Day 9/100 - 100 days of productivity 🕊️
🕊️ Again, I didn't wake up as early as I planned, but an hour earlier than yesterday. Success! I took a shower, had breakfast and took my morning supplements.
🕊️ I went through a Blender lecture on basic shortcuts and took notes. I know how to add and delete mesh objects, scale, move, and rotate them in various ways now.
🕊️ I prepared myself and went with my brothers to confession, since there was a mass for our grandma in the evening. While waiting for my turn, I prayed the rosary.
🕊️ When we returned from mass, I watched an episode of 'Money Heist' with my family and had dinner.
🕊️ When I went to my room, my sis came to me with her drawing equipment. She wanted me to teach her how to draw a house and hearts. When we finished drawing together, I sketched her as a fairy on my graphics tablet. I hope she will like the drawing when I finish it.
🌷 Finally, there was a storm in the evening and it rained. Earlier, there was heavy rain everywhere in the area, but it kept missing us each time. Perhaps the plants will revive a bit after the recent heatwave 🤍
🌷 I spent too much time using the phone again.

So I'm just practicing my trombone right? Out of nowhere my sister barges into my room to tell me about her volleyball shorts and then proceeds to tell me this (not her exact words but she pretty much said the same thing):
"Bear I really admire how you find time to practice everyday during the week and then go to rehearsal to play with other people, and then do more band on the weekend with your lesson teacher and just really being dedicated to what you do. I know you don't care about what I'm saying but I just wanted to tell you that :)"

Have any thoughts regarding thee lovelyyy Dr Baldhead
I do think it's pretty funny how he's so caked up in missing link and by strive he's literally turned to skin and bones. Self care level: none
As for my thoughts on him as a character, I must admit that I don't think I fully have a grasp on him. I might go so far as to say that I don't fully understand Faust because I don't understand Baldhead? It's easier for me to tell myself that the lore of Baldhead wasn't made with Faust in mind, but I don't think that's entirely fair to how far the character has come, either.
At the moment, my interpretation of him is that he lost faith in the inherent value of life, viewing death as the ultimate cure for all of humanity's woes. In that way, the persona of Faust exists as the refutation of that, the artificial imitation of the perfect doctor he used to be, forcing himself to accept that there is value in fighting to stay alive. Even if it's easier to throw up his hands in defeat, he doesn't want to hurt people, and will fight to save anyone he can, even if his opponent is his own despair.

hey!<3 in my last post i talked about my recent diet plan and why i wanted to lose weight. in this post i want to talk about my workout plan/ideas!
i have wanted to plan a workout routine for awhile but i have never got round to it, so i thought i’d plan it here!
so i’m lucky enough to have a treadmill at home so i’ll be using that a few times a week. i’ll be doing 12-3-30 which if you don’t know is 12 incline, 3 speed & 30 mins on the treadmill! i don’t have an incline feature on mine to i’ll just do it without.
i also have recently found this great fitness youtuber called vivian yuan! she does a lot of kpop dance workouts and i’m obsessed! so i’ll do those a couple of times a week.
here’s what i’ve planned:
mon, wed, fri ~ treadmill
tue, thur ~ dance workouts
sat, sun ~ rest days ❤️🩹
i’m going to try my best to stay consistent until my London trip!
reminder- rest days are really important, it’s good to let your body have recovery time so that you get more energised later on, + it’s good self care!<3
i also want to stretch everyday as it has so many benefits, stretching is good for your flexibility. it’s also good to stretch before your workout as it lessens the stiffness in your muscles.🧘♀️
anyway, i hope you achieve all of your fitness and diet goals too! <3
