You are the family,
I found for myself,
You're a Father's sagely advice,
Whenever I am in need,
You're a Mother's warm hugs,
Full of love when I weep,
You're the shoulders of a Sister,
Available for my cries,
You're a Brother's silent support,
Steadily standing by my side,
You are a Friend's mischievous grin,
Funny, teasing and sly,
You are my Mentor's guiding hands,
Teaching me the ups and down,
You are my Teammates' quick resolve,
That they would never let me drown,
You are a Lover's gentle smile,
My one and only,
If we all have each other,
We will never be lonely,

Tim Drake probably got into fights at school, but he didn't start the fights, he'd finish them. He'd also get away scott free.
People think that they can ruin the Drake's name with their kid getting into fights and causing problems, but no. They encourage him to do these.
Janet had a firm stance in her belief to have the upper hand, so he'd never get in trouble, because she'd blackmail and/or grill into the principal so hard they had to let him go and give the other kid(s) punishment.
Jack had one solid rule, don't start a fight, finish it, and always win. He enforced it by having occasional spars with Tim whenever he could and signed Tim up for all kinds of martial arts to make sure he knew how to fight.
Janet signed him up for whatever else extracurriculars he wanted(ballet, gymnastics, theater, art, vocal coaching, instruments, figure skating, track, etc.).
So just imagine, Tim Drake, publicly known to get into and win so many fights but with no prior context is seen as a trouble maker till they see how well behaved he is. They talk badly about him though, how much of a bad kid little Tim Drake who physically looks like his father but has the face and acts exactly like Janet when he speaks and leads.
And then his parents die and he doesn't cry. They think he's an even horrible kid for not caring about his parents' death even though he's torn.
And then he becomes a Wayne and his reputation, which only Alfred and Bruce know, brings the Wayne name down.
And then he becomes CEO of Wayne Enterprises and everyone expects him to be just like Bruce. What they don't expect is Janet Drake 2.0 when it comes to getting his way and the way he acts or Jack Drake 2.0 with his outstanding leadership and ideas and proposals and what not.
When the rest of the Waynes find out about his reputation, they don't believe it till they see it for themselves.
It's probably at a gala or some sorts. A socialite is being inherently racist towards Damian and talking about how bad of a kid he is. Tim is not standing for it.
"Oh I'm sorry!" he says just a but too loudly to get the attention if everyone in the place, "Would you care to finish that vile comment about my brother? That he was a what now."
"I do, in fact. Perhaps after everyone hears this you Waynes will do better to control that little devil and his unnatural brow-"
The socialite doesn't even get to finish his sentence when Tim karate chops their neck, making them choke(literally) in their own words.
"Oh what was that? Did someone who is actively cheating on their own wife with the underage heir of another company be racist towards my underage and tri-racial brother? Sorry? Did a pedophile defiling the 15 year old daughter of the Miller's family say my 11 year old brother's skin was the sign of the devil? Hm?"
No one says a word, even as they watch Tim twist his words and spill out every secret and dirty fact about the socialite.
They don't even stop him as they watch him beat the crap out of the person with out even trying when said person tries to throw hands with Timothey Jackson Drake, publicly known for getting into fights and winning as well as being graduated from every martial arts class in Gotham ever.
Police were involved, headlines were made, the Miller heir was no longer seen in public and her younger sibling was pronounced heir, and Tim Drake, not Wayne, got off without a scratch, repercussion, or warning.
Damian has never felt an older siblings' loving protection more than he did when he saw Tim grill that socialite. He s never felt more respect for the guy before. And suddenly Dick was lower on the sibling scale.
He was lower on the sibling scale for everyone. Good by #1 sibling Dick Grayson and hello Tim Drake.
Have a problem? Someone's mean or is picking a fight? Don't worry, Tim Drake's there.
Drake is more noticeable than Wayne when it comes to Tim, and everyone finds it out the hard way.

Vampire Cass!
Stupid Fruitloop and his stupid schemes! Right on Danny's class trip to Wayne Enterprises in Gotham, Vlad tested his Plasmius Maximus 2.0. Effectively taking away all of his Ghost powers for the whole day. In Gotham! He looks enough like a Wayne kid! He swears he already feels watched from the shadows.
Cass was restless. There was something in Gotham that was driving her instincts crazy. She already had her special smoothie from Alfred to curve her cravings, but there was something in town she needed to sink her teeth into. She needs to find it.
He's lost. Of course he's lost. just his luck he gets separated from his class and lost. Stupid Dash pushed him right into a dark alley! This is Gotham! He was literally almost mugged! Sam and Tucker weren't gonna answering his texts. Mr.Lancer had taken their phones because of Tuckers tech addiction being a distraction. "Not paying attention in Gotham could lead to disaster." How about being in trouble and needing to call for help? Great! now he's lost in an alley and... Someone was right behind him weren't they?
Cass was on the boy in an instant. He had good fighting instincts, but not good enough. She ducked under the punch he threw and grabbed his wrist. He used the other arm to block, she grabbed that wrist to and pinned both arms over his head and held them there with one arm. He then rammed his knee into her gut, but wasn't nearly strong enough to stop her. She grabbed the leg by the outer thigh and lifted it up moving closer into the boy. Putting her leg in-between his and leaning forward into his neck to drink.
Danny had no idea what was going on! He was standing on one leg, pinned against a wall, arms held above his head, and a woman was biting his neck. A sharp sting on his neck made him whine. He couldn't think straight and was starting to feel dizzy. The woman on him let out a sensual moan and he felt himself drift into unconsciousness. "whelp, second times the charm" Danny thought as he drifted away.
This boy tasted so good! He was like nothing she had ever tasted before! There was something foreign and exotic in his blood. When she had bitten him he gave out this little whine that was SO attractive, She had involuntarily moaned into him. She was enjoying every moment of this. The way he felt, tasted, smelled, the way he... He was unconscious! OH No! Too much! She needed to pull out now!
Danny woke up in his hotel room for the school trip. He still had his clothes on- Nope never mind! This was not his shirt! His favorite white shirt with the red oval was gone and now he was wearing a black shirt with one of the bat symbols on it. And his neck hurt!
"Cass where did you get that shirt?" Tim was sneaking into the kitchen, trying to get another cup of coffee. Where he found his sister in a obviously well-worn white and red shirt that he had never seen before. It clearly wasn't Cass's, though he knew she was a clothes thieve. She only gave him a smug look and said "mine".
Danny has no idea what happened in Gotham or how he got this mark on his neck. But he knows Vlad won't stop staring at it and won't come within 10 feet of him. He literally used it to case Vlad out of his house and down the street. It was hilarious! Maybe he should go back to Gotham and try to find out what happened.

Week 1 of Trump Presidency 2.0
Elon Musk did a Nazi Salute twice at inauguration although some (mostly Telsa bros from Elon's fan club) claim it was actually a Roman Salute so it's not fascist or racist. Germany and Austria disagree and said personally they would have arrested Musk for doing that. here [edit: Musk has since appeared at a alt-right German campaign saying Germany is too focused on the past and should move past the guilt of Nazi past. He also says he'll save Germany soo] here
Trump signed an executive order stating all of America is female here
Trump pardoned Ross Ulbricht, founder of dark website Silk Road, who was convicted and sentenced to two life sentences, plus 40 years with no parole in May 2015. Ulbricht's charges included money laundering, drug trafficking, conspiring to commit computer hacking, and engaging in the continuation of a criminal enterprise (Prosecutors also say Ulbricht ordered 6 hits including one against a former Silk Road employee although there is no evidence that any hit was successfully carried out). here
Trump issued an executive order undoing many of Biden's orders. Of the 78 orders' signed by Biden that Trump is revoking, the majority are related to climate change, COVID-19, workplace and racial equality, public health accessibility, education and other public programs here
Bank of America CEO states that crypto will now be embraced by banks (side note Trump and Melania have both created crypto currencies) here
Tiktok is back and Trump said he doesn't care about full ownership he just wants 50% here
Trump has placed an executive order withdrawing from the WHO. here
Trump is expected to issue an executive order focused on "reshaping the military" including banning transgender troops here
Trump promises an overhaul of FEMA, including potentially attaching conditions before aid can be granted, or even dismantling FEMA entirely here
Places of worship, schools, and hospitals are no longer safe havens for migrants from ICE. This has already resulted in the mass deportation of thousands of immigrants, including a plane to Colombia that Trump threatened tariffs if the country did not accept. here and here. Additionally deported were 88 individuals who arrived on the 24th. For the Brazilian deportees, teh Brazil Foreign Ministry is demanding an explanation from the Trump administration, citing the administration's "disrespect for human rights" when the deportees were found to have been withheld water, handcuffed together, and denied bathroom access, with some reportedly being beaten and requiring medical attention. here
Trump stated he plans to mass relocate the people of Gaza by sending everyone to Jordan or Egypt to "clean out" the area of Palestinians. Back in May Biden had placed a hold which prevented Israel from receiving several 2,000 pound bombs from the US, Trump released the hold on the 26th saying its been long enough for Israel to not have their bombs. here

Got new server hardware at my job, that means the old server hardware is soon to be mine.
Its truly bonkers how much perfectly functional ewaste is generated by enterprises, like the company i work for is just gonna toss a shitload of computers just because they don't have tpm 2.0 modules or the headers to install them. but they're fine computers with like 8gb of memory and okay 7th gen i5s. Like you're not going to be playing games on them, but most of my home infrastructure is built on worse computers.
Like holy shit, if we ditched windows at my org we could be replacing all our computers every five years instead of two.

Robron Fanfiction Recommendations (Dec-2024)

The below were recommended on the Voldemort site and 🦋 during December 2024
As the sun rises (2020) 31.5K words, softlyspoken
Post reunion 3.0, Sebastian POV. Sebastian is 13 years old when Aaron attempts to see his son but that woman continues to block him until Sebastian runs off for few hours returning to find Aaron and Robert there. Willing to get to know the two, Sebastian decides to stay with them for a week at the Mill. There he sees for himself how devoted and attached the two are to each other (Aaron even dumped his last boyfriend Reggie soon after Robert returned from prison) but that also Robert is struggling to cope with what he went through inside and his worthiness to be back with family. But for Sebastian it’s learning about the family he lost out on, warts and all, and accepting what Robert did isn’t who he truly was and still is…
Oh it’s such a shame for us to part (2016) 14.1K words, softlyspoken
Alternative canon for Nov-2015. Aaron spouts out venom toward Robert to reinforce to him what was said post-chicken run 2.0 that he hated him and that he wouldn’t care if he died. Those words soon haunt him as Chas, in her sleepwalking trance, stabs Robert (instead of Diane) and Aaron is beside himself trying to keep him alive until the ambulance arrives. Even with words of being sorry and loving Aaron, that doesn’t mean they’d be together. By the end, the two have a much needed clearheaded discussion where they go from there.
Come what may (2020) 18.4K words, anythingbutplatonic
Reunion 3.0. It’s been now months since Robert went to prison and Aaron’s just about to sign the divorce papers until the one and only DS Wise arrives with the worst news… Robert attempted to take his life. So what does Aaron do? Demand to know where Robert is and he hurries off to see his still husband. Along the way, Aaron realizes he missed all the signs of just how badly fractured Robert’s mental health was and prison only exacerbated those feelings. It’s gonna be a long road of recovery for Robert who feels unworthy, a burden and an unnecessary responsibility to Aaron.
Seat Fillers (2020) 5.1K words, Ok_To_Be_Me
Reunion 3.0. Aaron’s about to have ‘the talk’ with the bloke he’s been involved with, Marc (who brings in Liv as a back up to talk him around), when Robert shows up at his doorstep out of prison. Removing those that are not Robert, Aaron decides it’s time for a much needed chat with his soulmate which includes why he didn’t fight for him and where they go from there. In short, seat fillers fill an emptiness until the star of the show returns.
A hundred mini dreams and a healing scar (2020) 65.4K words sugdensrobert
Reunion 3.0. It’s seven months later and Robert is a free man because another victim came forward and because of the overcrowding in prison. While doubtful of returning to the village, he does so and to his surprise, Aaron wants him back (the same day) even though he hasn’t forgiven him for cutting him off. Aaron realizes right off the bat that Robert is not the same man… unsure of himself, feeling he isn’t worth it and not wanting to be a burden to him. But especially so, Robert had no support those seven months… and even before then… and Aaron’s determined to be there for him (and fight for him) when he wasn’t before.
Stay Awhile ‘verse series (2020) 24.2K words, exploring_in_space
AU. Two stories. Robert works for his father at Sugden Enterprises as a business operations manager in the logistics department. He’s determined to make Jack proud and that means 75 hour work weeks. On a day ending with more overtime, Robert winds up at a pub in a seedy part of town and it’s where he comes across Aaron. Aaron takes charge taking him to his home but is rubbed the wrong way when Robert tries to pay him. So there on out it’s about Robert’s struggle to accept who he is which affects how he handles Aaron over the course of months and whether it’s worth getting Jack’s acceptance after all. The second story is Aaron’s POV which includes Adam.
The universe series (2020) 16.4K words, Karla_Kattz
Single dad AU. Two stories. Since Sebastian saw a show about the moon and the stars, he’s become obsessed with all things about the universe. Robert decides to take him to the observatory to feed his interest. It’s where they meet Aaron who makes a great impression on Sebastian believing he’s a scientist because of the knowledge he shares. While entrepreneur Robert has no space for dating, boyfriends or even an affair, he still trades numbers with Aaron and so begins them getting to know each other. But his sister isn’t accepting of Aaron in case Sebastian gets hurt and Aaron himself hasn’t been above board about a certain part of his life which might put a dent in their growing relationship…
Ghosts of You (2020) 22.6K words, dirtylittlegreasemonkey
Reunion 3.0, year 2037. While in Leeds during Christmas, Aaron spots a lad and automatically just knows it’s Sebastian working in a coffee shop. It takes a couple of visits before the two actually talk and come to talking about Robert and Sebastian mentions finding him via LinkedIn having made a name for himself in a new business in Manchester. Sebastian is the first to contact Robert (but don’t expect any close relationship) and it’s from there where it takes over with Aaron seeking out Robert learning he’s involved with a woman. They take a chance at friendship for a few months. But can the hurts of the past be put in the past to allow them that one final chance at being truly happy… together?
The insubstantial shadows (2017) 15.3K words, thisissirius
Mythology AU. Robert and Aaron have been in another car accident which has landed Aaron once again in a hospital bed with Robert there nonstop. At a blink of an eye, Hades sits himself next to Robert. He’s about to have Robert take a harrowing journey through Hell literally in order to save Aaron from dying. Robert’s companions during this journey into his past includes Katie, his birth mum Pat and then later joined by Jack. As Robert continues to feel unworthy of being with Aaron (and determined not to look back) during this emotional sojourn, will he be able to face the most critical moment in his life to make sure Aaron lives or was he doomed to fail from the start?

In the winter of 2022, Rachel Maddow announced that she was taking a break from her nightly show on MSNBC. An expectation that she would step away permanently created “a near-existential crisis” for the network, Dylan Byers, a reporter for Puck, wrote, with industry insiders chattering about “the lack of an obvious successor.” Byers asked whether Jen Psaki—who was still President Biden’s press secretary but reportedly close to leaving the White House for a TV gig, and on the radar of several networks—offered a potential solution. “After all,” Byers noted, her role under Biden required her “to explain complicated matters of politics and policy and debunk falsehoods—which is not dissimilar from the job Maddow has created for herself at 9 P.M., where she typically punctures G.O.P. talking points and spends entire segments circuitously arriving at a point.” Psaki’s time in the White House briefing room had also made her a darling of a certain type of #Resistance liberal—for restoring a “West Wing”-ish sense of civility after the caustic Trump years, but also for her supposedly deft clapbacks to reporters’ vacuous or hostile questions. Those came to be known online as #PsakiBombs.
Psaki did, indeed, end up at MSNBC, but not as Maddow’s immediate successor in the coveted 9 P.M. slot, which went to Alex Wagner, a former daytime host. Maddow stuck around, but hosted only one night a week. She returned to full-time duties, however, for the first hundred days of the second Trump Administration, which she covered with alarm, while also emphasizing the growing grassroots opposition to it. And, now that that period is over, Wagner is out, and Psaki is finally inheriting the time slot. (Maddow will continue her weekly appearances; Wagner will stay at MSNBC as a senior political analyst.) Psaki’s ascent, as Byers, of Puck, put it recently, suggests that she is now, along with Maddow, the “marquee star of the MSNBC enterprise.” In a trailer for her new show, she struck a Maddovian note of anti-Trump defiance. “You can’t cower to bullies; that’s how they win,” she said. “We are not powerless. We have our voices. And I will continue using mine.”
Yet Psaki and Maddow are in many ways different. As I’ve written before, Maddow’s signal contribution to the cable format, which can often be superficial, has been her often lengthy and, yes, circuitous monologues situating current events in historical context, a technique that can bring a welcome cooling perspective in crazy times, however overheated Maddow might then get about the news of the day. (You don’t have to like her politics to appreciate her approach—Steve Bannon has described himself as an admirer.) Psaki, during a media tour to promote her new show, has stressed that Maddow is inimitable and suggested, instead, that her own chief value will be as an experienced insider who can decrypt Washington for viewers. “I like history, too,” she told Byers, but “what I feel like my love is, and what I have experience in and hopefully I can bring insight to, is, like, what it’s like to be in the arena.” Maddow told People that this would make Psaki’s show better than hers. Psaki “both knows people and knows how to talk to people,” Maddow said, before describing herself as “a weird little hermit.”
It seems doubtful, however, that Psaki will become as much an avatar of the resistance to Trump 2.0 as Maddow was of the #Resistance to Trump 1.0, or that she will score as well in that most crucial of cable currencies: ratings. As other commentators have suggested, the #PsakiBomb phenomenon was always strange, belying how bland and low-key most of her public performances as press secretary actually were. (And it now feels like a relic: a search for the hashtag on X and Bluesky this week, the morning after the first episode of her show aired, returned no new results.) Maddow—once dubbed a “bellowing soothsayer” by Vanity Fair, and, reportedly, “ratings Viagra” by network executives—has built an enormously loyal audience over the years. Those tipped to step into her shoes—Wagner, Mehdi Hasan—haven’t managed to match her.
In many ways, though, this is an unfair expectation. In part, Maddow has been so successful because she is and always has been a singular talent. But we are also, of course, living through the fracturing of our information ecosystem. The question now, perhaps, isn’t whether Psaki or anyone else is the next Maddow, but whether the 9 P.M. Eastern hour on MSNBC still matters at all, as either a source of news or a lightning rod for liberal energy.
It’s a common article of faith that cable news is dying, ditto that the mediasphere has splintered since the heyday of Walter Cronkite (or even of CNN), with younger people, in particular, now getting their news—or, more worryingly, not—from a dizzying array of apps, social platforms, and podcasts, and a combination of opaque algorithms and personal choice insuring that no two news consumers see exactly the same things. Trump, we have been told endlessly, has expertly gamed this new world, by weaponizing the decline of traditional news sources to sow division and distrust and, more recently, appearing on podcasts—both political and ostensibly not—that value vibes and authenticity over facts. As the manosphere goes, apparently, so goes the nation.
Since Trump returned to office, prominent Democrats have sought to catch up to his perceived advantage online, sometimes even giving the appearance that they’ve used the internet before. In March, as Trump addressed a joint session of Congress, Democratic lawmakers invited liberal influencers to help amplify their response, though some of the resulting content was mocked as staged or, worse, cringe; around the same time, Gavin Newsom, the governor of California, launched a podcast featuring bizarre, friendly banter with hard-right brawlers like Bannon and Charlie Kirk. (Jay Caspian Kang panned the endeavour as “embarrassing” in this column). Other governors have been less embarrassing, on sports shows, for instance, and last month, Pete Buttigieg, the former Transportation Secretary, dipped at least one toe into the manosphere, chatting for nearly three hours on the comedy podcast “Flagrant” and coming across as relatively relatable. Last week, MeidasTouch—a liberal content machine that posts hyperactively across various platforms and has been described as appealing “to those for whom Rachel Maddow is too subtle”—hosted four governors for a virtual town hall, including J. B. Pritzker, of Illinois, who is currently being touted as a key leader of the resistance.
One can debate whether Psaki qualifies as a prominent Democrat in a political sense; she has spent the bulk of her career in Democratic campaigns and Administrations but, after joining MSNBC, has described herself as a journalist. Either way, her anti-Trump message is broadly the same, and will have to overcome similar challenges in breaking through a crowded media environment. High-profile former cable anchors—including Joy Reid, axed from MSNBC (to Maddow’s dismay) during the same programming reshuffle that saw Psaki elevated—have found an audience by posting independently to Substack, stripped of the bells and whistles of a fancy studio. In a similar vein, people are increasingly watching the video versions of podcasts as TV. The most influential resistance-adjacent media figure of this moment might not be anyone at MSNBC but the Times columnist and podcast host Ezra Klein. Recently, MeidasTouch briefly overtook Joe Rogan’s wildly popular podcast in terms of downloads.
It’s certainly true that the 9 P.M. Eastern slot on MSNBC is too little (and literally too late) to stand astride the modern media landscape. And yet it’s also possible to exaggerate the death of established formats. The notion that Trump won last year because he had the brilliant idea to tour apolitical podcasts, and that this was entirely new, oversimplifies the reality. Fox News remains hugely influential on the right, and is still watched by several million people in prime time; Maddow’s nightly show during the first hundred days of Trump’s current term scored ratings in the millions, too. (Indeed, hers was the only non-Fox offering among the top fifteen highest-rated cable shows between January and March.) And political élites still care about what happens on cable—not least Trump himself, who has stuffed his Administration with Fox personalities, and recently found time to attack Maddow from the Oval Office. (“Nobody watches her anyway,” he said—a telltale sign that people do.)
The line between the polished old-school structure of the TV studio and the badlands of the podcastverse is perhaps blurrier than it might initially appear. It’s impossible to imagine an MSNBC version of, for example, Buttigieg’s three-hour “Flagrant” odyssey (with its digressions on, among other things, how hot Scandinavians are). But if shows like that reflect, in part, a growing audience demand for content that takes more time to unspool than the typical cable segment, one could argue that Maddow preëmpted that trend, and did it on cable news, with her winding historical monologues and earnest self-presentation. (In recent years, Maddow has herself adapted to the fracturing of our media world, branching out into podcasts and books, in addition to her show.) And some digital offerings, like the MeidasTouch governors’ town hall with Pritzker et al., would not look so out of place on MSNBC. Psaki, for her part, has spoken recently of the importance of making content for TikTok or YouTube in between her nightly shows, rather than counting on being appointment viewing. “Everybody kind of has to do everything right now,” she told the Poynter Institute. “If there was one thing, everybody would be doing it. There isn’t one clear silver bullet. So we all gotta try lots of stuff.”
If the point of MSNBC’s 9 P.M. hour is to be the tentpole for the resistance, based on some idea of a TV-centric liberal monoculture, Psaki’s show is all but destined to fail. The notion of a singular tentpole was always a bit of an illusion anyway, even during the early days of the first Trump Administration, when Maddow was No. 1 in prime time and perhaps at the apogee of her cultural relevance, for better or worse. (I’m old enough to remember the buzz generated, around the same time, by an upstart liberal venture called “Pod Save America.”) And the further fragmentation of the media landscape doesn’t mean that prime time has suddenly turned into worthless real estate. Psaki’s show will, at least, be one fragment among all the others, and perhaps a relatively noticeable one. She may not have a hot new platform. But she is a political celebrity, which can still help you stand out from the crowd.
If the media environment is fragmented, so, too, is the Democratic resistance itself: split, as Kang wrote in this column, in February, among incompatible strategic impulses; severed from a discredited Party establishment but uncertain where to go next; fundamentally leaderless. As Biden’s former press secretary, Psaki is plausibly part of that discredited establishment, even if she left the role in 2022. (During her recent media tour, she has had to parry questions as to what, if anything, she knew about Biden’s decline, with her response—essentially, that she knew nothing—proving to be catnip for right-wing websites.) But, as Kang suggested, those who still have a platform can use it to cast off the establishment mantle—even if they really should have to wear it. A leadership vacuum is also an opportunity.
Kang ended his column by asking readers to “picture the most intense, bleeding-heart liberal you know, the type who has five signs in their front yard, rage-watches the news, and has spent the past ten years worried that Donald Trump will march us straight into fascism,” and then wondering where all that energy might go next. That person sounds, to me, like a Maddow viewer, and possibly now a Psaki one. Psaki surely won’t harness that energy for herself, at least not in any electoral sense. (She has said that she’s done with government service, unless she’s one day offered an ambassadorship in a warm climate.) But she is pitching her new show as a space where possible future Democratic leaders—prominent already or not—will be able to get a hearing, and that itself confers a certain sort of power. Recently, Byers, of Puck, asked Psaki how she’s thinking about MSNBC’s status as a Democratic Party forum, now that others exist, too. “There are still millions of people—more if you’re Rachel Maddow and Fox News—but there’s still millions of people watching cable at night,” she replied. MSNBC has “a tremendously dedicated audience of people who wanna hear what all these people who may aspire to be leaders have to say.”

Some Velvette headcanons
Velvette was not her name as a human. But she didn't like her real name, it made her feel week and powerless, so she started to introduce herself as Velvette once in hell.
The only one who knows her real name is Vox. Not even Valentino. Not because she doesn't trust Valentino, but because she didn't want anyone to know her name. Vox finding out was an accident, but he doesn't tell anyone. Not even Val.
Vox only calls her by her real name when she really messes up and he is really mad at her. But that doesn't happen often, is more common to find Velvette mad with Vox or Valentino.
Speaking of mad, Velvette is the only one capable of shutting Valentino up with a scream when she is really angry with him and make Valentino feel in #danger. Like if she screams "VALENTINO" very furious, Valentino knows he really fucked up this time, it's better to shut up, ask for forgiveness and do what she says before she gets angrier.
That is the reason why Angel likes Velvette a little more than the other two Vees. He says, quote "Anyone capable of shutting Valentino up with a scream has my respect". Still, Angel doesn't exactly trust her and wouldn't want to be around her that much, but it's not exactly rude to her.
On the other hand, Velvette thinks that Angel is cool, but she doesn't think too much about him. He is Valentino's business. They are friendly acquaintances.
Velvette is not only the youngest Overlord, but in all the history of Overlords (except maybe for Alastor, but Alastor is weird) she is the one who became an Overlord in the shortest time.
She is very perceptive and knows what to say to make people do as she says and convince them, that's why she got her first soul just 6 months after arriving in hell. The average is five years.
It only took her a year to have a good amount of followers, deals, and starting to have a reputation and getting sinners to know her name. She started to rise to power faster than anyone, but in a normal way, not like Alastor who one day appeared out of nothing and started to kill Overlords and become powerful. Velvette was more progressive and in the shadows. Her turning powerful was pure due to her hard work and easy way to influence others. Still, it was unusual enough so demons and Overlords were wary of her because they experienced Alastor's grab of power not so long ago. They weren't thrilling for an Alastor 2.0. But she is nothing like him.
Vox was the very first to notice her potential and approach her with a proposal to join his team (this was after Alastor refused the same proposal). Velvette wasn't so sure at first, but she knew that, even if she got to the position she wanted, it would take her more time to do it alone than it would with a team, so she said yes.
The first meeting with Valentino was very uncomfortable. Valentino, of course, being Valentino wanted to lick Velvette's arm as he did with Charlie. But Velvette doesn't take shit of anyone and using her weapon, she basically perfored Valentino's shoulder and made him back off.
"If you ever touch me again like that, I will fucking kill you"
But they have left that episode in the past and now they are like siblings who love to annoy each other. Valentino and Vox are his family and the ones she loves the most (for now). She would do anything for them.
She loves to express her love to her loved ones, especially with gifts and pet names.
Her primary love language is giving gifts. The second one is words of affirmation.
Her weapon is like a big needle that she can control with her mind and cross her enemies' chest, hearts, or any part she wants. Picture Yondu's weapon in Guardians of the Galaxy, something like that.
She knows so much about business, enterprises, making deals, being perceptive, and using psychology to convince others to do what she wants because her human family was rich, and made her get involved in the family's business.
Her role in her family's enterprise was marketing, principally through social media, another skill she learned due to her family, and that has helped her in her time in hell.
She is the youngest of three siblings. She had a bad and tense relationship with her sister. But she was very close with her brother (her brother was the member she was the most close with). Maybe that's the reason why she can connect more with Valentino and Vox than, let's say, Carmilla or Rosie. Val and Vox are her new big brothers.
Her sister is also the reason why she hates pussy people so much, especially if said people have power. Her sister had so much power, and she wasted it, being afraid and shy and kind. She hated it.
She is adopted. So she felt she had to earn her place in the family. That's why she got the most involved with the business.
The family business had to do with drugs, both "legal" (medicine that was addictive and killed you slowly but you couldn't stop buying it because of how addictive it was) and illegal (other types of drugs). Even if passively, she is responsible of the death of thousands so yes... That's one of the reasons she is in hell.
Her family had many enemies. One of them hired a hitman to kill them and he succeeded. His whole family is in hell, except his sister, but he only talks to his brother sometimes.
Even if she has some knowledge of drugs thanks to her family business, in hell is something she doesn't want to have anything to do with. Drugs are the business of her parents, she would get to power by her own means.
Her true passion is making clothes. Both design and stitch.
She has two notebooks with clothes designs. One with designs for the regular demons, and one with designs specially made for her loved ones. So Vox and Valentino (and later Emily).
She has a pretty good sleeping schedule, but when for A or B reasons she can't sleep, she doodles clothes designs.
She hates crying. Crying is a weakness.
She loves sweet food, but she loves even more sour ones.
She absolutely can't cook, wash clothes, clean the house. She always had people to do it for her. So yeah, esteriotypical rich kid.
That will be all for today! I hope you like it. I got a little carried away with this but is just because I love Velvette so much 😂♥️

If these are men
(Published in Italian on La Stampa website, 25 Jan 2025 h 01:00)
Written by Caterina Soffici
Illegal immigrants in chains, heads bowed, lining up to board a plane that will deport them. In chains, like slaves on plantations, like prisoners of a dictatorship, like deportees in war.
We don't know anything about these people. All we know is that they picked them up in the raids that Trump promised on the campaign trail and they are not eligible to stay in the United States. They may be criminals. Or they might not. We don't know and we don't care. They always deport them like that, handcuffed. Maybe for law and order issues. Or for security. In chains one guard is enough to control several. We don't know and we don't care. Because in civilized countries, in democracies that are honored to bear that name, there is a rule: you don't show people handcuffed. Because handcuffs are a synonym for guilt. They are a disgrace, an infamy. In France, the media are not allowed to show pictures of handcuffed people until they are finally convicted. Ditto in Italy. In Japan, even the hands of the person in handcuffs are blurred in photos. In Hong Kong, to preserve the dignity of the handcuffed person, police offer a head covering or screen.
Instead, the White House displays the chains as a trophy and does so from the official account on the “X” platform. The message this photo wants to send to the world is clear: there they are, we caught them, look at these criminals. The image is not one of Elon Musk's craziness or one of Donald's late-night tweets. It would still be bad, but we've gotten used to it by now. The photo is an official image of the Trump 2.0 administration and is designed specifically to be taken up and discussed. This is how people communicate now: threats rather than messages, warnings entrusted to the network. What is new is the nastiness exhibited. Before, it was just done and people tried to deny it. Such an image, seized by an enterprising photographer, would have embarrassed the U.S. administration. Justifications would have been sought, excuses made, misunderstandings invoked. Remember the scandal over the treatment of prisoners at Guantanamo? Here, now it is the other way around. They are exhibited as a weapon of power.
In the age of Trump 2.0, not only are terrible things said. But they are done (or attempted to be done, consistent with judges ratifying their constitutionality). And they are flaunted to the world as evidence of how incisive the president's actions are. “Promise made, promise kept. Deportation flights have begun,” is the overprint. “President Trump is sending a strong message to the world: those who enter the United States illegally will face serious consequences.”
Hit one to scare a thousand. This is the new philosophy of this right wing that wants at all costs to “épater le bourgeois,” to corner the hated political correctness, to crush the hypocritical liberal elite. Little does it matter if in this triumphant march of nastiness, humiliation of the weakest, exaltation of wealth as a single and universal value, where no pietas is contemplated, rights are trampled upon and the very foundations of democracy are undermined. In fact, I tend to think that's exactly what the project is.

This can't be good. Three-quarters of scientists polled said they would consider leaving the US.
Trump and his cult don't believe in science. Five years ago Trump was telling Americans to drink bleach, gobble malaria pills, and stick UV tubes up our collective ass to cure COVID-19. Trump 2.0 is moving aggressively to cancel science so it doesn't conflict with MAGA ideology. The administration is strangling US dominance in science and technology.
Authoritarians dislike sources of verifiable information and knowledge which contradict party ideology. Without real science, there are fewer critics of the régime.
More than 1,200 scientists who responded to a Nature poll — three-quarters of the total respondents — are considering leaving the United States following the disruptions prompted by Trump. Europe and Canada were among the top choices for relocation.

The trend was particularly pronounced among early-career researchers. Of the 690 postgraduate researchers who responded, 548 were considering leaving; 255 of 340 PhD students said the same. Trump’s administration has slashed research funding and halted broad swathes of federally funded science, under a government-wide cost-cutting initiative led by billionaire Elon Musk. Tens of thousands of federal employees, including many scientists, have been fired and rehired following a court order, with threats of more mass firings to come. Immigration crackdowns and battles over academic freedom have left researchers reeling as uncertainty and disruption permeate all aspects of the US research enterprise.
Don't think that research institutions outside the US haven't been paying attention.
Institutions outside the United States are taking advantage of the Trump turmoil, the researcher says. “From what I’m hearing from the places we’re talking to, and other people who are looking to take international jobs, a lot of universities in these countries are seeing this as a once-in-a-generation opportunity,” he says. “I think it has gone from ‘Can we recruit a few people?’ to ‘How many people can we actually take?’ — because the demand is there.”
Trump and Musk are inflicting long-term serious damage on the United States. Unless the MAGA-DOGE duo is held in check, US national security and the economy may never fully recover.

How OPERATION SCARIANT 2023 is being used to launch Plandemic 2.0 Plandemic 2.o is an integral piece of the Great Reset implementation plan and New World Order agenda to be executed in earnest this Fall of 2023. OPERATION SCARIANT, which features the extremely ‘scary’ Omincron subvariant known as Eris, is the main show for folks who are still captivated by this ridiculous government-sponsored but extremely serious genocidal enterprise.
Nevertheless, there are numerous reasons why the Khazarian genocidal bioterrorists are hellbent on rolling out Plandemic 2.0 this Fall. The following list presents only some of the most significant NWO goals, WEF objectives and WHO targets. (1) To cover up the massive excess death numbers directly resulting from the ongoing Covid vaccine genocide across America (and global depopulation scheme)
(2) To stealthily kill vaccinated children who are now much more vulnerable to the bacterial infections associated with Eris (aka Omicron [B.1.1.529] a subvariant of SARS-CoV-2
(3) To intensify the slow-motion slaughter of vaccinated 20 to 45 year-olds who are now much more susceptible to myocarditis, pericarditis, blood clots and other fatal heart ailments
(4) To further turbo-charge the numerous medical ailments and health conditions, chronic diseases and autoimmune syndromes, psychological disorders and psychiatric illnesses across the entire population, all of which have seen HUGE upticks post-Covid vaccination
(5) To murder as many retirees as possible in order to reduce the Social Security & Disability, Medicare and Medicaid rolls
(6) To massacre as many individuals, who suffer from multiple comorbidities and/or terminal diseases, who are still living after Plandemic 1.0
(7) To eliminate as many Baby Boomers as possible as well as the Beat Generation elderly, especially the anti-establishment types
(8) To provide maximum distraction from the many Democrat crime sprees being investigated by the House
(9) To divert the attention of the electorate from the multiple crime waves perpetrated by the Biden Crime Family and especially by the POTUS Imposter and Criminal-in-Chief
(10) To create maximum chaos, confusion and conflict throughout the last year of the 2024 election cycle so that the Democrats can steal yet another POTUS election, as well as to set the stage for a long-planned American Bolshevik revolution
(11) To provide a pretext to deploy yet another highly weaponized and lethal Covid ‘vaccine’ by which to rapidly intensify Plandemic 2.0.
(12) To significantly supercharge the previously administered kill-shots, clot-shots and cancer-shots thereby increasing SADS and SIDS as well as excess deaths across the board
(13) To sufficiently scare the American people back into the same space of extreme fear and anxiety about the COVID-19 contagion so they will fully submit to the Covid Super Vaccination Agenda (and demand that everyone they know get vaxxed to the max)
- Benjamin Fulford 🤔

Context for each choices
Choice 1 context. Basically Owlman, but instead of Bruce dying with Thomas and Martha, this is a Thomas who lived in a boarding school and upon hearing of the death of his parents, Thomas begins to plot his revenge. When he gets his hands on Joe Chill, he realizes there is no point because Chill is a product of his environment. He embraces crime and the insanity of Arkham. He sees his brother as a threat. The way he wastes his family's fortune to fix something that cannot be fixed. So he begins the plan to slowly dismantle everything Bruce has built. Bankrupting Wayne Enterprises, flooding Gotham with a crime wave that the city has never witnessed and when Bruce sees his city in ruins, all his progress and his Batfamily in ruins, then Thomas will kill his brother and take his place as the king of Gotham
Choice 2 Context. Damian is the Arkham Knight. Talia talked about Bruce and Talia’s night in Metropolis. So you could have a tease for Damian there. But Ra’s raised Damian and indoctrinated him. This is a Damian without Bruce’s influence and was raised to believe that Bruce is responsible for his mother’s death and together Ra’s and Damian will fulfill the LOA’s destiny. Everything leading up to learning his identity is the same(though Arkham Knight uses a sword and throwing stars instead of guns) When the mask comes off, Batman is confused due to how much he looks like him. Damian explains that he is the son of Bruce Wayne and Talia Al Ghul. Damian blames him for the death of his mother and Ra’s Al Ghul. But if Ra’s is alive via the season of Infamy DLC. Work it into the story. Say Damian is working with Ra’s similar to how Hugo Strange was working with Ra’s. Damian names himself after the place his family died and now he wants his father dead. There’d be more emotional impact and would have made more sense than trying to convince viewers that Jason was Robin in this continuity.
Choice 3 context The Arkham Knight should have just been a symbolic title and ya know, ACTUALLY focus on the villains teaming up. The Gotham Rogues teaming up is the main threat. The reveal of the Arkham Knight being a re-skin of the Red Hood has been talked about to death. What hasn’t been talked about as much is the missed opportunity of having a game where Batman has to deal with the ramifications of the Joker’s death. Arkham Knight opens with Commissioner Gordon talking about how Gotham braced itself for the inevitable power struggle that never came. But what if it had? Instead of pushing some of Batman’s greatest villains into a few side-quests (that all played basically the same), the game’s story could have focused on the Bat Family as it fights to save Gotham. Players could have swapped between the best of Batman’s team as they tackle missions all over Gotham, the Asylum, and Arkham City. Areas visible in the game but not accessible. This would have allowed the story of the Arkham games to come full circle as players would have traveled back to locations previously seen and explored them with the changes made as the story for the games went on. Plus it would finally give all the members of the Bat Family a chance to spread their wings. We needed to see Scarecrow, Harley, Ivy, Penguin, Hush, Riddler and Two-Face work together as major threats and we needed to see Bruce and his family(Dick, Tim, Kate, Cassandra and Stephanie) work together to stop them and honestly that would’ve been so much better.
Choice 4 context.
Arkham Knight is Protocol 12. Hugo Strange works for Ra’s, but however, Let’s pay attention to this. From Quincy Sharp, he says “Strange came to me back at the asylum. He told me he had friends; powerful friends. The sort of people who could make things happen. All I had to do was turn a blind eye to his experiments, and work on my campaign. He said his friends would ensure that I won" In Strange’s confrontation with Batman. “ I have powerful friends, Batman. This is just the beginning.“ Now if you’ve watched Justice League Unlimited, you will know that Hugo Strange is a Departmental head of Project CADMUS. So What if In the Arkhamverse, Strange is still apart of Project CADMUS. While Ra’’s was the mastermind, the Arkham City project was planned by CADMUS as a start to take down Batman and Gotham, but a start to bring down the Justice League. The Arkham Knight would be Strange’s and CADMUS’ last fail safe to bring an end to Batman. The identity is not important. All we need to know is it is a CADMUS experiment and Strange’s last trump card against Batman. The Arkham Knight should have been it’s own character and not a copout to make him Jason Todd and there was so much lost potential.
Choice 5 context.
Jeremiah Arkham is the Arkham Knight. In Arkham Asylum, Quincy Sharp believed himself to be the Spirit of Amadeus Arkham. This could simply be Sharp being the zealous warden that he was but it could have set up something else. What if Jeremiah Arkham was the REAL reincarnation of Amadeus Arkham? He shares a similar story already, treating mentally unwell patients until it drove him insane. Instead of becoming the next Black Mask, he could have become the purifier of evil that Quincy Sharp tried to be: the Arkham Knight.
Choice 6 context
In Arkham City it is heavily teased that Joker and Harley had a baby. Before anyone comments about Harley’s revenge, that was actually unpopular with the fandom, so it could’ve been retconned. From a comment I found on the Arkham reddit. “The game begins the traditional way where you lead a character around but can’t perform any actions. You control Harley who’s in shock after Joker’s death and hasn’t spoken a work since. You control her as she’s being escorted into Blackgate staying true to the prison opening setting of all the games. Joker’s death sends shockwaves across Gotham. Soon enough, her thugs break her out and they arrive at an abandoned warehouse where Harley walks in alone, she opens a shipping container and a kidnapped nurse from Arkham City walks out and pleads with her to let her go, telling her she’s done all they’ve asked. Harley agrees that she has but says that no one can know about their child yet, she shoots the nurse and the shot wakes a baby inside the container, Harley then picks it up and sings it the lullaby we hear in the Arkham City end credits. Cut to black.
But what if it isn't just one kid? What if it's twins? Lucy Quinn and Jack Quinn.
15 years later. Harley Quinn and the Arkham Knight gathers the rogues gallery. Scarecrow, Hush, Poison Ivy, The Riddler, Two-Face and The Penguin all working together to take down the Bat and make Gotham theirs. The difference is the rogues would not be used in side missions exclusively. They would work in the story mandatory similar to how Spider-Man PS4′s villains worked in the main story and we take them down one by one.
Jack will be the Arkham Knight, while Lucy infiltrates Wayne Enterprises as Lucy White and gains the trust of Bruce Wayne and allows herself to be taken hostage because Harley knows Bruce cannot allow an "innocent" be harmed and in the climax, Lucy will show her true colors and knock out Batman. Like in the climax of Arkham Knight, Bruce is taken to Arkham Asylum where this all started. But it's Harley, Jack and Lucy. They reveal the truth. Joker and Harley's children are here to avenge their father. Tim and Cassandra come to the rescue and defeat Jack and Lucy, while Bruce knocks Harley out. Arkham Knight ends with Bruce retiring and becoming Mayor of Gotham, while Tim, Dick and Cassandra would watch over Gotham
