To my HP fans and JKR haters

May I propose a holiday to you guys.

July 31st - FUCK JKR day.

It is her birthday and also the day me and numerous of my friends came out as trans, gay, asexual, etc. (out of spite or coincidence [i was the coincidence])

How do you celebrate - up to you guys. Me and my friends burned our old HP books and official merch, or donated money to numerous charities and organizations

Eventually the date might change (depending when she dies) but I'm not surprised Tumblr doesn't already have this as a holiday or something done.

Celebrate how you want, go nuts (Not too far please) and have fun.

I am coming out as trans/nb (nb to family so I don't have to explain what unlabeled is to them) on that day as well!

Please if you can reblog, I would be happy to see this holiday me and my friends celebrate across Tumblr. Also it's would just be funny as fuck. Ways to Celebrate

The holiday isn't just about hating JKR, but also supporting Trans people, Jewish, POC (Etc). No where in this post was the word hate said until this edit. If you are going to assume this or just use it hate, don't celebrate. Use it to connect with one another (even if you hate one another) to support groups that this writer has stereotyped and attempted to hurt.

Regulus knew it would never work, but he had to try.

He had tried everything to get James Potter out of his head but that man was so insistent and Regulus’ resolve was growing weaker with every passing second. So he packed his schedule tight, one thing after the other after the next, not one second to spare thoughts on dark brown skin and soft brown eyes and messy hair and strong han-

No. He wasn’t thinking about Potter, he couldn’t.

He made his way towards his ceramics class—or was it crafting? painting? Regulus couldn’t keep track anymore—making a sharp turn and slamming right into someone.

“Sorry, I was in my own head, I didn’t see anyone there,” Regulus says bending down to pick up his things when a hand he knows all too well lifts his glue gun. Just his luck, of course it’s James fucking Potter, why would it be anyone else? “Oh, it’s you,” he mutters, feigning disdain to hide the whirlwind in his stomach.

“Hey, Reg. Where are you going in such a rush?”

“None of your business, Potter. Give me my glue gun.”

He does as told but doesn’t move, letting their hands linger for a beat too long before Regulus forcefully pulls away. But it doesn’t matter how much he fakes, his increasing blush gives him away.

James watches him with that look of his that has Regulus staying up late at night.

Nope. No. He has to keep moving, he’s gonna be late. Move, come on, one foot after the other.

Why isn’t he moving? He’s glued to the floor. Against his better judgement, he meets James’ eyes and he confirms what he already knew. He’s not gonna be moving out of James Potter’s stare for a long while (not ever if he has any say on the matter).
