Some doodles. I keep thinking about Gale's quarantined life and how he has a habit of talking to himself, seeking self-comfort when he's feeling unwell...😢😭
Like when the orb is clawing him:
Or before he make the final grand sacrifice...
Oh, but it couldn't be all dark days. I think there were also moments like:
And
Tara would never let him have the look, but since she was away... xD
A note hopefully to balance the hurt. I found some dnd style swear words and here's a picture of a dretch from wiki. I imagine its balls would fit for a proper swear word xDD.

James memerised it all.
The grey in Regulus' eyes, just like there's always a storm happening inside him.
The curve of his plum lips. Just like they were made to be kiss bruised.
His little nose, wrinkled most of the times with his adorable little expressions.
His---
"James?" Regulus was looking at him now, eyes welled with concern just above the book. Well the book that James planned to tear to pieces to get Regulus' attention.
"Hmm?"
"What are you doing?"
"I'm looking at you, love."
Regulus rolled his eyes. "I can see that ----""
"Did you know?" James started cutting Regulus off, "you have new eleven freckles. I just counted them."
Regulus lips parted. A perfect O. God, James wanted to kiss him until he's breathless.
"I think that may be my new favourite number."
Regulus scoffed, but there was a tiny shiny blush now. Running up his cheeks.
"Yesterday it was nine."
James smiled and kissed Regulus chin. "Yes. Because yesterday, you called me an idiot nine times"
Regulus couldn't help out the laugh that bloom in him. He looked into James, with adorable big grey eyes and with the prettiest blush. Plum lips parted to a smile.
Beautiful.
"You are ridiculous."
"I know," James said, full on a wolf grin. "But you love my anyway."
Regulus didn't deny it. It was all inside him after all. In Regulus' smile, his eyes, his very own soul. Floating in the air, showering James with it.
After that, James got it all. The attention, the kisses, the gentle little touches. Now Regulus' book could stay away. Because James got his boy, and he would never let him go.

thoughts on Ginny and Harry as a couple?
There are a lot of people who find their romance in HBP forced. I don't think it's forced so much as underwritten, and the books don't get the chemistry quite right (though the movies certainly don't, either). There's potential, but they just don't get enough actual scenes of substance (besides Harry thinking she's pretty or feeling jealous of Dean) for a lot of readers to buy that they're not only in love, but deeply enough in love to break up, get back together, and wind up married.
That's not to say I don't see the appeal. There's a very cool scene in Book 5 where Harry's doing a woe-is-me-Chosen-One act, and Ginny effortlessly puts him in his place about it by reminding him that she was possessed by Voldemort at eleven, which is a rare glimpse into her character and also a great synecdoche for their relationship — Ginny is a grounding presence who, like Ron and Hermione, isn't going to be awed by his past adventures because she knew him before they happened. In that respect, Ginny's probably one of the few women Harry could feasibly wind up with, because he only ever seems comfortable around people (let alone girls) who can see past the Chosen-One schtick and treat him like a normo (see: Ron, Hermione, the Weasleys, Luna, Hagrid). True to type, he doesn't get interested in Ginny at all until she's ditched her celebrity crush and ceased to view him as an idol, because in his heart of hearts, Harry wants to be a normal boy, and it's stressed over and over that part of what he likes about his relationship with Ginny is how normal it feels. He kind of has a horribly supercharged version the celebrity dating problem: after the Battle of Hogwarts, anyone he meets is going to know him first as Harry Potter, Chosen One, Boy Who Lived, and Actually Fucking Resurrected Messiah of the Wizarding World, which is... I mean, it's possible that there are witches out there who could get over that, but Harry's not an extroverted guy, and I'm not sure how he'd go about finding them. Ginny's the one who's been there since the beginning, doesn't need anything about him or his past explained to her, and actually likes him for who he is.
When you look at it that way, it's not surprising he married his high school girlfriend. She's one of the few people still alive who doesn't see him as a demigod.

just telling you this marylily hc and running
lily loves the language of flowers so one day mary decides to get a bouqet that means she loves lily and then they date !!
this is ADORABLE
Lily definitely knows so much about flowers language, she loves flowers and has so many books about flowers language and she often talks about it to Mary. Mary loves listening to Lily talking for hours about flowers and their signification, seeing her eyes shining and the bright smile on her face.
So yeah the day Mary tells Lily she has a surprise for her and then gives her a bouquet Lily immediately understands the meaning of every flower in it and knows that it's not a coincidence if Mary chose those flowers.
And of course they give flowers to each other every time and that's their way of expressing their love to each other<3

I’m just saying, Suvi’s better than me. if I was sleep deprived, if I recently—within the span of hours saw someone whose safety I was in charge of murdered in front of me while I was unable to defend or move to act because some voluntarily unwashed cannibal decided a light jog warrants death, if I did backflips and risked my LIFE over and over again in the space of hours to make sure BOTH my friends didn’t get murdered, and then took a moment for a well deserved panic attack only for my friends to hand me THAT? First things first, I would scream, secondly I would ACTIVATE. THIRDLY my villain arc would start right there. AND THEN FINALLY, CRUCIALLY, I WOULD GET NEW FRIENDS. SORRY TO MY SUMMER CAMP PALS WHO I REALISTICALLY HAVEN'T SEEN IN LIKE TEN YEARS. ITS TIME FOR SOME INTERNAL RESHUFFLING!

Scalding hot take I've been ruminating on but I think we need to retire the phrase 'Trans X are trans X' (ie. Trans men are men, trans women are women) and 'trans X are not Y' (ie trans men are not women, trans women are not men)
Not because its wrong per se, but because 90% of the time people say it and actually mean 'trans X are exactly the same as cis X'
And what happens is, even trans people, (id argue especially trans people) consciously or not, internalise that everything that is believed about cis people, is true for trans people.
This leads to absolutely batshit takes like 'its okay to hate trans men because men are our oppressors' (thats just transphobia) and 'trans women are sensitive and delicate and need protecting because they are women' (actually they need protecting because theyre being fucking murdered, not because theyre magical soft sweet little babies (like you think women are. Thats just sexism, even if you mean it positively). This ones often covert because, unfortunately sometimes sexism is gender validating)
Its also a *hand wiggles* phrase because I think a lot of people are so afraid of seeming transphobic that theyve kind of backpedalled into becoming really transphobic by denying the existence of anyone who is both a man and a woman and trans (and any and all combinations you can think of).
I think also this phrase is partially why a lot of people seem to think all trans people want to pass, will pass, and have a completely binary identity. The mere suggestion that a trans man can be a woman or a trans woman can be a man is seen as transphobic, when thats probably how the cookie crumbles for most people with multiple genders that include the binary ones.
(I was really glad to see more awareness and acceptance of multigender stuff in the last while but everyone gets funny about it every time trans stuff comes up... these do not have to be conflicting issues...)
How to help this? I'm not sure. I feel like some kind of indicator whether a trans person identifies as something, versus wants to be something (Im not sure how to explain this distinction. I guess its about whether your gender is more about being TRANSgender or being transGENDER. Yknow?) could be helpful, but well thats just more divisions and distinctions for people to put their burdens on.
Ultimately some women are men and some trans men arent men and some binary people are nonbinary too, because its all made up and simultaneously real. Without acknowledging this, we're just making Sexism 2.0 Trans-Affirming This Time instead of going 'hey, sexism fucking sucks, we shouldn't do that to anyone, cis or trans'.

All of the stuff with her parents’ spellbook has me so convinced that Aabria is going to choose Order of Scribes for Suvi’s subclass, and it is going to be torture waiting a month (or more?! depending on how fast the plot moves?!) to find out whether or not I’m right.
