i asked the doctor what my weight atvmy last visit was and what it is now and the nurse lady said the last visit was 92 kg (that was in april) and now im 83 kg im so happy i know it's not that much since it was like four months i took to lose the 8 kg but for somebody like me w some medical problems that's still great yk small progress is still progress im so happy
