just started a 72h fast 15h ago. I feel like there‘s nothing else that can help me to stop bingeing rn and I need a lil‘ weight drop to motivate me. someone wanna join? I‘d really like to have a buddy.

Question for people who use the fasting app Zero

if you set a 7 day fast and go over the 7 days does it automatically stop the fast or does it keep tracking it until you end the fast?

I've fasted 40 times since I downloaded the app, but I've been doing it for 5 years now (and the cold showers)💪🏼😊

Feels good to let the body heal itself and then nurture it with a lot of nutrients
