Alastor when falling in love/dating headcanons

A/N; my first time trying headcanons lol, hope I did well!

Falling in love

Let’s be honest, Alastor rarely actually likes most beings as a friend, let alone as a romantic partner

But when he does for either scenario, he has to notice that person as more than just some pawn for entertainment

Maybe you’re more socially intelligent, maybe you have more power, maybe you’re closer to Charlie, maybe all of those

But there has to be something that makes him see you as a threat to his power, or his control

Because of this when you first enter the hotel, he’s going to try to upstage you

If he can find a flaw about you, he’ll utilize that to the max

Think how he acted around Lucifer in ‘Dad beat Dad’

But when he notices you’re not going to be intimidated by him he starts to grow angry

If you really wanna ruffle his feathers just ask “uhm…who are you..?”

Not even in a polite way, just in a rude judgmental way

Oh, that makes his blood boil

When he’s not around you, at first he’s trying to get rid of you, take away the threat

But then you leave for a long period of time without notice to anyone but husk

And not even sober husk

So basically nobody really knows where the hell you went (pun intended)

The first maybe hour or two Alastor was like “good riddance”

But then for some damn reason he started to miss you

If you’re gone for more than one day, his mood actually visibly changes

Sure he’s still smiling, but he’s still a bit less motivated to do things

And he’s probably having troubles with coming up with ideas for his radio broadcast

Then you come back and he’s back to normal

It’s like his subconscious went “oh, cool :D”

But now that brings up another obstacle for him

As established before he wants any threats out of his way, but he somehow has grown attached to you?

This wasn’t what he wanted, no not at all

Now what was he supposed to do?

Even worse is the realization that he still has humanity

Humanity is weakness

And if some like say… Vox found out about this?

He’d be royally fucked

It takes a looong while for him to figure out that A. It was love, and B. Come to terms with that

Lots of avoidance and back handed comments

If you sat at the bar? He’d leave

If you tried to compliment him, you’d only get a short “Hm.”

If you invited him to talk with you, even just to get to know him he’d make an excuse

And if Charlie attempts to force him he will refuse/ escape in some way

Blowing up and asking him what his problem is won’t help either

He’ll sit there with a patient smile with petty thoughts, and justifications for his actions running through his head as he tried to appear unfazed

Until someone interrupts/ ends the conversation or you just give up and leave

He’ll leave while rolling his eyes slightly, muttering about how sensitive people are these days

Once he does finally come to terms with it, he’s less hostile around you

Don’t get me wrong he still avoids you like the plague because you’re his only weakness

But he’s kinder to you when he does interact with you

Maybe he’ll offer to pay for your drink before leaving

He might even leave a little box of homemade chocolates at your door, or give you some ‘leftover’ Jambalaya he made specifically for you to try

Little favors like that

Dating

It’s never really said aloud that the two of you are dating

It just was sort of agreed upon silently between the two of you

One day he invited you via letter to come skygaze with him at his radio tower

At first you’re kind of suspicious that he has an ulterior motive

But when you get there and you’re invited to sit beside Alastor, you realize he just wanted to see you. Why? You didn’t know, but at least his intentions weren’t ill

Then he crossed his pinky with yours

Nothing grand like kissing, he’s not too fond of physical affection

But just a small bit of contact

If you choose to interlock your pinky with his, internally he’ll lose his mind

It’s like confirmation that you feel the same way without verbally saying it

Since then everyone just sort of knew at the very least he cared a bit more about you

He’d frequently talk with you

Like how most people would interact with good friends

Except he gets a little more protective of you

There’ll be a shadow that follows you everywhere

Sometimes the shadow will tease a bit

Maybe pick up a piece of hair and then put back in place quick, or maybe brush against your arm, nothing harmful, really

Since he doesn’t really show his love through physical affection, he shows it through gifts or acts of service

Mainly acts of service

You’ll often go back to your room after a hard day to find your bed made and your pillows fluffed with a new stuffed animal on your bed

His favorite way to show his affection physically is by your hand

He won’t really hold your hand outright, but he’ll usually gently kiss it after saying something romantic

Maybe if your sitting at the bar, talking with Husk he will

When he’s feeling especially happy, or romantic, or he somehow got wasted, he’ll give you a peck on the lips, but that’s about the only time you two really kiss

He will cuddle if you ask to but otherwise he doesn’t really do cuddling

The first time you tell him you love him, even just as a quick goodbye, he’ll melt on the inside

If you look close enough you can see his eyes soften a tad bit

He’ll probably say “you too” if the both of you are in public, or something along those lines, but if you’re in private, maybe cuddling or as he’s comforting you for some reason

He’ll say it softly, and then most likely give you a small head pat, or if he’s getting really sentimental, he’ll give you a peck on the forehead

All in all, he does love you, he just sort of shows it in his own way that he’s comfortable with <3

Raven slams the book shut nervously

Damian clears his throat.

Damian takes her hand gently.

Damian: Rachel Roth, would you like to rule the league of assassins with me?

Raven looks at him embarrassed, thinking that he would have proposed something else. Embarrassed, she took a breath.

Raven: I thought you were, you! me too...

She blushed even while being held by Damian.

A thick, dark voice that he already knew well from inside sneered.

Trigon: Come on Raven until I know it's a marriage proposal!

*The creepy laugh resonated throughout his body, clenching his teeth she tried to calm himself down. *

Damian, he remained silent waiting for the answer, come on ,say something witch girl, he called her that affectionately...

Damian: So?

Raven was fighting inside when she said out loud.

Damian, who was already thinking about rejection and failure, took advantage of his girl's distraction, hiding the little box in his back pocket, thousands of thoughts passed through his head, hatred, shame, failure, regret, and pain...

He sighed, softening his grip on the young woman's hand, he would understand that he had changed, he was no longer the prejudiced and impulsive young man from a few years ago.

Raven stopped fighting with her father, noticing Damian's pulse accelerated and his hand not so strong anymore when she was going to speak, Dick appeared.

Dick: Hey guys, the dwarf proposed to his girlfriend!!!

Dick who had advised his young brother, screamed with emotion but seeing the scene he suddenly fell, Damian gave him those looks when they both fought.

Raven, who did not understand anything, looked at the young man who was holding his sword. When he moved, he dropped the small box that was hidden.

Raven understood, she blushed and gently took his hand.

Raven: So that's what I thought...

Damian: *sighs looking into her eyes* yes in fact it is a marriage proposal it just sounded better

Hey, mod here I finally decided to write headcanons for the Hantengu clone and Zohakuten should have done that sooner. Anyways let's begin. Btw this is still in progress I accidentally added this to my queue ;-;

All four Including Zohakuten

Sekido, Karaku, Aizetsu and urogi are more like quadruplets.

Sekido being the oldest and urogi the youngest of the four

They think of Zohakuten as their baby brother, and in return, he thinks of them as the annoying big brothers.

Like they have a brother dynamic, they stick together, they live together, they fight together and die together. If that's not quadruplet shit then I don't know what is.

All five of them consider Urami(hantengu) their father they would even call him Pa or father sometimes, they'ed even defend him like he's their dad.

all five are Blasien, specifically Nigerian. Like from the dub Aizetsu sounds like he might have a Nigerian Accent.

I have this theory, it's more like a headcanon tho and it doesn't really aline with Hantengus's backstory but anyways

The headcanon is that the clones were originally his sons and he lost all of them which caused him to become completely mentally and emotionally unstable

When he met Muzan, he agreed to turn into a demon but begged muzan to bring back his sons. when he turned, he gained the ability to split from his sons.

But that's just a theory, a game theory I'm sorry I had too

Hantengu is their last name, and is the name given to the main body they split from.

Urami (hantengu)

The Father of all five and The oldest

He made them their clothes and fixes them, he does it i swear. fight me.

Sekido

Sekido is the oldest of the five and therefore takes the role of the angry and strict older brother, that bonks the younger ones on the head once in a while.

He sleepwalks and has an extremely creepy walk when he does.

Like he will walk around like he's gonna absorb the others.

My Man has back problems because he never relaxes.

He gets told by all his brothers and even Urami, that his back problems and stiffness come from that.

He also doesn't really stretch, so yeah.

The pain is the reason why he always stands so stiffly straight and only does minimal movements.

His favourite colour is actually blue.

He despises drinking and smoke

he absolutely hates it so much

He hates that Karaku smokes.

Urogi and Karaku probably take him out drinking just to piss him off or to have someone sober enough to stop them from doing stupid shit while under the influence.

I'm sorry but he is a control freak

Like he wants everything to be perfect

And everyone to do their parts correctly and how he want's it done

Absolutely hates slacking and making jokes on missions or meetings.

it's pretty much canon.

He can cook, he doesn't really have to but he can and he can cook good shit.

He loves his brothers tho more than he likes to admit to himself or anyone else.

Karaku

Like sekido, Karaku is the the second oldest of all four

He is the type of person that would make deez nuts jokes and perverted suggestions.

Would embarrass others on purpose just to get a kick out of it.

Gives good sex and Romance advice even tho no one asked him to.

But If you do ask for advice for anything to do with sex, flirting or romance he is the man for that.

Smokes weed but denies that he does it as a running gig,

because he tried to lie to Urami with a cigarette in his mouth which he forgot about, because he indeed was high at that time

Also offered his blunt once to zohakuten who ofc made a grimace at the smell and declined, as a joke

Got caught doing it and got his ass beat by Sekido and lectured by Urami

He can get very serious tho if he wants to be or if it's about kyogai or Urami or any of his brothers

He does deeply care for his brothers even if he annoys the undying shit out of them on purpose.

Sweats easily, like this man gets extremely hot very fast

Definitely has a fan,

Sleeps with the fan ON.

Not even Urami or Kyogai can convince him it's bad for him he.

Can cook but only the same simply dish and ONLY WHEN HE IS HIGH

Aizetsu

He is the emotional mess of the four

Emotional support brother

He is the person you go to when you feel like everything is to much and you just want to pour your heart out

Great listener.

Let's you speak and gives great advice and suggestions when asked to give them.

Only if you aske him tho

He is also the one that tries to resolve things between all of them

He doesn't talk much about his feeling which even kyogai and sekido find concerning and both are bad at expressing their feelings

The calmest of the four even when he was a human baby.

He rarely screamd or was Fuzzy definitely was the easiest to take care of.

Can cook too because the other two refuse to or can't cook.

Urogi

The youngest and the Hyperenergised of the four.

Gets the Zoomis a lot and I mean A LOT like he will fly and run giggling around and just pass out on the floor or a tree or even on someone else

Is cuddly and affectionate as fuck, like he will randomly hug all of them.

Has Autism a 100%

Gets distracted by birds or shiny things

Has a great sense of humour like, if you need a laugh or need some energy he will and can help.

Man can't keep his mouth shut for even a second.

He can talk for hours without stopping he can keep secrets under one condition

KEEP. HIM. AWAY. FROM. BOOZE

Remember when I said he can't shut up? It gets worse when he is drunk and he gets drunk fast.

Remember when I also said he can keep secrets? Yeah fuck that, He will spill the beans when he is drunk and there is nothing you could do if he is intoxicated and talking

This man doesn't shower or bath, he will fight you if you try to get him to do it.

Probably Used to scream like he is getting murdered when Urami would bath him when he was a human kid.

Absolutely hates being called baby brother but doesn't say anything about it tho.

Is the type of person to put the big boy pants on if his big brothers can't.

Gives off old-soul energy tho he is not that old. And says he doesn't.

Everyone thinks he does

Even Urami thinks that he does

He makes sure Their old man is taken care of when the others go on missions when separated

Is the defeniton of the "i'm surrounded by idiots"

He and Aizetsu Were and still are the calmest of all of them even when they were kids

has a very adorable laugh, like he has that cute baby giggle

And he still has that giggle

While I'm thinking about Matt's cubito and being able to watch parts of his subathon this weekend:

Q!Bagi refers to the thing that follows her around as the god of the obscure since all/most of the cc's irl partners are represented as gods in the qsmp (most notably Kristen and Mine) but Matt's persona is a demon and I would find that so much more interesting.

People have mentioned the fact that she seems to have some affinity for attracting demons - dating q!Tina, bbfs with q!BBH, friends and co-mothers with q!Mouse, having q!Scottonauta on her purgatory team - so I'd find it very interesting if her 'deity' was also a demon.

Like at this point it's mentioned so much by fans that they have to do something with it and just canonising that the biggest voice in q!Bagi's head is a demon would add more layers of questions (and possibly answers) of why every demon likes her. And it's so fun to theorise about demons.

Something I noticed about Poison

*These two* This is a free transactional/thankful hand shake between two lovers who are abusers; Val is Overt & Vox is Covert.

(Please read what's above if you do not know what Overt/Covert means.) Note: These terms will be brought up again.

-Vox's face is smug, a sense of accomplishment residing in said smugness. - Additionally, he is gazing away from his lover to look towards Angels Bedroom.

-The, oh shit your up & walking face. (A massive tell tale sign someone feels caught; aka the victim or a bystander has seen the abuser in/after the act.) ^^^The drop of his heads posture/Widening of his eyes, mainly his hypnosis eye/His frown.^^^ (He uses his hypnosis eye for control) -Lil side note: The demon doing repair work, looks very uncomfortable, I think it's the only expression he makes. (This does not remove the fact that he has been drawn with a face of discomfort; engaging with apathy/sloth with a hint of sadness.)

-Vox is giving Val a gaze that speaks "are you going to keep things under control?" aka, Angel, the prized porn star. OR. You got this right? (simplified take) -Vals lip expression shows lack of enthusiasm plus lack of joy.

^^^Val uses this expression to show disapproval while asserting dominance. (A common tactic with abusers; both Overt & Covert abusers do this often as a means of utilizing fear. Because the victim knows they are upset & know what can happen when said abuser is upset.) + (Lowkey difference: Covert abusers are more carful about who is around to see/read that mentally abusive power move/Overt abusers usually thrive with an audience around.)

-This is the face of an abuser who has gotten away with it, through the aid of a lover. (It is not uncommon for SA abusers to share their victims/help other abusers SA individuals.) He knows that he got away with it, of course he did, they are top dog overlords who control minds & bodies through media influence. ^^^Vox gets away with keeping Angels truth a tucked away secret- (Him being raped via means of being drugged up in his own bedroom)-through Val; whom uses overt means of control, while Vox prefers his less tasteful habits be less known. Val makes sure what happened, stays unknown by others. ^^^Something something, birds of a feather or some crap^^^ (Match made in hell dead ass.)

Zohakuten Headcanons (Modern)

Zohakuten is 17-18 (Originally) Depending on the story he'll be different ages like (10,12,15)

Zohakuten is the most spoiled in his family since he is the youngest (He'll get so many gifts for Christmas and his birthday)

During middle school Zoha found it very easy to make friends with the girls instead (He had little to no guy friends)

When he got into High School, he met his current group of friends.

During middle school so many girls liked him to the point on Valentines Day his desk would be covered with cards, sweets, and baskets which did make the other guys jealous (He has rizz but doesn't know how to handle it)

He's one of the popular boys because he's handsome and that a lot of the girls know he is the little brother of the handsome Hantengu Quadruplets (He doesn't even know he's popular or the reason why)

He's a total mama's boy

Loves Mario.

He was so excited when the Mario Movie came out that he forced all his brothers into one of his cars and paid for everything with Karaku's credit card

He isn't allowed to use his own money so he usually has one of his brothers or all of their credit cards

Has too many Mario video games

Zoha likes to put stickers on everything including his brothers. (Karaku wasn't so happy to be covered in stickers)

Has some allergies (crab, Crab Rangoon, some seafoods, daisy's, and pollen)

When he was little he was in the hospital a lot either because he had a really bad allergic reaction or he got beaten up. Luckily his mom was there (Their mother happens to be a nurse so she always kept him company along with his brothers and father)

Zoha first fight was in Elementary school at recess because two older boys had the great idea to bully him because he was small.

Zoha did in fact win but he was beaten up pretty badly and his brother made sure those really learnt a lesson the next time they saw him

Zoha ended up in the hospital because he had a broken arm and a bruised face

Mama wasn’t so happy about it and sued the parents and had the two boys in juvie

He is 5 years younger than the quads/clones and 7 years younger than Hantengu and Urami

Grew up with his cousins 24/7

At the age 15 he got his first girlfriend (who is now his current girlfriend)

Still cool with the ladies to the point it brings Karaku to tears that his lil bro has so many girl contacts in his phone

He stays out really late and only comes home to let his brothers know that he is alive before leaving again (Only one the weekends and summer break)

Rest of the time he is home since he doesn't really go out unless it's for food or friends

His group of friends consist of too many girls, Daki, Nakime, Akaza, Kokushibo (Zoha's "sugar daddy". He just gives money to Zoha and he jokes about him being a Sugar Daddy to him), Douma, Kaigaku, Gyutaro (Zoha is like an older brother to him), Rui (Zoha is that one senior/Junior that adopted a freshman), Gyokko

Daki one time forced him to be a cheerleader for an entire year. He wasn't too happy

The only time Zoha will get into a fight is when someone is being highly disrespectful to one of his female friends which does get him suspended

Decides when he wants to go to school

His brothers can't really do a thing about it though it pisses Urami off when he goes to make sure he is awake but finds the quads and Zoha sleeping (The quads tried and failed)

Sometimes he leaves at 1 in the morning because Douma wanted food

He's truly only nice to his family and friends

The only one person who can truly disrespect him or piss him off without getting hurt is his cousin

His hair is curly and long. It goes down to his thighs but if straightened it'll go to his calves

He does cut it to a reasonable length like the length the Quads hair is at or his canon hair cut

Hantengu snd Urami have the same length hair as Zoha so Hantengu usually styles it for him

Daki likes to style his hair but certain styles makes him highly upset with her

Throws money at the problem or his fists

Looks mean but is truly nice

Likes to go to the gym with his brothers or Akaza

They get milkshakes afterwards

Not a big fan on pick me and snobby girls

If he is sick Sekido is the one who tends to stay home with him and gives him medicine and his blanket

Rarely goes to sleepovers because of Sekido packing his bag or that he wants to go home

In elementary school he was 4'10, middle school 5'2, currently he is 5'11, in the near future he'll be the same height as the quads

Many people find it hard to believe that he was born with purple hair. Most of the time it looks black in certain spaces/seasons, but if like you look closely with a flashlight or if he's out in the sun it's a dark purple (A unique feature he shares with the Quads)

Rich boy but keeps in his lane

The car he drove when he was 15 gave it away that he came from a rich family

Most of the time he is on the phone with his brothers, cousin, or Daki (In school)

He gets kicked out of class because of it

A sucker for sweets mainly chocolate

He's either brought lunch from Aizetsu or Urogi or brings his own lucnh

He is coddled a lot by the Quads mainly Sekido (doesn't matter if he big grown he still the baby)

Nonchalant attitude

Rui is sometimes nervous to go with him to different events or in general late at night

Zoha usually takes Rui to small parties or out to eat

Zoha once bought Rui several pet spiders because he got tired of hearing Rui complain about not having one

Tiktok Famous

He is known for having long hair/story times while he does his hair/doing one of his girl friends make up while doing a story time (During the time he was a cheerleader he learnt how to do makeup)

He didn’t go to school until he was 5

He was homeschooled because of his allergies

When he did go to school he was taken out around spring time because of his allergies and how he reacted to them.

When his brothers would do their homework he would sit in one of their laps and watch them or color a picture while they do their homework

The brothers spent half a month trying to convince their parents to let Zoha go to school with them

That's really all I have for now....I like the Senior adopting a freshman thing for Zoha and Rui along with the Hantengu's being rich

I was wondering what some of your OCs were like as children. Like who were the rebellious ones? The quiet ones? The mature ones? The ones who haven’t really changed vs the 180-degree switch? Etc.

And as a bit of a more in depth add-on, what made them change (or not) into the monster they are when they met reader?

Also I feel like they’d all be adorable as children. With some of them not having grown fangs, horns, tusks, etc. then *boom puberty* and they’re large intimidating monsters! It’d just be so funny having monster children with them cause you’d get to watch their unique growth cycles and any habits that come with it.

So cuuuuute ^_^ I love the idea of pre-teen monsters getting into hijinks

I picked some monsters below:

Vass was quiet, but a little rebellious. When he was a child, his mother and father, the King and Queen were at odds. As mentioned in one of the chapters, his father was a pretty awful dad. His mother was demanding, hoping to shape him into a future despot. She already had his future partner picked out and demanded they spend time together. Vass never wanted any of that and spent lots of time hiding and knitting to pass the time.

Arion was also very studious, but in a more happy go lucky way. His parents coddled him and listened closely when he babbled about his newest discoveries. He liked to be carried as a baby and usually curled up in him mom's coils while she went about her business and read books. Sadly, schoolchildren were not so loving or accepting. He had few friends and got picked on a lot. That's part of the reason he developed into a Yandere. He knew he was lovable, but he had a hard time making friends, so when he meets the love of his life, he'll do anything to keep her

Serge was spoiled rotten. He always got whatever he wanted when he wanted it. He was a little awkward in his teens, skinny and clumsy, but had a major glow-up in his twenties. He grew up with the belief that anything he wanted belonged to him and anyone who stood in his way was wrong. He was an absolute terror to his parents, exploding in melodramatic theatrics if they ever told him no. Even as a little baby he cried a lot and wanted to be carried.

Levi was meek. If you saw him as a young child, he would normally be dressed in a dark suit with a troubled look on his face as if he were at a funeral. His mother and father never got along. Though he preferred his father, he was a hardened vampire lord and didn't give him much affection. Levi learned to gain his love through good behavior. He was very studious and obedient. In return, his father helped him build his self-esteem and cruelty so that he could properly lead the family. He very much relied on his father until he was killed by his mother. Severin was always popular. He grew up handsome, and strong and was a natural-born leader. In some ways, he was too good, always following the rules, and could be a little high and mighty. It hurt him that some of his peers didn't like him because he was too perfect, but everyone knew he was destined for greatness. Though he had plenty of friends, he carried with him a little bit of sadness because, despite his confidence and muscles, he was a people pleaser inside. He did grow out of that, but when he meets his love, he can't help but bend himself into pretzels to make her happy. Once he has her to please, no one else's opinions on anything really matter to him.

Chase was also very popular. In tentacle monster terms, he was very handsome. As a kid, he was more rebellious, playing pranks and getting into scuffles, but his parents thought strength was a good quality to encourage. Despite his antics, he was very smart and always made good grades. While many girl tentacle monsters in his class swooned over him, he was more interested in getting into trouble with elaborate projects. He was a shoo-in for the position with his dark lord, having lots of evil doings in his portfolio by the time he graduated high school.
