BERRY CHICKEN SALAD
(serves 2)
1 chicken breast, sliced in half lengthwise
mixed greens & spinach blend (or your favorite greens)
1 cup strawberries, divided
blueberries
TOPPINGS
1-2 Tbsp honey cashews
1-2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
honey goat cheese
DRESSING
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 Tbsp garlic, minced
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 Tbsp maple syrup
Tenderize your chicken and cook in a pan until cooked through. Season with any of your favorite seasonings. As the chicken is cooking make your salad. Add 2 big handfuls of greens to each bowl, 1/2 cup strawberries, a handful of blueberries, honey cashews, pumpkin seeds, and goat cheese. Make your dressing by combining the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, dijon, and maple syrup. Mix until combined. Add chicken to the top of your salad and dress. Enjoy!
Personal headcanon that Usopp and Nami bought their mothers' recipes with them on the Merry. Neither family was particularly rich but (and I'm basing this on my family) they have a few notecards with recipes lovingly writing down. They're borderline illegible and probably says things like "a pinch of nutmeg," "enough salt," and "measure garlic with your heart". (Bellemere's orange duck recipe is there, and I don't remember Banchina cooking, but maybe she has pie or fudge recipes that Usopp barely remembers anymore).
Sanji loves them and tries to recreate them whenever possible, especially if it seems like some comfort food is needed or if someone just really needs a pick me up. They are treated with upmost care and kept safe to avoid damage.

My own lil hc for the replicators is that they can only hold a certain amount of recipes but you can have a separate device to download recipes on that you can plug into the replicator and it’ll work on all of them (like a usb thing)
Which is great if you have a ton of allergies, or you know that whichever replicator you’re gonna be around aren’t gonna have too many recipes for your species, or even just if you like having certain comfort recipes (like you know at some point you’re gonna crave salmon), or like a common dish in every replicator always has unsalted butter but you prefer salted butter or something like that, etc etc etc
But everyone always forgets they can do that, they’re like “aw man :( guess I just have to deal with what’s already pre-coded into the replicator :((“
Different nutrients are essential to the body to perform different functions (which will be covered in the next blog). Hence, it is important that we eat a varied, nutrient dense diet full of whole foods.
A few nutrients that are needed include;
Iron, which is found in liver and red meat.
Calcium, which is found in dairy products (such as milk, yogurt, and cheese) and spinach.
Vitamin A, which is found in kale and pumpkin.
Potassium, which is found in bananas and mushrooms.
Vitamin C, which is found in strawberries and peppers.
Folate, which is found in edamame and lentils.
Magnesium, which is found in pumpkin seeds and almonds.
