apparently some of the inspiration for Facilier's character came from Hook? (did I remember that right? I didn't just dream that up did I?)

Chaotic Fanfic Rec

It is about a villain, who works a normal 9 to 5 at this villain organization. While, the hero is could care less about the hero team he is a part of or his supporters.

They meet as civilians and learn more about each other, but there is something evil that is happening.

Will our villain and hero find out who they other is? Can they work together? Will secrets be destory friendships or make them stronger?
