i think this panel of lloyd turning his back to javier, immediately after telling javier to go on break for a while, was the first little indicator of "oh no" for me

it really worried me that he said this, especially when they've been working together so much on their journey, so this was tiny little moment of "oh boy whats going on,,," for me,,, idk if anyone else felt the same but i had a feeling i would Not be ready for this ep. and i was right i was absolutely not ready

and then we hit the montage of javier going around the estate and observing how much the land has changed, and i really loved that!! it was really heartwarming seeing everyone, smiling and achieving dreams and stability in a way that the fronteras hadnt seen in a long time (hell i was convinced "oh everythings fine nvm" 😭)

it's really really pretty, and javier can see that. he can see that the estate has grown and changed into a strong and capable place, and he echoed this in the last chapter but it's really worth celebrating this. so many accomplishments, in so little time, with so much efficiency. frontera estate has been raised from the ground up and seeing it all accumulated was so so beautiful,,,

so seeing this panel absolutely devastated me

the contrast is STRIKING. all of the brightness and light and warmth of the street javier is in is only seen in partial rays streaking in. lloyd is alone, surrounded by books and in a darker corner of the panel. isolated, facial features unreadable and working by himself,,, refusing to see or ignoring all of the accomplishments behind him.

it's like he's falling back into old habits. that workaholism that kept him alive when he was only kim suho in korea. in order to survive, to keep up, to stay afloat, to stay ALIVE, you must keep working. go to the next project, the next problem, the next assignment, and everything will be fine. only then will freedom be yours to have. only then will you be free of this responsibility you bear for those you love.

but he really doesn't need to do that anymore! he has a whole estate of people who will follow him to the ends of the earth, because he's proven himself to be capable of protecting them. he has parents who love him, despite his changes, despite his past, who have grown to believe in him.

he has his beloved knight, who is waiting for him to call for aid. who only needs a glance or a word to lend a hand. who is waiting for him to come outside and just SEE all that he's done. to celebrate, to have peace. to enjoy home. to simply be at home, together.

javier, protagonist that he is, sees all this light around, and it's peeking into this library that lloyd is in, wondering where the engineer is, but his nose is to a book. because he is working. and that's,,, scary to see. there's a level of distance already taking shape because of old habits, and i don't know if either of them realize it

and like you look at the panel javier is in one more time and you can see, there's kids playing as javier and lloyd! they even have matching hair, and the dog is colored exactly like ppodong. super cute! but it worries me that they're on opposite sides of javier.

said this earlier; this is probably an overanalysis and this probably means nothing. it really is a cute lil cameo of some kids in town! but the fact that they are split like this is eating at me. ppodong-dog is on javier-kid's side, when ppodong is lloyd's summon? and again, they're on opposite sides of javier, will they join back together and keep playing? lloyd-kid is ahead of javier-kid, will he run on ahead without looking back? it's so cute and yet it's making me anxious!!! am i overthinking???

anyway, this split and the two panels contrasting each other like this filled me with so much nervousness that i had to close my eyes and just breathe for a little bit

then we see arcos and marbella talking about lloyd and it's clear they're worried about him, still unsure of where these changes in behavior came from and yet accepting it nonetheless because god dammit theyre good kind people

and when we see lloyd he looks,,,

tired, and disheveled, and still only thinking about working on the next thing. he keeps going on too, like there's nothing currently wrong with this; he's probably used to it, handling everything without a moments rest. the count and countess even mention it at the end of the episode

and when he treats the formal frontera attire lightly and scurries off again, it's like a final nail in this sinking coffin. honestly, i think early lloyd probably would have said similar things to try and skirt the count's attention, but this scene in combination with lloyd being depicted as separated from lloyd, appearing exhausted from continuous work, as well as the following panels of lloyd leaving,,, it fills me with anxiety and dread.

face shrouded in the darkness of the hall, so his features are unrecognizable, just like the library panel. who is that? is it suho or is it lloyd speaking right now? where are you going, into that darkness by yourself, shying away from the light you've brought to this estate? you don't have to do this alone.

and this long, looming distance stretching between him and arcos and marbella. stretching further as lloyd marches onward and alone, working by himself, away from the moments of peace and celebration that his family and his estate bring. into the dark. it's a little haunting to me.

these panels did a really, REALLY good job at solidifying this growing degree of isolation that lloyd is putting himself into, intentionally or not (for lloyd and for the artist lol). he's getting out of reach in his desire to protect everyone, to complete this responsibility he gave himself for the estate.

it's almost,,, backwards? in a way? in the early webtoon, there's a panel where suho is shown trying to reach for a light in the darkness. he believed that if he kept working towards that light, he'll find a way out of this hell he's found himself in, and so everything would be fine. here and now, it could be that he still thinks that this is the case, when it's in fact the opposite. he's brought this light to the estate, but he's putting himself in the dark (and alone, at that) in an effort to reach for the "next light". i don't think he realizes it. this makes me really, really sad. jesus christ well done artist/adaptor

just to add to the conversation about being closeted in a relationship. and this is on the hypothetical relationship they could have, as we've established that speculating on their relationship is something that they don't want, so we shouldn't be doing. I heavily disagree that someone needs to have no self respect to be with a closeted person who doesn't wanna be publicly dating. I think people can have different boundaries, and if that's a deal breaker for that first anon that's totally valid, but it isn't for everyone. particularly in this case, when Phil knew how much the topic of sexuality weighed on Dan, he'd wanna be supportive and make sure dan felt safe exploring and navigating a relationship with that amount of internalised homophobia. Dan's hatred of queerness was directed inward not outward, so I don't feel he was ashamed of Phil, he was ashamed of himself. it's not a question of self worth, it's a question of boundaries. it's not about having patience or lacking self respect, it's about if you think you're able to support a person in that state and if that's what you want for your life at that time.

also, I think it's wild to think Dan exaggerated his struggles with sexuality. his issues were so painfully obvious and he made such personal videos about it that I think it's extremely disrespectful to think that. it's also important to note that the reason why he made the videos was in part because a lot of his struggle was in the public eye and people had been harassing him about it for years. it really isn't okay to be talking about someone's experience like that, specially when we as an audience contributed to the problem to the extent that we did. it's good to be skeptical and not assume we know someone's intentions when we don't actually know them, but minimising their experiences isn't okay.

i got myself into another ceramics class!! will you believe that literally THE SAME DAY i was complaining about wanting to make more ceramics, i got an invitation to this class just a few hours later LMAO i jumped right on it, i love manifesting shit😂 i made all of these around the beginning of august

in the class i went to in april-may we just randomly made as many things as possible, this time around we focused on making only one thing every day, so i made only 4 things, but unlike last time i managed to plan ahead a bit better and have actual ideas for how i want everything to look fgdfg

first up is a plate with a moon phases theme. hey! thats a pretty cool idea that i managed to execute pretty well too! im proud of myself!! i skipped out on the gibbous moon bc i was afraid there wouldnt be enough space but now when i look at it its like of course there was enough space, dumbass. but whatever😂

next is a cup with an olive theme! im really happy w how this turned out as well! idk why i keep emphasising that bc im actually happy w how everything here turned out FDGDFG anyway, i really wanted to get it from every angle hence the 50 million pictures, i especially love the details around the handle

robi was staring very intently while i was taking pics so i let him have a sniff lmao

its a vase! this time around i didnt really have any specific idea for a theme, i knew mom wanted a vase so i asked her what she wants it to look like n she just showed me a basic shape n we looked at pictures and she pointed to one that looked like it had blue color spilled over it so i tried to make sth like that. the shape ended up a bit wonky but i still like it

this is a "wall mask" apparently, basically just a decorative piece to put on the wall, i had no idea wtf i wanted to make for this project so i just looked for cute animal pictures and settled on the racoon from this pic, when i was coloring it there was no gray color so the teacher was like why not just color it pink? i had a lol that doesnt happen in nature! moment before remembering who tf cares so now he's a pink racoon :3

the hole in its forehead is there so you can hang it up on a wall, the teacher showed us how to make the hole so i just automatically made it but now i kinda wish i didnt because obviously im not actually gonna hang this thing up on a wall sdfsdf im too afraid that it will fall and break, instead i set it to lean against a wall on an elevated place, so now he has a forehead hole for no reason, alas

i dont have any interesting thing to say for the end this time, my brain is tired... im glad i was able to do these again, the classes are really fun and i love the results, its a really cool feeling to eat lunch on a plate you made and then turn around and eat dessert on another plate you made😂 now its time to go back into observation mode and take notes of anything that seems interesting/i want to make for whenever the opportunity to make these arises again in the future

today has been a good day. im in a better mood than i was yesterday. I feel good man. the moon looks so beautiful tonight too! it looked gorgeous yesterday but today its even more special because its in taurus rn and its a full moon and taurus is my moon sign so ykwtfigo! you guessed it nigga im high. great high btw. i also need to get something to eat. gonna have that plantain and spinach stew again me thinks. save money. it’s currently 20:00pm and im listening to Remedy by Cherise again. life has been so kind to me today and the last few weeks/months. im so fucking grateful that im being heard by the universe and shit. thank you God fr. I love you. People from my past have contacted me. Two Sagittarius women. both quite similar in few ways but still similar. Juliet and Eunique. never thought id put those two names together but surprise from the cosmic whatever, God, universe, idk nigga but like damn. Chloe came to give Jacob a form to fill out to do with allergies or some shit like that. Juliet told me about how she was in Rhode Island over the summer and how she flooded a hotel there lmao. apparently the fine was $9.000 or some shit like that. It’s just so weird that we’re talking like nothing between us has happened and that she ghosted me for months and then randomly yesterday sent me a tick tok? and cause i have her archived in my whatsapp i saw a notification in there and was thinking who’s this? and saw it was her and saw a tik tok on the message and thought huh??? why?? whats going on here?? anyways i ended up replying to her and then i decided to do a birth chart compatibility and we probably knew each other from another lifetime because we’re quite drawn to each other for some weird reason. i dont know why and i kinda wanna know why.  Role Model by Brent Faiyaz has been my song of the day. Danny Lee also left today. i dont know where i’d be without him man. God bless him! i need to be more considerate of Honey and i plan on doing that. I feel like one of these moments would be when Stan finally gets to relax with you, and actually not drink as much as he used to. He's more focused on you know that you're going to have a baby. He felt happy for the first time in a while, and he would try his best to be the best father in the world. That's what he told you as he was rubbing your belly gently... Right as your water broke.

"Uh... (Y/N)? Are you okay?"

"Drive me to the hospital."

"What?"

"DRIVE ME TO THE HOSPITAL!!! MY WATER JUST BROKE!"

"WHAT?!?!"

Gosh the drive was so fucking stressful. Probably the most stressful moment in your both lives. He tried to stay calm, but it wouldn't budge. Luckily Stan threw away his Alexa though (his ex wife *COUGH*). Once the baby was born, he lowkey couldn't stop crying. He wanted to hold the baby close to him so bad and never let go, you've actually never seen him this emotional. Both of you couldn't stop smiling that day, you have a family of your own now.

Kyle Broflovski

Kyle is such a mom. He would do anything for you during your pregnancy. He's always prepared to when you water breaks. He got the car keys on his pockets in all times, and he'd even carry you in his arms the whole time until you arrive to the hospital. But this time, you convinced him to actually take it easy and just lay in bed with you. You felt bad for him worrying so much, and he understood that. Maybe he's being a bit over dramatic. You guys were just chilling in bed, while Kyle was caressing your belly and whispering how proud he is in you. But that's when you noticed.

"Honey?"

"Yeah?"

"I think my water just broke."

"Shit."

He'd be in a lot of stress just to find his car keys, but luckily not as much as Stan. He'd grab anything you need just incase. "DO YOU NEED A WATER BOTTLE?" "WHY WOULD I NEED A WATER BOTTLE? IM GOING INTO FUCKING LABOR REALLY SOON, KYLE!" Once your baby is born, he would plant a hundreds of kisses on both you and the baby. He'd also let you choose her/his name because he's so <3

Kyle would be an excellent father. But I feel like he'd be as strict as his mom, even though he refuse to believe it. It's hilarious.

Kenny McCormick

Kenny never really had that much time to spend with you, but he would always be by your side whenever he could. When you announced that you were pregnant though, he would literally quit his work and focus on you until labor. He wants to be there with you and feels really bad for always being busy with his work, which is why he really wants to make the best out of it with your family. Also Kenny screams malewife, and therefore he was probably cuddling with you in bed at first, and asked if you wanted anything. You calmly said soup (because you were craving soup for some reason and soup is good af, especially tomato soup but anyways), and he went right away to make you the soup. Once he was finished, he carefully walked over to you with the soup you wanted in a bowl, only to see you caught in surprise. "What's wrong?" "Kenny.... My water broke?" "SERIOUSLY?" "YES!" "HOLY SHIT!" He'd accidentally drop the bowl but he didn't care. He's probably the most calm out of the four.

When your baby was born, he couldn't take his eyes off of her/him. The baby looked just like you, he was so fucking happy. This was probably the best creation he made (pun intended). He promised that whenever your kid is old enough, he will eventually learn them science.

Eric Cartman

He's a sweetheart alright? He's kinda familiar with Kyle, but he'd be really stressed, his childhood self would almost come back. He would always keep an eye on you, and would always be prepared. He'd do your work for you, anything. He'll reassure you that it's fine and that you just have to lay down. And relax. One day, he came to relax with you as well, having his head against your belly, and kissing it. "I'm so happy to have a baby." He says lovingly, as you smile at him. That smile quickly turning into a stressed frown. "Are you okay?"

He'd explode the moment you tell him your water broke. He'd run all around the house and drag you to his car. He'll tell you to sit tight and that everything is fine, while yelling which is not fine. He's under a lot of pressure, he didn't think it would happen NOW. Needless to say, he was so happy and couldn't stop smiling when he saw the baby. He'd tell everyone and post it in every social media the moment it's out. He's so nice though Omg.

luffy - kissing tag - pretty self explanatory game, it’s tag, but to get the other person in you have to kiss them. imma be real here, he didn’t actually play this game as an excuse to kiss you. he just heard the word ‘tag’ and was like “hell yeah!!!! TAG IS SO FUN!” but then he saw people kissing one another and then something just clicked “WAIT I WANT TO TAG Y/N!!” so then he asks to be in next and immediately chases you down smiling and laughing as you run away laughing just as much as he is then he grabs you, wrapping his arms around you, smiling as bright as the sun as places a quick kiss on your lips “HAHA YOU’RE IN NOW!”

zoro - seven minutes in heaven - a classic party game so im not gonna explain the rules of it. he’d play this game for a few reasons. firstly, he loves how jealous it makes sanji seeing the two of you locked away in a closet! zoro is such a little shit. but the biggest thing is that it’s private!!!! it’s just you and him. no one else is peeping or interrupting the two of you and that fact alone makes him a lot more comfortable (he’s not one for intimacy or PDA in front of others).

nami - spin the bottle - another classic game, not gonna explain the rules to this one either. i think nami really enjoys the thrill of this particular game. going into it she knows there’s not a 100% chance that she’ll get to kiss you, but that makes it all the more exciting!! her heart is racing as the bottle she just spun slows down. and the second it stops on you, her breath hitches. it’s the moment she’s been waiting for. she smirks at you as you both lean across the circle, your lips meeting in the very centre.

ace - guess who - a simple game where one person is blindfolded and has to try and guess the person who is kissing them. he sees you being chosen to be blindfolded first and he absolutely cannot help himself so he pushes ahead to be the first one to kiss you in the game. he finds something so attractive about you being blindfolded n having to guess it’s him. it’s a challenge and he goes all out feeling ridiculously proud when he pulls away and you breathlessly say his name.

law - truth or dare - very straightforward game, petty classic so im not gonna explain the rules lmao. i thought this would be the most fitting for law but im not entirely sure why????? i don’t particularly believe he’d voluntarily play (he’s not really a party games type of guy) so, when his crew sees you happily participating in this game, they come up with a ‘genius’ idea. they don’t even give law the option of choosing truth, instead saying “we dare you to kiss y/n.” he goes to scold them, until he sees you blushing slightly and avoiding his gaze, so he mumbles a “fine then” trying to ignore his rapidly increasing heartbeat as he leans in to kiss you.

shanks - pass the card - bunch of people are in a circle and have to pass a card around the circle by sucking it so it holds to their lips and then passing it to the next persons lips. shanks loves this game, he switches spots with person who would be passing the card to you, so he can be the one to pass it instead. being the cheeky mf that he is, as soon as he gets the card he’s turning to pass it to your lips but just before you reach him he drops the card (intentionally of course) so he can kiss you properly, chuckling a little into the kiss as he hears the complaints around him “you did that on purpose!” “C’mon man!!!” he can’t help but give you a little wink and a fake apology after “im so sorry about that, the card just slipped.” you just playfully roll your eyes in response.
