I went on a JROTC field trip over the weekend and all in the span of a minute I watched one person snort pixie stick powder off of another persons thumb. The snorter then proceeded to stuff a used cigarette but from the ground into the second guy’s mouth. These are the people that are in leadership positions now/are going to be in leadership positions next year
