled 🫨🫨🫨 !!!

he eagerly answers all your questions (maxplaning 🥱), going way more into depth than you were expecting, but what did you think was going to happen

max is always happy to ramble about any small facet of virtual racing (doesn’t matter if it’s the sim, or iracing, or f1 2023) but

it makes him really pleased that you’re showing a genuine interest in it because most people don’t

you support him in anything he wants to do wholeheartedly, and listening and answering your well thought out questions has him falling head over heels for you again

so, he thinks nothing of it other than you being the best girlfriend he’s ever had and trying to learn more about what he loves

his previous girlfriends didn’t really care to understand how important vr racing was to him

they all just saw it as him playing a “game” and him wasting time when they could’ve been on dates or smth

anyways

everything is going fine and dandier, max continues to answer all of your vr racing questions, and you continue to watch him pilot the sim

until, he catches you watching a beginner’s guide on f1 2023 and get’s so jealous 😒

bro is all like “wtf, you’re watching some lame ass unranked gamer when i’m your professional driver boyfriend who does this for a living?? hell nah if you want to start playing i’ll teach you”

you’re just like, “nahhhh….i don’t want to waste your time trying to teach me, it’s not worth it. i’m not even a good driver irl, so—“

max shuts that down expeditiously

if his girlfriend wants to start vr racing, he only has one option

make you the best virtual racer there ever was (excluding him)

you’re wide-eyed like, “i just wanna go vroom vroom in circles for fun 😭”

max deathly serious, “that was never an option”

he enlists you in his virtual-racing training camp

if you are aware of the disney rapid training montage where the mc sings one song and suddenly they’re the best fighter ever, that’s how i imagined it

mulan, for example, i’ll make a man out of you

max reveals his inner george russell, he becomes a power point king

instead of date nights being cute pottery classes—they turn into him teaching you the parts of the car, the buttons on the wheel, f1 2023 settings breakdowns, reviewing iracing competitions etc.

eventually max finally allows you to play on the sim after he thinks you’ve got the theory down pretty good

you suck at first 🤗

but then you start clocking in some hours

after work, during your “lunch break”, using the sim while max is gone and playing during all the practice and media sessions

whenever max is gone, and you have any questions or ask for feedback on how to get better, you text him all about it, of course not expecting an immediate response back

max has told you before that he likes getting out of the car after a practice session and checking his phone to see all the missed messages from you with some wishing him luck and the others asking for his thoughts on your strategies

one day, he’s going for lunch with some of the other drivers and they start to make fun of him for how he’s stuck in his phone, heart-eyes and all as he rapidly texts you

they probably think that you’re sending him cute texts or photos like that one time they caught him looking at photos of you and learned he had a locked photo album of you on his phone ☠️

max remains unbothered under their teasing thinking, “they don’t know my gf can out pace them by .200 in f1 2023”

max even personally bothers christian into getting him another sim for you

christian is so tired of you two, max won’t leave him ALONE

i think max would text his team principal screenshots of your lap times and make jokes about it

“if checo keeps dnf-ing, my gf can fill in”

christian gets you the goddamn sim ���

y’all procrastinate on building and calibrating it, max more so because it means his chair would stop smelling like you 🥺

you get it set up, but you still play on his sim every once in a while after he told you that because you’re a simp

he goes to stream one day, planning on practicing with the redline team for an upcoming iracing event

and the man almost BREAKS HIS LEGS trying to sit down because you forgot to move the chair back after you were done using it 😭😭

in between his groan of pain he let’s it slip “ow fuck, my girlfriend forgot to move the seat back after she was done”

chat goes ducking crazy

yooo, what? ur gf sim races???

is she good???

max is like “hell fucking yeah my girlfriend is great sim racer, she could replace one of the boys at redline if she wanted too!”

(team redline sweats anxiously, mics now suspiciously silent)

max continues, “well she is not as great as me, but she’s good i guess”

stream chat “they are going to have babies that completely dominate f1” “if their babies are born in the netherlands we will be stuck in purgatory cursed with hearing the dutch anthem forever”

max continues with his practice but everyone is begging to see you play, even some of the redline guys are asking questions

they wanna know if they’re really at risk of you stealing their seat

max gives up and turns to you on the couch with a smile and says, “i will beg, schatje. do not put it past me, we all want to see you drive. some people are saying i’m lying so you have to prove them wrong🙇🏼”

you’re like “what 😅 no 😧i suck 🤭 at this 🤗” but you’re already getting up and walking over to boot up your sim

the urge to flex on people and embarrass them is something both you and max share

max opens f1 2023 and starts a party for just you two, and you both decide to do quali laps at zandovoort

you do your hot lap first, and max goes after you

max y’ know, probably thinks that he can take it relatively easier on you, there’s no reason to put 100% effort into something for fun, so he puts in 95% 😀 (competitive boy)

and you know that one nepenthez meme

that’s how this goes

max is like, already rambling to the stream “yeah that’s a comfortable p1, she still has a lot to learn before she can beat a world champ—P2??!!!! 😧😳”

you’re just in the background in your sim chair, turned facing the camera with an innocent little smirk smile on your face ☺️

you got pole by .050, and chat starts bullying max, the redline boys laughing hysterically in his headphones

max requests a rematch and promptly annihilates you :)

i like to imagine that eventually you start joining max’s stream and the two of yous start having little racing tournaments whenever you guys have the time

omg could you imagine the little championship ceremony where you put party hats on jimmy and sassy and have fake little tiny gold trophies for whoever wins 🥹

imagine one day ‼️ you actually start doing iracing events, and just working your way up to being one of the best 😌

look at this man. Look at this silly little time lord who wants nothing more than for you to be and happy.

A/N: I have Anxiety around people too anon, no need to walk away. Also, I tryed to just do a reaction, but I may have gone a bit overboard.

Hedcanons:

At first, he's probably oblivious. He's ranting about the slightest differences in coffee on different countries around Earth and Avantiam 5, and the ways they are worse than tea because apparently the time lords invented that too.

When he turns his head toward you during an adventure and he sees you hyperventilating and anxious hands flailing or just any nervous stimms you have he stops and forgets what he was ranting about immediately.

Whenever you're in a panic, he will walk up to you very slowly to show he means you no harm.

Then he man will ask if you're ok to be held. If you've said yes he will give you a nice hug. "Hey, just listen to my heartbeats, ok?"

If not, he understands and regardless of your answer, is most definitely giving his dark oncoming storm eyes to anything or any anyone that made you feel this stressed. "You don't need to do anything other than breath." "Let's get you to the TARDIS."

If it's a person ridiculeing you for any reason, like weirdness, weight, neurodivergence, height, beliefs, or not raseing your eyebrows correctly on a planet that talks only with facial expressions, he is here for you.

Will definitely use his sonic to scan for embarrassing secrets about the person insulting you. "Looks like someone busted their netocrosis pathalovain tube!" (What that means only the doctor knows, but apparently that was enough to make the Alien back off.)

Sonic won't work for whatever reason? He'll just use psychic paper. "How dare you insult the grand leader of the Draconia-Morphious-Nebula! I could have you filed for high treason!"

If all else fails he is not above being all like, "I am a 900+ year old time lord an you will respect my friend or you will never have the ability to disrespect anyone else."

Once you get away from the thing causing you to have a panic attack, and he's stoped whatever everyday universe ending phonominon was happening that day, he's driving the TARDIS to stationary floating in space to ensure that you're alright.

Is a full blown Mother Hen™ and will get you snacks and blankets so you can snuggle up with warmth. "Are you sure you're ok to go to the next adventure already?" "Doctor, we've been here for like three days!" "I know but humans- I don't want to traumatize every companion I have."

The TARDIS is an infinite dimensional spaceship and you have full access to billions of shows or videogames or VR. Literally, all you have to do is be nice, and you have a world of comfort and distractions to get your mind off of any troubles.

If you're alright with it, he's totally down with cuddles to calm any remaining nerves. When you hold each other, he can rest knowing he's not alone and live in a wonderful moment of contentment.

As you fall asleep in his arms or not, he takes a moment to reflect before going back to tinkering on the TARDIS.

You have stood with the doctor facing down Galactic Empires and Gods, and he is never ashamed of you for having panic attacks. He thinks of you, as he does of his previous companions. Humans only have one life of usually no more than 100 years, and yet they are brave, far braver than most time lords who can live millennia with around 12 lives.

He almost feels silly for being afraid of life ending threats just thinking about it. Him, the doctor, afraid.

The Doctor is amazed. He is in awe of you.

Would you say gordons traumatized by what happened in act 3? He didnt lose his arm, sure, but getting betrayed mightve still sucked

YES.

Dear god, yes. I've alluded to it in tumblr posts and in my fics, but the betrayal was just. a million things coming to a head and fucking him over big time. By the end of Act 2, he was grappling with the fact that yes, these funny game characters are definitely autonomous, thinking beings, and yes, learning that they're in a game is going to majorly fuck them up. So on top of VR already being super disorienting and things frequently happening in-game to make him doubt that he can trust his senses, he now also has to double down on convincing everyone that Black Mesa is real, including himself. Then I have peppered in the headcanon that Gordon has a history of psychosis, and when you tie all that together: in the moment, he genuinely believed he had lost an arm and was going to die.

Ride the Cyclone Kids Playing FNaF: Help Wanted

bit of an odd topic for headcanons, i know, but after i finished writing today’s fic, instead of, you know, working on those prompts people sent me, i decided to pick up my brother’s VR headset and play some Help Wanted. and while shitting my pants over a video game about robot animals, i thought to myself: how would the Cyclone kids do playing this game?

and so, this post was born.

i don’t care what ANYONE says, Help Wanted is the scariest game in the WHOLE FNaF franchise. you won’t understand until you actually play it with a VR headset. any other version of the game and watching a let’s play just doesn’t hit the same. those animatronics are GIANT.

also this is a slight homage to my FNaF days on this blog, which i will probably return to eventually, just not anytime soon!

without further ado, let’s see how these choir kids hold up ;)

The VR headset belongs to Ricky, but they’re playing at Mischa’s house because there’s more room in his basement

And god knows they’ll need a lot of room

The game is projected onto the TV for everyone else to see

Ocean is literally shitting herself right off the bat, she is SO SCARED

The VR headset already intimidates her, and she doesn’t like that she isn’t able to see what’s going on around her outside of it

(She’s also afraid that she looks stupid with it on)

(She does, but everyone looks stupid wearing a VR headset)

The MOMENT the game loads, and she’s in that title screen area where Freddy, Bonnie, and Chica are looking down at the player, she INSTANTLY SCREAMS

Because again

THEY’RE HUGE

You can’t really tell if you’re watching a video of the game or if you’re playing the non-VR version of it, but those guys are TOWERING OVER YOU

And Ocean is already really short, so like

She’s at an ant’s POV

She turns around, sees Foxy, and screams again

Also you can hear footsteps in the title screen, and when she hears them, she yells, “HELLO?!?!”

The others are cackling because she’s already terrified, and she hasn’t even started the actual game yet

And then she finally DOES start, and her terror turns into something far beyond human levels of fear

Girl is scared for her LIFE

She plays the FNaF 1 mini games because Ricky said those would be the easiest for her

She begs to differ

When Phone Guy calls, she picks up the phone and holds it to her ear like it’s real

She keeps responding to what Phone Guy is saying like they’re having an actual conversation

She does good for about one (1) minute, and then everything goes downhill

She looks to the left, and Bonnie is standing there in the doorway, and poor girl lets out the most genuine, EAR-PIERCING SCREAM

She can’t even close the door because she fell to the ground and attempted to scuttle away 😭

It doesn’t work because, well, the headset is still on

She insists that she can keep playing, and she’s fine, though

Even though she’s trembling so bad you can see her character’s hands shaking in the game 😭

She manages to beat night one, and she gets the Toy Bonnie plush as a prize. She proceeds to hold the virtual stuffed animal to her chest while sobbing

One time Noel poked her from behind to try and get a little spook out of her. It did more than spook her. She thought her life was about to END. Her heart literally STOPPED BEATING.

To sum it up, THIS is basically how she is while playing. Screaming. Constantly.

Noel is also scared, but he’s acting like he isn’t to one-up Ocean, who’s still traumatized from her turn

In the first game mode, Mischa convinces him to look out of the office and into the hallway

For all my FNaF fans out there, y’all know what’s up

It’s the oldest trick in the book

Foxy comes sprinting down the hall at him, and his life flashes before his eyes

He decides to stop playing for a minute and take a moment to contain himself

When he’s ready to try again, he decides to play the FNaF 4 mini game first

He won’t stop commenting about how weird-looking the room is

Every time an animatronic appears on the bed, he stares at it for a second, and then finally reacts by screaming

“So I’m listening for foot…AAAAHEGA”

He just starts making an assortment of incomprehensible noises as he gets scared

“CLOSE TH— CLOSE THE DOOOOAAAAAAAHHHHHHHGGGG”

Mischa is the reason why wrist straps exist on controllers

He would have thrown the controllers as a defense mechanism the first time he’s jumpscared

He’s having so much fun, though

Whenever he gets scared, he starts shouting and cussing in Ukrainian

Tries to square up with the animatronics Several Times

Whenever he gets jumpscared, he just starts SWINGING

Ricky knows the ins and outs of this game, so he’s mainly just watching his friends get scared

He still plays, though!

My man is a GOD at it, compared to the others

Penny is out here having the time of her life

THIS IS SO FUN

She gets scared, yes, but she always ends up laughing after she screams

In the room where you select the game you want to play, she gets DOWN ON THE GROUND and starts making her character eat the candy off the floor, all while making chewing noises and talking about how good it tastes

And the others are just watching her do this from the couch 😭

AAAAAAAAAAAA TYSM THAT'S SO SWEET 💖💖💖💖 I tried to awnser this the other day but realized I was multiple paragraphs into a character analysis and not HCs (if any of you guys left me an ask and I haven't awnsered it yet I still always appreciate it I probably just plan to draw something for it or haven't got the time rn)

When David says something like "before nature took me against her bosom I was in clown school in france" (I'm not kidding he says bosom lmaooo) but he knew he loved nature at age 10, so either he was there before age 10 or the nature not yet embracing him bit meant he was withheld from it. Either his mother sent him there (cannonicaly doesn't have a dad) or he had the WEIRDEST college "figure yourself out, experiment" phase and I'm guessing the latter. He had a sudden spark of a new special interest and wanted to try pursuing it but his clowning instructor(?) scared him out of it after awhile.

I HC David wanted to be a clown bc he loved all the family friendly etiquette rules especially, ontop of the obvious making people happy and entertained.

David cannonicaly loves the zodiac signs and allthat and potential hot take but that man is a Sagittarius ♐.

David is stubborn and I feel this is an obvious fact about him but I wanna go further in depth with a HC that sometimes if he doesn't like something he won't just be in a general ol denial about it, he will full heartedly actually believe hisown truth instead.

Maybe not a "David as an individual" HC but I like to believe he respects, and likes QM's company alot! (When the man isn't being *too* off-putting) like when he's telling that ghost story about respecting your elders we see a cabin with a framed picture of silhouettes that look like QM were related to them and even the book in the story has that octopus God on it. So I assumed that was actually a real place somewhere in the woods David saw at one point/QM took him to. Either during his time as an employee or a camper himself. Also Quarter Master seems *at times* to be annoyed at David. Not like body language or facial exspressions I just get that vibe from his attitude and phrasing. He lied when he told him "fighting animals is apart of his culture" to get him to leave him alone about it I just know it.

Gwen is an anime watching "otaku" or atleast had a phase and has probably watched unheard of semi f*tish series that only lasted 10-12 episodes with really long title names. Genuinely rewatching the show so much of her screentime is hating her job in different ways or reading, writing, or playing VR 🌽. Or being a hopeless romantic. (She could've stayed with Graggle but only liked him for her monster f*tish and to romanticize herself as this YA novel MC)

She definitely LOVES x reader fics and takes on a slightly new persona in her fantasies.

I HC her with a bit of stage fright and her love for music being casual instead of a passion, that ontop of wanting to make something for herself is why she didn't piggyback off her dad's career and go into music. His career did atleast pay for whatever degree she wanted to persue (how she was able to get so many) and her fear of wasted potential is what made her have so many to begin with.

She partially willingly puts herself into positions where she gets burnt out to the point she's gotten kinda used to it.

So that's kinda why she can call it out early in David and tell him when he needs to have a break in that one EP.

David offering Gwen to read one of her stories she writes to the campers leads me to either believe he doesn't know what she writes is 🌽 or that and she also shares her sfw writing with him to get his opinion. (Which is nearly always positive but I feel like people forget David has his moments even if HE'S unaware of em) like "This chapter is excellent, Gwen!! Gosh, I'm just on the edge of my seat!! And there's only half the grammar mistakes of last time! :DD" and he fully means that as a compliment.

David also definitely got Gwen into astrology. She only cares about learning facts about her own, finding out the birthdays of celebrity and fictional characters and then seeing if they're compatible. Woman with identity issues? Eats it up.

They both loved Bob Ross before they met and it was one of the first things they bonded over as they were becoming friends. I HC Gwen was chipper at the job at the very first bit but it QUICKLY wore her down, David going off that first impression kept his excited team-loving liking of her, where as Gwen as she got to know him over those first weeks grew really annoyed with him as a coworker, but once getting to know him further than that the friendship started to become mutual.

So I made a couple posts and a fic of this Rolling with Difficulty High-school AU idea that wormed its way into my mind like a fungus, and I definitely don't think I have the time or energy to make it a whole thing.

But I kinda want to make it a whole thing.

So here are some character headcanons as a compromise

Dani

Adopted by Otto in exchange for working for him in his scrapyard (and occasionally his "scrapyard")

In this AU, I like to imagine her getting her name by seeing an episode of Danny Phantom somehow and seeing one of the ones with Dani Phantom and being like "Oh yeah, that's a role model baby."

Wears clothes with a fire aesthetic, but dyes them all blue. Also dyes her hair blue. Says she doesn't really care but also goes through all the time and effort to dye the roots as soon as they start to show.

Says the car is hers, which is not true because it's still Otto's and also she doesn't have a license.

Carries a multitool around with her everywhere she goes. It's pretty big as is, and she knows how to use each tool in at least three different ways

Anyone who wants to use the shop room at school has to pay tribute to her in the form of soda, hot sauce, or money.

Yes, she does have a fireball tattoo on the inside of her arm. Yes, it is blue.

Barely scraping by in her classes, but only because she refuses to put any effort into them.

VR-LA

One day Dani's fucking around in the woods when she stumbles across an unconscious guy in a barely functioning car on some dirt road in the middle of nowhere.

So of course she's like

She drags Virla (not that she knows his name yet) into the passenger seat and drives the car (poorly) back to the scrapyard.

Otto says he'll keep the car but not the kid. Dani says "Ok, bet." and sneaks Virla back into the house every day for a month before Otto gives up and says fine, he can stay, but he has to work too.

Still doesn't have pretty much any memory, just his name and vague flashes now and then.

Really good at sleight of hand magic, but also tech and circuitry and that kind of stuff. He combines the two to make fascinating (and rarely ever dangerous I swear) electrical magic shows.

Trained dove named Bing

Also he has a prosthetic leg. When Dani found him he had one that was barely holding together, so she whipped him up a new one on principle alone. It has two secret compartments and a battery for his shows.

Acing all his classes while barely trying

Finbar

The tallest guy in school, teachers included.

Has a giant family. Like ten brothers and sisters, with his parents and siblings in the most chaotic house in the state.

The gang goes over to eat and hang out because it's the best food in (insert preferred range of measurement here). Dani still thinks she hasn't met them because whenever she goes she gets blackout hammered and forgets the whole thing.

Joins Dani and Virla in their jobs because it makes it a lot easier for him to stop by a grocery store and grab meal prep in the car.

Can and will lift Dani and carry her away when she's being too much of a little shit.

Everyone in school either has a story or has a friend who has a story of dating him and the gossip has hit self-sustaining critical mass

Despite this, his only relationship that seems to be provably happening is the on-again-off-again with Elyse.

Had to retake his senior year two or three times, but is managing to get through his classes now thanks to previous experience, and the teachers liking him.

Kyana

Also adopted, but by an apocalypse death-cult in Wisconsin

Trained from a young age to be a "soldier" when the "new world" comes around.

Gets one wiff of the fact that there's an outside world beyond the bunker she lives in and goes "I'm outta here."

Runs away, hitchhiking across several state lines before being found by Enok

Enok is like "Oh, a child. I guess she's mine now." One of the other members of his religion he's traveling with is like "I don't think you have to-" "[while already holding Kyana's hand] My daughter now."

Rounds out the PERASPRA crew when they're driving around and see her holding her own against some wolves on the side of the road. Dani tries to help out by shooting a slingshot but misses and almost hits Kyana before she catches it out of the air.

They find out she's starting at their school tomorrow and the friendship is solidified instantly.

Like a mountain goat, can and will climb anything.

Still in those training habits, so the fittest in the school, and barely not as strong as Finbar. Whatever team gets her in gym, the other just gives up.

Once her tragic backstory gets out, one of the biggest mysteries in the school is how she manages to be so sunny and upbeat despite the terrible stuff she's been through.

Is constantly (in a friendly if unaware of the pushiness way) trying to recommend diet and wellness tips for others

Doing above-average but not fantastic in her classes

Misc

Takes place somewhere in the middle of nowhere, Midwest America

A lot of illegal stuff going on. Dani, Virla, and Kyana's adoptions are all basically moot. Kyana's legal guardian is still technically the doom cult, so she's on the lam from them. Otto's junkyard is legit, but he also runs a separate smuggling business that all four of them participate in on occasion. Finbar's doing the best out of the four of them, but some of those romance rumors include things with teachers. It was after he was 18, but that's still not allowed.

Alright, that's all I got for now, but I'll probably come back and add stuff as I think of it. Feel free to throw in any ideas this sparks in you, and you have my permission to take this framework and turn it into fanart or fanfic if you want. Just send it to me because I'd love to see it.

This is for @heir-of-the-chair​, who was curious about my RwD binder!

It’s all digital for the moment, because a) I don’t want to print out new versions of all the character stuff after s3 comes out, and b) I started it right at the end of the school year, and I don’t have a printer, so I’m going to have to wait until school starts again at the end of January to be able to print anything on the school printer anyway.

Let the tour begin, I guess

This is the whole folder - we’ve got extra little folders for analysis and breakdowns of things, character profiles of NPCs and PCs, folders for my silly little sketches and fics (both of which are so self-indulgent that I probably won’t share them tbh, but honestly? who knows. also maybe i’ll draw/write something that i’m more inclined to share at a later date), then you’ve got theories, which is currently empty, but will probably be filled very quickly the second the first episode of s3 drops, and then the final folder is the in-progress transcripts of all the episodes.

There are also just some documents with my personal favourite moments from the show, the descriptions of their gala outfits (for possible drawing purposes later, especially Dani), an incredibly quick domino effect meme I made (which I’m happy to share if someone wants it) and then my personal modern headcanons for the crew (which I may also share if anyone is interested).

These are all the NPCs that I currently have profiles for - either because they’re really interesting, I love them, we have a lot of information for them or they’re somewhat important to any of the characters. You can see that some of them (Cressida and Elyse, my beloveds) have had more work done to them than others and that is because a) we have a fair bit of information for those two and b) I love them. There are a couple of important NPCs that aren’t here, mostly from s2, and the reason for that is because we don’t really know a whole lot about them, and definately not enough to fill a profile with. Mystra isn’t there yet, and neither is any of VR-LA’s old crew, because anything on any of those is entirely reliant on whatever happens in s3.

NPC character profiles include the character’s name, their race, their resident wierd little dude (if they have one - this is basically just Cressida and also maybe Hira? undecided on whether to count the frost salamander as a wierd little dude or not. also not 100% on if Lula counts, so), their appearance, personality, any character arc they may have (this one is particularly for Ione and Elyse, both of whom have some fairly major events and changes that we see), any relationships they may have with the rest of the crew or other characters, any noteable magic items/characteristics/quotes and, if known, their plane of origin, max HP, AC, alignment and age.

The character profiles for PCs are broken down further into one-shot PCs and guests, and the crew of the Per Aspera.

One-shot PCs and guests includes exactly who you thought it would: the Curse of the Amulet gang and our boy Hans. Yes, the Curse of the Amulet gang have last names, no, none of them are there, yes that is because I both keep forgetting to write them down and also I don’t know how to spell some of them. Also, yeah, most of the Curse of the Amulet crew haven’t been worked on yet, this binder is still a definite work in progress. I will get there though, I swear!

The crew of the Per Aspera is also very self-explainatory regarding who it includes, it is our main four PCs. Dani’s is the largest so far because her’s was the first one I made, and so, while it is also unfinished, it has had a bit more work put into it than the other three.

PC profiles include the exact same information as NPC profiles, but they also include who plays a character, a character’s class and a lot more detail, especially in the backstory department.

Like I said, the drawing and fic is just for me, and the theories folder is empty, so I’m not going to be putting screenshots of those in.

The transcripts folder is very organised, with a folder for level-ups, one-shots, Q and As and a folder for each season (although s3 is obviously empty right not). Each transcript includes a description of the episode up top, as well as a list of NPCs that make an appearance. In terms of completion, s1 ep1 is the only one with any real progress made, I’m about half an hour in, and it is taking approximately forever.

There’s the beginning of ep1, if anyone is curious as to how I’m formatting those.

But yeah, that’s basically the whole will-be binder! (I do have a physical binder to put them in, it’s just not with me right now, so no photo of that, I’m afraid). Happy to share specific things or give more detail or any of that jazz if people are interested, but. Yeah!
