listen I might sound crazy but you know how Aventurine would spend all of his money on his family were they alive? like they grew up poor- worse than poor, and he is always gambling yes- but he is also insanely rich. you just know he'd shower them in money and buy everything for them and that credits today have little to no meaning to him because he has gotten them too late. it wasn't "fast enough" to save them, to ease their lives. and you just know he regrets it, but still hoards more credits, gambling, earning, wasting, etc.

now allow me to draw a parallel to a character in gi most of the fandom doesn't like. dori. LET ME SPEAK- dori's sister died (in her arms) from an illness because her family didn't have enough money to buy the herbs prescribed for her sister's treatment and that is why Dori ends up cherishing every mora/money, turns in a mora hungry capitalist powerhouse and makes everything about her; just money. because she couldn't help her sibling when it mattered. also the "limitless mora" for her comes from receiving a bunch of items from Alice (Klee's mom) - they made a business deal, etc, just a detail.

and it is interesting how most of the fandom dislikes dori so much (meta wise I get it, and also some other povs), when the parallel to aventurine is a straight line and he is loved and liked by so many (granted, I love riney). no amount of mora/credits can bring their family member(s) back or fix what happened, yet they stay in it, hoarding more, be it due to our boy's luck, or Dori's deal and persistence. I know many ppl draw his line to Kaveh, but from this pov it is screaming Dori.

and yh his story is more tragic- but we are talking money rn ppl- stay focused;

here is where their characters differ in the money area. with how little regard he has towards the money, Aventurine, our Kakavasha is so kind, so so kind. he gives out freely, he doesn't give two shits while sending money to the TB (it is worth mentioning that he thinks he also HAS to do it, and that gifts and things of high material value are most appreciated, ex. the gifts the TB receives after become the captain of the ship in penacony. he sadly has a view of it that everyone needs to be given something in return, truly struggling with forming real friendships/relationships except with the TB and Ratio- which I'd love to go more into on another analysis), he openly shares his money to whomever- and in his contrast, dori would probably rather jump off a cliff than give a single gold mora coin to... well, anyone.

both have been through such tragedy and turned rich later on through various means- when it technically no longer matters to them as much as it could've mattered before- and to see one be indifferent towards it/see it as a means to an end & what ppl respond well to vs. the other be stingy to the point she is hurting people while doing it and purposefully putting them in debt (I hate you for what you did to Kaveh TWICE, dori.), makes a really interesting parallel made by hoyo ngl. thoughts?

I'm not Religious, I just know about this through media, but tbh The Villain Rolfe Au reminds me SO much of the tale of Cain And Abel

Cause like, in Cain and Abel, God favored Abel's offering over Cain's. This lead Cain to kill Abel in a violent Rage. He was then Banished.

In @rolfedewolfefan16 's Villain Rolfe Au, The Manager Favored Billy Bob as a mascot for the Brand. This lead Rolfe into killing the Rockafire members in a violent Rage. He was then Locked into the closet for years

This hits different with my headcanon that Rolfe has Religious trauma. Idk Why, it's just both related to religion I guess...

Personally a big fan of the idea of Nightmarionne being a part of Charlie’s soul that’s haunting the fazbear technology connected to the pizzaplex with the goal of stopping the mimic, with her also acting as a grim reaper of sorts as the opposite of puppet. The puppet gave life to the souls, Nightmarionne hypothetically instead just guides them to rest. The puppet didn’t try to directly stop William, just helped the souls, Nightmarionne is trying to directly take the mimic down from the source, aka the AR systems (he’s only found in both help wanted games and the AR space in ruin).

But would he really go so much out of his way to help for stuff like that?

Think staying up well after the time he normally goes to sleep just to help you understand a lesson or tutoring you for things you could probably learn yourself

Be it schoolwork, new hobbies, anything he can help with he will do his best

That doesn't mean he's going to do it for you - absolutely the opposite

He wants to see you grow and become even better at whatever the thing is, and that won't happen if he does the work instead of you

Also even if he can't really help you best believe he's gonna be there - quality time baby!

He's gonna hang around you, do something parallel to you or chat with you!

But then again.. i don't think there's many things he can't help you with

AGSZC Streamer AU - what are their preferred games and what are they most famous for?

Sephiroth: Horror game specialist who gained notoriety for his completely deadpan reactions to jump scares. Famous for treating every horror game like a nature documentary: "Observe the careful arrangement of viscera. The arterial spray pattern suggests this creature has a fascinating understanding of human anatomy." *JUMP SCARE* "How quaint."

Think of him discussing the improbable biology of monsters while they're actively trying to kill him.

Angeal: Specializes in calming, indie games. He even somehow makes indie horror games soothing. He became famous for his unintentionally ASMR-like voice that has viewers falling asleep mid-stream. His chat is full of "I use your streams to fall asleep" and "Your voice could calm a raging behemoth." Even when he's fighting the hardest bosses his commentary sounds like a relaxation tape. Unless he's playing a cooking simulator. Then the stream becomes "WHO DESIGNED THESE PHYSICS?! THE SOUP SHOULDN'T BE DOING THAT!" and "WHO TRAINED THESE DIGITAL SOUS CHEFS!??" and of course "I QUIT. He'll pause mid-game to give a 20-minute lecture about how this one side quest parallels Loveless. His viewers come for the games but stay for his deep-dives, obscure plot points, and how attractive he is.

Cloud: Queens Blood champion streamer, with regular tournament streams and strategy sessions. His likely some historical fiction or some nonfiction he's been interested in lately. You'll grab that fantasy romance that's been on your TBR for a month. With only a warm-light lamp and the sound of the rain on the pavement outside, you'll snuggle and read together.

Bonus points: You both will pause every few chapters and update each other on what's happened so far in your books.

Simon Riley

This may seem like the most obvious option, but Simon loves to cook. We know this, but what he loves even more is cooking with you. You aren't the best cook. You can follow a recipe but you can't wing it the way he does. But Simon doesn't mind, he just absolutely loves cooking with or near you.

Usually it starts with you sitting on the counter top while he's moving around you, making one of your favorite meals. You're watching him, content to just be in his company and rattle on about your work day. That's about when he will start handing you things, and next thing you know, you're stirring the sauce while it thickens up, Simon behind you holding the pan for you. It's simple, and you usually continue on about some work drama or some mundane thing that happened while he hums in agreement. He loves listening to you ramble. This is his favorite way to spend an afternoon. If you'd ask him what he'd like to do, it'll usually involve listening to you and cooking with you.

Kyle Garrick

I personally would argue Kyle is the most romantic of the group. He'd be the one for big romantic gestures and love notes in your lunch box. However, I think of of his favorite simple pleasures with you would have to be morning routines together. Even if he doesn't have to be out of bed, and you have an early shift, he will get up with you. He will likely make you two breakfast while you're getting your lunch around. He will then come into the bathroom and get himself ready for the day while you get ready for work.

He loves watching you dote on yourself. Whether you curl your hair or twist it up into the bun, he enjoys it. He loves watching you put a bit of makeup on; you don't need it, but it makes you feel good. Usually you two will talk dinner plans, or what you want to do when you get home today while eating breakfast or while you make your lunch. It seems like he is going above and beyond for you in the morning, but really it's because he likes starting the day by your side. Days you work, it's easier for him to make you breakfast so you two can spend time chatting and maybe even snuggling if you have an extra 15 minutes. It turns the most mundane and mindless tasks into something special you can do together. Those are his favorite moments.

Johnny McTavish

Johnny loves going out into the world with you. Sometimes, it feels like such a struggle to spend any time with you between your work schedule and just life getting in the way. So, you take what you can. Sure, evenings you usually spend trying to do something together, even if it's just watching television, but one thing he loves to do with you are chores. You need to do laundry? He will carry the baskets and chat your ear off while you fold together. You need to get groceries? He will come with and probably put some cut flowers in the basket for you, too. To him, it's the little things. He remembered his mother struggling to get things down while he was in school, and he wants to be able to do this for you. If he can't make the chores go away, he will at least do them for or with you.

Sometimes he distracts you, but the big thing is that he's making an effort to spend time with you. Sure, sometimes taking him to the grocery store or on errands ends up with more expensive trips or takes twice as long, but it's a bit of time you get to spend together.

It's gotten to the point that when he can't tag along, you miss his silly commentary.

Price, Gaz and Soap love cooking together. Gaz knows all the recipes and spices, soap is amazing at chopping, and Price has just always liked to cook.

Ghost and Price together lovee a good spar. They get out all their pent up energy, and find it fun, they'll have casual conversations while they spar.

They are two for just existing together, they do a lot of parallel play together, both working on paperwork.

Gaz and Soap love picnics together, they make all the snacks or go shopping together, sit down in a park, and talk, an cuddle. They also steal a bird every time, and take a selfie before letting the poor creature go.

I do agree, hiking as Ghost and soap, and maybe Gaz. Ghost walks calmly enjoying the scenery, and can tell the other two what kind of bug that is, or plant. And Gaz and soap race eachother to climb rocks, and ghost steals pretty rocks.

Price and Gaz love to go out for dinner, a nice restaurant and maybe a night walk, traditional but sweet.

Gaz and Ghost like theatre dates, the quiet and some snacks and then talking about it afterwards, judging the writing. And a little snog in the theatre.

Soap and ghost like doing activities, like Lego, drawing, hell even shopping, something to busy their hands while they chat.

Price soap and ghost like going to the beach. Price likes to fish, soap loves the water, and Ghost likes the sand, it's satisfying and stimmy.

All of them often have movie dates with some kind of craft to keep their hands busy.

Spencer would be DYING to have a day off from work, just to relax

More often than not, he'd lay in bed with you till late because he rarely gets the time to do that

You'd wake him up with butterfly kisses across his face (mgg reference 😙), or he'd wake you up that way

He'd snuggle up to you closer than he already he is - because let's be real, he probably clung to the side of your body the entire night - and bury his face in your neck

You'd stay like that, just absorbing each other's presence, until one of you gets hungry - time for breakfast!

Breakfast always leads to an argument over who should cook and who should stay in bed, but unless Spence is still exhausted from the previous case, you compromise by making your food together

Spencer MUST be on coffee duty because he's a snob about it and can't cook to save his life either way

While he makes his coffee and your tea/coffee, you're on cooking duty

Now due to Spencer's sensory issues, you'd have to learn to avoid certain foods, mainly eggs, avocados, and porridge (RIP I adore those foods)

Toast with some jam or chocolate spread is his go to, but sometimes you'll make pancakes or waffles to spice it up

After sharing a lovely breakfast, a day at home is going to be lazy if Spencer's around because poor boy is exhausted from work

Depending on his mood and how tired he is, the activities vary

If he's feeling energetic and happy, you'll have movie marathons where he explains the entire cinematographic history of each one - he'd definitely be into German expressionism and French new wave (existential bastard)

If the previous case has worn him out, you'll read near each other or even read to him if he's in need of extra comfort

Other possible activities would be baking, doing chores together, and letting him teach you chess

For lunch and dinner, you'd probably just order take out because cooking just "takes too much effort" according to him

You'd definitely share a nice bath together to wind down, because it's also a wonderful way to spend time together and take care of each other simultaneously

Spencer would most definitely dose off mid-bath

After drying off and changing, you'd either chat over dinner or some more tea/coffee because your boyfriend is a chatter; OR you'd sit on the couch and do your own thing, parallel play kinda

They/He lesbian aromantic Annabeth. In full agreement about the owl wing top scars - also they may be poly? Idk i think that could be nice.

I also think they have a shit haircut he did himself with a knife in the mirror. They're very proud of it (- and lowkey they shouldn't be because it looks BAD).

Probably got a dog on their therapist's advice because after he realizes he's an abusive partner and had a lot of Luke's grooming affect who they are and how they treat people, he's self isolating and he's not ready for people connections so. Dog. He has one massive drooling fluffy thing and one tiny lil chihuahua lookin one - no specific breed I bet they're shelter dogs.

You're not an autistic Annabeth believer, and neither am I. I don't have any specific hcs but I do think he has low empathy.

I imagine they live on the road because they can't feel comfortable in one place even after everything they've gone through. Goes around the country to look at different museums and sketch/photograph architecture and work on their own designs. Probably sells their own sketches at small venues, most definitely writing a book about it.

Accidentally becomes like a mentor figure to half the United States' demigod population - again, Luke parallels, except HE'S not a PIECE OF SHIT. He actually can interact with children WITHOUT being a pedo or a fascist about it.

Has the whitest music taste known to man - we all have our flaws. Not like taylor swift, but def VERY white.

Prob does art therapy I think.

Gets a platonic partner when he goes to a small art show and displays his work, meets the girl at the display next to his, and they talk for 6 hours and it's wonderful. She gives him his first tattoo and they love it.

I do think he's trying his best to be less White Feminist and learn and listen to other people. Probably goes to protests and poc events (mainly artist based ones) if he stumbles across one to talk to people. He fucks up a lot but IS making an effort even if he sticks his foot in his mouth every once and a while.

tldr I actually really have a soft spot for Annabeth even if they kind of suck because I think they should be able to get better. In my heart their post-canon is becoming transgender and running off into the sunset to get better as a person and become a better person than all his abusers and be super happy far away from Percy.

This Disney Twisted Wonderland collage is par of a series that showcase the parallel comparisons between the original TWST characters with the classic Disney villain characters (or trademark items) that they are based on upon and inspired from. In which has those Twisted Wonderland characters be seen as the TWST counterparts of those Disney characters. I got the idea for this series after seeing Tumblr posts of the TWST Housewardens and Vice-Housewardens being featured beside the original Disney characters that they represent, and I didn't want to limit myself to the Dorm Heads and overblot victims, but also for the other TWST characters. That's why I didn't leave out Lillia Vanrouge, Sebek Zigvolt and Silver (like I did with Jack Howl and Ortho Shroud). Although it has been clear that Malleus Draconia and the Diasomnia dorm are modelled after Maleficent, who the other three are based upon is a bit of a mystery.

From what I read on Google, they say that Lilia's bat motif is a reference to dragon!Maleficent, Sebek is of Maleficent's thorn and lightning magic and Silver's tiredness is a hit to the spindle of the Spinning Wheel that put Sleeping Beauty to sleep. Spoilers from chapter 7, however, has me question these claims and I don't really trust the source that this information came from. In case I turn out to be wrong and there might be some truth to this, I featured the three in the same collage to be safe. It is also why I dubbed the collage as "Magic of Diasomnia."

If you want my opinion, I believe that Lilia might have been inspired from one of Maleficent's goons, the same with Sebek. The reason for this thought is due to face of the goblin-like goon being part of Lilia's Pop Music club wear and Lilia was a knight who served the royal Draconia family. The same with Sebek's grandfather, and there is Maleficent goon that has a crocodile-like face. Sebek is also the name of an Egyptian god with a crocodile face, unless it is only Grandpa Zigvolt alone who is based on that Sleeping Beauty character.

Another group is saying that Lilia's character could be a reference to the bat style of Maleficent's throne, or that part of his character is drawn from the Three Good Fairies. Since Silver has some Aurora-like traits, not only does be nod off and animals are drawn to him, but it is mentioned that Lilia raised him a prince. If you take a look at the later parts of chapter 7, you'll see that the story of how Lilia came to be Silver's father paradelles with the 2014 Maleficent film. There was also a reference to the Three Good Fairies in a chat between Silver and Lilia about Lilia's cooking, from how he placed candles on a cake when it was still being made and put eggs in the bowl without taking the eggs out of their shells. Along with Lilia's groovy Platinum Jacket card having him looking at a portrait of the three fairies in question.

If you don't think any of these are the case, please share your thoughts and keep them kind. I'm still new to the TWST fandom, and still learning about it.

My thoughts for the Murder Drones Series Finale

MASSIVE SPOILER ALERT

I'm gonna start this here with being honest about the runtime. It's short, that's all. I was thinking that it would be almost 40 or 30 minutes because it's a series finale. But having it about 20 minutes isn't something new(from my experience)

The reunion with Uzi and Nori was short, but needed, with Uzi having a chat with her mom in the silent scenery of space. And the way to beat the Solver is to permanently separate the solver from it's host by taking out the core and destroying it. Only for N to accidentally hit her with the landing pod.

Nuzi is canon. I'll be honest, I'm not much of a Nuzi shipper, that's all. But seeing the two admit their love to each other and hug each other while descending into the planet while on fire is honestly beautiful. Also I love their logic; save the world first, do all the corny awkward robotic dating later

V IS BAAAAAAAAAACK MOTHERFUCKERS. Throughout the series, I started off disliking V. But as the series progressed I started to appreciate her character development. And I felt heartbroken upon seeing her supposed death on episode 6. So upon seeing V throw hands with J, I SCREAMED my lungs off seeing her again. And I like that she has a pet sentinel now

J admits that she was also tricked by the Solver was surprising, but still worked with it. Why tho. Her loyalty eventually became her downfall after losing to her former teammates

Uzi has her own singularity bomb(that's what I call the [NULL] thing)

If there's one thing I love the series for, it's the horror. I'll explain in a separate post lol

THE FIGHT SCENE OMG THE TEAM AT GLITCH IS COOKING IN THE KITCHEN. The nightcore music as Uzi and Cyn fought is something I laughed at cuz it reminded me of my childhood watching Creepypasta AMVs with nightcore music in the bg. It's not something bad but it gave me a nostalgic punch in face

The defeat of the host Cyn imo is very satisfying. Uzi destroying the outer shell of the core to reveal the singularity is a clean transition. But then a monochromatic singularity formed between the two as Cyn tries to get it back in her body in order to survive. And Uzi's quick thinking was to... eat it. It worked for a bit because Cyn LITERALLY MELTED IN FRONT OF UZI. But it caused her to pass out as her body cannot handle two cores in one body for a brief moment

Uzi now has a yellow and purple ombre eye color after she has fused with the Absolute Solver

I like how Khan had a feeling that's still Nori after she scrambled off, which make sense considered she was pronounced dead up until episode 7

Her saying that she's now a "Damaged OC" is hilarious and personally call out to all artists and writers because we gave our oc traumatic events character development that they're traumatized in the end lmao

I love how the teacher, throughout the entire series gave zero fucks about what's going on around him

I love in the ending scene is a parallel to the pilot episode with her giving off a presentation to her class. The difference being that N and V are now attending the class and her parents being at the door supporting her

I love how N is improving on his artwork, with V being supportive

Uzi flexing her newfound power to scare the shit outta her class mates is a classic parallel to her showing off her railgun in the pilot, never get old Uzi, never get old

The post credit scene, with Uzi glitching out and the Solver talking to her gives off the feeling that Uzi isn't safe yet. Especially with the look on Uzi's face throughout the scene, she looks exhausted, and she looks like she isn't all there at the same time

Anyway that's my thoughts on the Series Finale of Murder Drones. It was a rollercoaster all throughout

after sangwoo’s death, all the anger between them dissipates (the way it’d never would if sangwoo was alive) and results in sangwoo being sooo nice to gihun (who unfortunately cannot hear him and is hoping sangwoo is somewhere nicer than here) like he’s soo tender and sweet.

constantly attempts to leave little kisses on gihuns hands, face, etc (took him a while to get to this point but hes so desperate to touch and comfort gihun, his prides out the window, he knows hes pathetic) hes constantly chatting to gihun (who again CANNOT hear him and is spending everyday quietly stewing and plotting) hes out here asking gihun what he wants to eat and tsking about the house being dirty etc

partly because being a ghost prob makes someone sentimental and eager to talk to people they’d be distant with in life,

partially because i think, at the beginning, maybe theres a moment where gihuns grieving and in denial and so he pretends sangwoo is with him like they survived together and sangwoos concerned, especially when its MONTHS of this and gihuns not really living or taking care of himself but part of him so happy to have his hyung’s attention… theyre both pretending the games didnt absolutely shred them apart

one day, gihun has a moment where he drags finally himself out of this denial stage, says his goodbye to sangwoo and gets ready to leave to america etc

sangwoos relieved mostly, heartbroken partially but overall understanding of course, and happy for his hyung. hes thinking about leaving too cuz as long as gihuns happy the worlds ok, this new chapter of life will be kinder to him than the last one

and then. gihun doesnt get on the plane, he spirals trying to find a way to stop the games etc and of course sangwoo is pleading to nobody about how this is very stupid and how gihuns gonna get himself killed, who does he think he is going up against a giant criminal death game organization like NO ONE WOULD DO THAT?

no one would do that… and suddenly his chest is full of honey and pride and hes fawning over gihun so bad, like dont get him wrong hes still worried and afraid but also hes feeling proud and loved cuz for the first time in months gihuns speaking to him, about him, gihuns offering him justice and promises to deliver no matter what. (i will destroy what took you from me, at the cost of my sanity and wellness i will avenge you)

and sangwoo… it makes him sick thinking about it but also so so proud of his strong, brave hyung, hes allowing himself to be impressed with gihuns audacity (for once) (if he was alive this would be a different story, hes not entertaining this shit, but as a ghost he’s not thinking clearly and cant help preening about how special and nice his hyung is, its like they’re kids again and hes just happy to be apart of the team, side by side with someone dear to him)

maybe sangwoo lets himself be very indulgent and unembarrassed cuz he’s mentally broken up about EVERYTHING (and also hes really the only one around who cares if hes being embarrassing hes dead anyway)

to me the lyrics are a perfect mix of sweet gooeyness and teasing on sangwoo’s part, hes watching gihun prep n fuss, and gihuns sooo not qualified for this but hes TRYING, logically he knows this is gonna be a mess but also hes getting wrapped up in gihun’s delusions too

torn between imagining Amos’s part as either gihun’s reaction to the youngil/inho reveal (with the roxie parts being replaced by inho, sangwoo’s ghost is very offended this) orrrr inho crashing out cuz gihun’s got sangwoo in his head still idkkk im thinkinnn it doesnt fit too perfectly either way im not stressin im here for sangwoo serenading his hubby
