PT 1. Stolas and Blitzø. To opposites who are connected in every way possible.

To start with the obvious, Stolas is a Goetia. Which outranks non-royal hellborns, sinners, imps, hellhounds, and yes even overlords. They are the third most powerful/influential family in hell following behind the Eldritch and the Mange -slash Morningstar?- family’s

Blitzø however, is an Imp. Even though they are a sub species of of hellborn demons, they are at the bottom of Hells hierarchy. They are seen as nothing but servants and labor workers for the ones higher up. Even to their sub species.

And yes both of em had this shitty dad background. I know. But when you really compare the two fathers, Bucko was just a Shitbag.

Yeah Paimon is absent in his own way, he’s distant and is indifferent to Stolas feelings. He does try to put effort to make him seem like a good dad. Where Bucko….fails…miserably…

Like come on! Paimon brought Blitzø for 5 cents and a Condom because he thinks that Imps are Lower than him. That checks out. He brought Blitzø to make Stolas happy, yeah that’s part of it but the other part was to keep Stolas off his Back. To keep him distracted.

Bucko didn’t need to sell Blitzø out. But he did. The major part of it was to steal from the Goetias blind eye. But another part was to keep Blitzø away from Him, away from the circus, Away from Fizz.. He sold Blitz out to yes steal but to also ‘get rid of the burden off his back.’ Bc that how he sees Blitz as.

As a Burden who will die alone….

interesting how fords been surrounded by triangles his entire life. looks like ford and bill were always doomed to meet each other

ford did seem to think that he is destined to be in gravity falls, destined to be part of greater things, and bill also thought he was "destined for so much more"

i think at some point bill really thought ford was the one that UNDERSTOOD him (well, ford did think "why did rudolph not simply kill the other reindeer? he shouldve burned his workshop to the ground"). some of his henchmaniacs didnt seem to actually like bill at all

quick edit for something ive found:

this is from "dreamscaperers", and apparently ford had been dreaming about the cipher wheel for weeks before he even found the cave. enough times that he was even able to perfectly draw the wheel on the journal. bill didnt even know about ford yet.

neil canonically uses his mother’s British accent when he’s traveling overseas so can we imagine maybe a group trip with either the monsters or maybe all the foxes (or maybe just him an andrew, if andrew consented to the long plane ride in any of these scenarios) and neil just slips into a fucking accent none of the foxes have ever heard him use before, and he does it like its his natural accent and not put-on at all.

i cant decide which is better: neil doing it on purpose just to see their faces or him doing it on accident and being confused by their faces.

it's crazy to me that almost everyone on the team had their own view or lens through which they perceived who jackie was. but what's even crazier is that, out of all of them, natalie probably got the closest to seeing her simply as a person. somehow, it was nat who acknowledged her death, took care of her remains, showed vulnerability and apologized to her. and even months later, you can count on her to keep jackie's memory alive, mentioning her, and still seeing jackie as the captain.
